The lifts are so very slow.

Staff friendly who were attentive

Spa felt over crowded with big groups hogging the hot tub and the pool and beds over crowded. Suggestion: limit amount of people in the spa at a time as some people who were they’re before us were still there when we left

Lift out of order, 20 mins to get downstairs each day.

Everything from walking through the door was perfect. Really friendly staff, the room was on the 14th floor with a great view and the spa was great. Definitely go again.

Hotel was lovely and festive. Felt very clean and uncluttered upon our arrival. Had a problem with our heating someone came out within 15 mins am sorted out the issue. Glad there were extra pillows in the cupboard. Spa was lovely could have done with more an hour slot but pool water was warm and jacuzzi was lovely and hot Breakfast buffet was lovely, great selection of food something for everyone.

Beautiful room, especially the view. The pool and spa area was amazing too. The staff all said happy birthday to my girlfriend and the hotel gave her a card and a small desert in the room when we arrived. Was a very nice suprise. One staff member in particular, can’t recall his name unfortunately but was a young man, was very helpful and we tried to go to him with any questions, complimented my jacket as well, very nice person.

Even at a busy time the hotel is still immaculate and the staff are all attentive nd helpful. Whenever we come to Manchester we stay here. Fabulous breakfast too!

Champagme bar had a private function on, on 2nd day of our visit. The other bar was closed during the day.

Went to the Japanese looking front bar for a drink just after 11, waited to be served when staff weren’t doing much. Then we were told 5 times they were closing at 12. Was really annoying!

It’s situated right in the centre of Manchester for the market, shopping and restaurants. The rooms were spacious, It’s always a lovely stay here, we’ve been coming here for the last 13yrs

I feel sometimes you don’t get the attention you need from staff, we waited a while before we was asked for a hot drink at breakfast when we was half way through our meal, it wasn’t busy either. Also at the bar was the same in the afternoon, some people seem to get more priority than others I feel it’s changed a lot over the years unfortunately. We never complain in a review but I felt like we had too as this hotel isn’t the cheapest

Check in reception was really warm and friendly and everyone we spoke to were warm and welcoming, the room was amazing with a good size bed and a lovely big bath and separate shower. We took advantage of the swiming pool and steam room the next morning had to pre book a time slot so it didn't get lots of guest in the pool at the same time which was so relaxing and chilled out as it wasn't over crowded. Will definitely book another stay at The Edwardian. On a side note accidentally left my phone in the room, returned to reception and explained what had happened and they were really helpful in helping me get my phone back without any fuss, great team xx

Great location - walking distance for food and shopping. Hotel was lovely and staff were professional and friendly! Room was lovely, spacious and very clean! Shower was hot and powerful! Bed was very comfy! The black out blind really helped with getting a good night sleep!

The breakfast. Coffee was horrible and cold 🙁. The selection was ok otherwise.

Can’t fault it apart from the main restaurant being closed when I stayed on the Sunday evening so I opted for a meal in the bar area which was still lovely.

Breakfast had a very large choice and staff helpful and very obliging Ice machines on the floor were out of order so I had to go to the bar for some ice.

What can i say? It was absolutely amazing! Everything was perfect, we stayed for one night and we got the best view from the highest level. The room was perfect, the facilities were amazing. We loved the spa, it was a lovely stay and we are definitely coming back next year!

The property was a 10/10. No negative thing to say.
