Gorgeous room, lovely bathroom, the coffee making station was lovely and the shower was amazing. Whole building was lovely and the staff were courteous

Wish they had been clearer on prices- I think I was charged for using the shower gel in the shower when usually this is included in the price. Pillows were too soft for me

Really comfy bed. Top quality cosmetics. Towels and robes were high spec as well as the bedding. The free standing mirror was a lovely touch to the bedroom. Room service was really convenient and saving the best til last, the spa was out of this world.

everything about the stay was exceptional. We stayed one night for my boyfriends birthday and it was the perfect night away, it was amazing. Would 1000% come back again!!

Staff polite but not particularly helpful. Room was a little dark - not much natural light.

Great location for heading into Manchester

The rooms were big with a great shower in the bathroom and a nice digital radio plus dressing gowns etc. The infinity pool was also really nice with drinks brought up to you by the staff. Staff v friendly.

The mini bar stated apostle of coke was 2.80 if I remember but we got charged 4 00

We loved all the facilities that Kings Townhouse had to offer they were exceptional!

Rooms are absolutely spotless, staff are friendly and attentive. Breakfast is good, not sure it's great value for money but it's optional.

Indoor pool is advertised as Adults Only and it definitely isn't. At check in a family were openly advised of location of tge pool and opening times. No mention that it's adults only, and an hour later the family were in the pool Friday 3rd 1530 ish

Clean, calming atmosphere. Helpful friendly staff that were always around if you did need anyone. Beautiful clean suite and residential spa.area.The food was absolutely stunning.

Excellent hotel, staff very friendly on arrival and explained our stay. We used the Spa which was an extra £20 each which you don't really need to use as they have a brilliant pool and steam room for free but still a nice added bonus. The room was spotless, lovely towels, shampoos and bed to sleep very comfortable. The hotel was also very clean and fantastic scented odour throughout.

Only 1 issue, in the Spa lack of provided water and had to ask to fill up which took a while. Maybe a more larger water supply setup in spa and pool area. Very minor issue

Amazing boutique hotel very comfortable with a fantastic gym and rooftop jacuzzi pool. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were extremely polite and welcoming. A lovely touch left in the bedroom for my husbands birthday thank you

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent restaurant and bar. Quiet central location so 5 min walk to the main city shops and amenities. Boutique hotel feel rather than a chain.

TV died on my last evening - not a disaster just one of those things.

All of it, very nice and well presented. Lots of great things to do like infinity pool, sauna, loungers and everything else. The room was also really good and the overhead shower was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent service, staff went above and beyond. Had a very comfortable bed, and the best bath tub ever!

Shame my daughter couldn’t use the infinity pool, wasn’t well advertised the age limit.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms are lovely. The top roof spa is absolutely stunning!

We don’t realise the other new spa was next door, but when we tried to access it in the morning we were told we couldn’t because we booked through booking.com rather than directly through the hotel which left me disappointed .
