The Lowry Hotel, Manchester

Everything was perfect honestly, tried booking for December already to come for the holiday with kids.. but sadly the hotel was fully booked on the website. Staff were cautious, House keeping was prompt.

The breakfast session could have more variety options.

Stayed before, great hotel

Property was lovely, modern,well maintained. Interior decor was beautiful which is something I usually enjoy. The staff were friendly and weren’t over bearing.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

Buffet breakfasts are never warm, and I was expecting a fresh cooked breakfast to order. Yes there was a menu with items to order but not a full English. We chose this hotel for its location on the riverside, but unfortunately the area is very run down with derelict buildings opposite.

The whole experience is amazing. The bed was huge and so comfortable. Loved the view of the water. The Karl lagerfield toiletries was a nice touch. Breakfast was lovely , nice buffet selection.

Lovely interior design and premises, great location and staff was super nice!

Gym isn’t well maintained/ taken care of.

The hotel and staff were all faultless. However, the bar was not brilliant. Setting aside our server’s first day (she was very good!), the child’s mocktail ordered was undrinkable (far too much syrup). Although offered a replacement, drinks were very slow to arrive in a not very busy bar, we had already paid and had to be elsewhere for dinner so declined.

Absence of a Nespresso/coffee machine. I have travelled extensively and was surprised by this basic facility in an otherwise very good hotel.

The hotel was very clean, the location was very good and the parking facilities were great. The staff were very attentive and had a smile on their faces, which made the whole place seem like a lovely place to even work as well as stay.

All was excellent apart from coffee at breakfast - what was that????? Come on - a 5-star hotel sure can afford a good quality coffee machine! So your guests can enjoy a decent morning beverage. Please please improve on this

We was Only given Decaf coffee pods in a suite and a locked mini bar. Also No turn down service which is a disappointment

The hotel is so calm and peaceful, staff are very pleasant, the bed is next level comfortable 100/10, large rooms.

It’s spacious, clean and friendly ,

There was a business function on which I accept as part of a hotels criteria but it was so noisy for hotel guests, even reception staff were apologetic as you could hardly hear , so in the evening it was impossible to stay and have a quiet drink therefore we had to go out

Helpful staff even when we came across problems checking in, made up for mistakes that weren’t theirs so that was nice.

So clean and staff are so welcoming

Had to reschedule our tretaments on the day of arrival , pre paid, and gutted. It was an inconvenience to us as we had other things boooked and had to cahge our plans massibely. they rescheduled the booking and gave us a complementary pod session for 25 minutes.
