So easy to find, great parking, super staff, free upgrade on room. The staff so friendly and welcoming, really couldn’t do enough for me. Room was amazing, very large bed, walk in shower, Karl Lagerfeld Toiletries, quick room service, yummy food, great breakfast, super terrace for coffee or drinks. 10 minute walk to Deansgate / shopping district.

Fantastic modern five star hotel with iconic bridge over the River! Great location! Great breakfast and superb service! Everyone is so helpful!

The toilet in our room had urine marks on the front. This was a little disappointing. Staff at breakfast also not as friendly as those on front reception.

The hotel was perfectly located, a short stroll from the centre.

Everything. The hotel is amazing and we were upgraded to a Riverside Suite!!! Absolutely fantastic and the staff are so lovely and friendly.

The Hotel had a very nice atmosphere and the restaurant decor and setting on the canal very nice.

The air conditioning was a little noisy.

Gorgeous hotel. Staff all amazing and so friendly. Large rooms and very comfortable beds. Fabulous location, easy walking distance of Deansgate and the restaurant is exceptional. Highly recommended indeed!

Location and cleanliness was very good. Breakfast was also very good with lots of choice. All the staff we had contact with were excellent. Hotel car park well worth the cost, secure on site.

The staff were so friendly and kind. Very helpful and ready to assist. I also enjoyed how clean it was and had a lovely smell throughout the corridors The breakfast was also great too and the staff there were attentive and kind.

The staff particularly, all so helpful and friendly. Hotel location was perfect for the party we were going to. Parking easy once we ignored the sat nav telling us not to go down the pedestrian area! Hotel was beautiful, all high quality furnishings and very clean.

Just a small niggle - we had a room facing the residential flats opposite but the room was perfect so we didn’t ask to move.

I eaten there since it opened and it was the best ever!

Ok - floor to ceiling windows are spectacular but dont allow for night ventilation. If this is something important to you ask at reception or when booking and the fantastic staff will put a humidifier in the room.

Room had wow factor, super comfy bed, great bathroom, nice snacks although no free biscuits with the tea :(

Breakfast didn't start till 7am and I needed to leave at 7.10 so I didn't get any breakfast before leaving, even though i had paid. Unusual for work hotels to not start breakfast earlier.

Great stay on a Sunday night deal which was excellent value for money . Huge,comfortable room and just a few minutes walk into the city centre. Breakfast was terrific

For a five star hotel there aren’t many freebies. Take your own biscuits

A regular for over 15 years - rooms are fab and the location is excellent. Special shout out to a lovely lady Geena - who went beyond to make our stay enjoyable. When hotels employ people who truly know the meaning of hospitality rather than doing a perfunctory job - it puts the cherry on top. So thank you Lowry and thank you Geena !

Aircon was slightly off kilter - but that's it!

beautifully decorated, rooms feel very luxurious, have everything you could possibly need and more to make you feel pampered. the ReTreat spa was incredible, fantastic staff and excellent facilities, cant recommend the sensory deprivation tank enough! thank you for a restful stay. massive thanks to the housekeepers who keep this place looking immaculate every day.

Staff in The Lowry from reception (Ella and Isabel) to restaurant & bar Paul and Dwane to The Retreat wellness rooms were just exceptional. Food was great. Location ideal for exploring Manchester.
