King Street Townhouse, Manchester

The hotel itself. Staff were great. Rooms were lovely and clean. Best part is the shower! Loved it. Stayed last night and already booking again for 3 months time.

The bed/pillows. Because it was two single beds pushed together the fact that my partners mattress was very sunken/dipped it made it a little uncomfortable to sleep.

We loved our stay, rooms were really clean, we have wanted to stay here for a while due to the pool and it definitely lived up to expectations!

The only downside for us were the pillows, they just were not supportive enough for us so didn’t have a the best nights sleep. Would love the little lights in the bathroom to be sensors instead of on all the time as we like sleeping in a very dark room so the odd light here and there were a tad annoying but maybe we’re just fussy sleepers. Apart from that the room was lovely

We already know we love king street townhouse as we got married there in 2017. Everything just as good and tranquil as we remember. Fantastic facilities and great nights sleep

Room was amazing, so comfy, cute and peaceful. The vibes in the bar and the place where amazing. The staff were so friendly. They helped take the bags to the room for us and they also made sure that our bags were well looked after for the whole day on the day of check out. The infinity pool is an experience and it can be both relaxing and fun as there are 2 small things you can do in the pool that improve your experience (try the buttons on the walls). It is perfectly situated near some outstanding restaurants in the heart of Manchester. We would definitely visit again.

The view from the infinity pool is the only thing that I think could have been better. Other than the fact that is was slightly underwhelming every other experience was perfect.

The room was amazing , from the clean beds and gorgeous smelling toiletries to the great staff. Had an amazing stay

Beautiful spacious comfortable room with unique art, textiles and huge luxury bathroom with walk in shower and free standing bath. Espa toiletries. Spa area with rooftop jacuzzi/ pool and steam room - free to use as hotel guest and open from 7am - no booking needed. Central location on quiet street.

Excellent room with plenty of space to relax

It wasn’t possible to stream from your own device onto the television and watch Netflix etc. The bed was a bit lumpy.

Some housekeeping issues in room - dents and damage to walls, damage to carpets, cold tap didn’t work in bathroom. Small issues but when paying premium prices expect these to be sorted

Loved the set out of the room the spa was lush and clean. Very comfortable all staff excellent!

There was only minor issues that can be easily addressed little untidy area of decor where previously been a leak and it not quiet been redecorated but again only a small area in room. On the room service the spoons and milk for cereal wasn't there but reception prompt corrected this and sent some to the room plus gave us extra 30 min longer complimentary to checkout which was helpful other than that it was a amazing stay!

Receptionist when we checked in was surly and also told us that because we had booked via booking . Com we had to pay £40 to use the gym . This proved not to be the case but you do need to pay !20 to access the spa . Subsequent front desk staff and all others were lovely

Excellent friendly staff, attractive communal spaces, lovely bedroom with quality facilities. Bathroom was immaculate, shower was wonderful.

It’s beautifully decorated lovely bar and dining area. Amazing infinity pool and excellent gym. Bedding was of high quality and the bed very comfortable. The rooms were really nice lovely big bath! Staff were lovely.

Breakfast food was good, but service was spotty, we had to leave before food came because it took so long. No excuses, no attention, not even when we got up and left.

Stylish, well thought out design, rooftop splash pool, Espa spa and room toiletries, comfy bed, excellent mini bar, powerful rain shower and soundproof rooms.

Breakfast could be better, presented well but he coffee wasn’t great and avocado tasted like a paste rather than a fresh avocado

Only thing I didnt like was it only has 1 lift and sometimes its so full you cant get in and youll be stood in the hall waiting

The staff was unfriendly, and a £100 deposit had to be paid this wasn’t mentioned before we booked, it’s a hotel not an air b and b

We loved out stay, the rooftop pool was perfect for chilling on a Friday night. The breakfast the next morning was so nice

I thought the breakfast choices could be improved, a little limited for this standard of hotel. A bath would be a nice touch too.

The room was really nice, clean and comfortable. Great location. The spa and infinity pool overlooking the city is a must if you haven’t stayed there before.

Staff were so lovely and friendly. They'd left a sweet treat in my birthday which was a nice touch. Room very clean and bath next to the bed was ideal. Close to restaurants and bars.
