Good area, lovely staff and great breakfast. A wonderful spa area

Room 404 where we stayed was clean and comfortable my only gripe was been wakened up early with bottles being put in a bin for about 20 mins

Great breakfast selection in a nice dining room. Room was comfortable. Nice gym, pool, sauna facility. Very central hotel and easy walking distance to trams, trains and shopping, bars and restaurants

The lifts were very slow. Pool 'booked' out but there should be an option if you are just going to use the sauna, pool and not lie around

This was our third stay at the Edwardian and it gets better every time. The hotel is gorgeous and in the perfect location and the spa is amazing. The staff are always so friendly and accommodating and the breakfast is 10/10. Our favourite hotel in Manchester.

The beautiful decor in all the public areas and our room. The tasteful way the Free Trade Hall has been converted keeping some of its original features within and outside the building. Its position is ideal too for restaurants and bars. Also liked the spa and pool area.

Confusion over the bars! We thought the Champagne Bar was the only bar and didn’t find out until our second day that there were 2. We were slightly disappointed when the Champagne Bar was closed after 5pm! Maybe the bar areas and times could be pointed out by reception on check in. We didn’t switch the TV on until later on day 2 of our stay. So we missed relevant info! The Nespresso machine leaked too! We were slightly disappointed with the noise level in the pool. We thought we had booked a session so that there wouldn’t be hasn’t people in there. There were a few couples and a man with 5 young children all boys and quite rowdy. He wasn’t even in the pool with them. They were jumping in and splashing everyone. All for children enjoying themselves in a public pool. There was no policing of the pool area and the man was taking photos. Not appropriate.

Maid didn’t come to do my room till 4:30pm on the second day, but was on my own so wasn’t a problem as just said not to bother

Stunning large room and great location.

The rooms were superb. We asked for inter-connecting doors as we were travelling as a family and the hotel allocated them with no issues. It was my wife's 50th and they left a small cake a card wishing her a great day. That was special and going the extra mile - Thank You.

Great location, comfortable bed, attentive staff

For a 5* hotel, distinct lack of ‘little touches’ you expect from a higher end hotel. Lakeland long-life milk is not great, very meagre selection of toiletries. Breakfast was good but the hot buffet is on a weirdly high island so I can imagine guests who are on the shorter side may struggle a bit!

The hotel were amazing from start to finish, they managed all of my requests and made the stay fantastic. The facilities were excellent and took full advantage of them.

The location was very central and convenient to places that we had booked to visit. The staff and facilities were all very good too. It was also nice that they had a put a small cake for my partners birthday in the room, which was the reason for our visit.

Lifts were a nightmare. One was out of order and with only two in operation it took so long to get up and down esp being on top floor!

The spa was absolutely amazing. The vibes in the hotel were perfect. There were stuff to do everywhere. I’ve really loved the bar that they have downstairs the library bar the staff were amazing in there and so were they at breakfast in the morning

I love the whole aesthetic of the property so clean and the staff are amazing

Great facilities, the gym, bar and restaurant were excellent. Room was spacious and well decorated, a modern twist to old.

Loved the location and the interiors of the hotel. Beautiful reception and spa. Also Gary the head concierge was so helpful. Really went above & beyond.

Everything! This is my go to for everything I want and need in a hotel. The spa is wonderful and Gary looks after you so well whenever we arrive. He’s so warm and welcoming. A real credit to the Radisson.
