Absolute luxury
What can i say? It was absolutely amazing! Everything was perfect, we stayed for one night and we got the best view from the highest level. The room was perfect, the facilities were amazing. We loved the spa, it was a lovely stay and we are definitely coming back next year!
The property was a 10/10. No negative thing to say.

A very pleasant stay in an excellent hotel, served by “top drawer” staff!
The location of the hotel was excellent, as was the Spa. We enjoyed the Champagne Bar too.
Parking would have been good.

Pleasant enough but disappointing we couldn’t get a drink in the bar on arrival.
Great location, really nice room with a view on one of the upper floors.
Large, comfy bed and room was quiet.
We couldn’t go in the hotel bars when we arrived as there was some function on (Reception staff were unclear what this was). The communal areas were overwhelmingly busy.

Had a great stay but thought the breakfast at £29 was extremely overpriced and very disappointed we couldn't have breakfast in the hotel so went to a different hotel down the road.

Nice hotel, good location
Lovely hotel, convenient bar and restaurant. Local to everything we wanted to visit
Only one hour spa use which was a a little disappointing as we booked this hotel because of the spa. We did get locked out of our room in the middle of the day but was easily resolved. What really upset us was the staff at reception trying to charge us £550 again before we left and when we explained we paid they wanted to still charge us and make us wait for a refund for the money we paid on arrival due to the money pending. Expecting guests to have double the funds for them to hold onto is a bit much. This caused us a lot of stress while trying to check out as we were in a rush for a work schedule.

Lovely stay
Location was fab. The hotel was all dressed up for Christmas, it looked lovely. As there was a Christmas party in the hotel we were upgraded and given a quiet room. Just lovely lovely service.

Excellent! From arrival to departure we were looked after with smiles and service above par.
The room was on the 11th floor with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the city. The view was brilliant in the daytime but the night time view was spectacular. The included breakfast was very good. Everything was catered for and coffee refills were made very timely and quietly.
We could not fault anything at all. I am sorry but the service was faultless . There was nothing to not like.

Its not the cheapest hotel in Manchester but you do get what you pay for, the staff were amazing and the room was very comfy, the shower/bath/toilet area was fantastic and the facilities in the room such as the Nespresso machine was very well received, we would definitely stay again
£30 for a buffet breakfast is criminal, its got to be freshly cooked for that price

Good hotel, perfect location. Expensive parking
Fantastic position, very clean good staff.
Unfortunately we checked in on the Saturday evening, it’s not the hotels fault but the centre of Manchester is a bit of a zoo and with a big party vibe, was like checking in to a nightclub.
Also, it’s not overly clear but the nearest parking is an NCP car park at £33 a day!!!!!!
