Beautiful hotel. The pool is amazing, what a view! Loved it.

I don’t like that they take a £100 deposit (which still hasn’t been returned). I don’t feel this is necessary to be honest.

Excellent location, and facilities. The staff were so helpful and lovely. We had breakfast and lunch at the hotel and both were excellent.

Cosey room. Very clean. Nice bathroom. I dropped my phone in the infinity pool :( The member of staff who helped to retrieve it went above and beyond.

Parking situation but luckily we did get on street parking.

Breakfast amazing, staff helped decorate my room for surprise birthday. The infinity pool was so nice too.

The property is very clean and cozy

The bathrobes need replacing. Only one lift available which makes you wait longer sometimes.

The hotel is lovely and quite convenient to many parts of Manchester.

The elevator is a bit slow and there can be a long wait when coming and going.

Pool was amazing! It was busy in the afternoon and evening so we went as soon as it opened at 7am and had it to ourselves for an hour. Was clean, close to the centre, staff were lovely and was comfortable.

I think the milk was off in the mini bar as I made a cup of tea and there were floating white bits all in it and it tasted off but it was in date so not the hotels fault.

Lovely home from home feeling. Very cosy. The food is fantastic as well as the cocktails. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable room for a night in Manchester

My second stay within a few months....fabulous place if you feel like a treat!!! Great spa...also an infinity pool with a city view. Cool decor throughout, plenty of books in the room, should you forget yours! Excellent bathroom with your room, with Espa brand toiletries.. It was lovely to be greeted by reception staff (also in the spa), remembering from the last stay...generally find the staff are friendly and helpful. This visit, I booked afternoon tea...really nice experience, good gluten free cakes (pre-ordered), great conversation with one of the f & b hosts (sorry name escapes me - but a from Ireland, he was!) Good breakfast is made to order, of good quality. Just a mere few minutes walk to metro stop, making Manchester easily accessible, including the airport.

Not a dislike - but just be aware there is one, small lift, so it can take time - on the plus side, you often get time to converse with new people...!!!

This hotel is beautiful! If you’re looking for a little bit of luxury this is the hotel to go!

The room was beautiful and spacious, spa was nice, the pool area was nice.

There wasn’t a Netflix type of option. Afternoon tea needed 24 hrs notice…

Had a perfect stay on Christmas Day! Absolutely beautiful interior, spacious rooms, lovely staff and great facilities. We went to the pool area after checking in, had a great time and even had some time by ourselves in the pool overlooking Manchester! Will definitely be booking again very soon.

Stunning features, lovely room, massive bath! the pool and steam room were amazing! The staff were amazing and helpful. The drinks were very delicious. Amazing location! It smelt amazing and it was super clean.

Only thing is - not a huge issue but there is only one lift and when it was busy we were sometimes waiting for the lift to come for about 5/10 mins to our floor with space so we could get to the rooftop pool. We tried going up the stairs but you cannot access it. So that was the only downside

Truely magical and the personal service form every member of staff makes it truely magnificent. Table service breakfast brilliant unheard of in many hotels these days
