The moment you walk in it smells fresh and clean the staff were amazing and they go the extra mile for you too the beds are comfortable had a good night sleep zzz

The lifts were a pain only 1 working and every time you come to go down it was so stressful tuck ages up and down

All of the staff were attentive and helpful. We were checked in by a lovely receptionist, Kyaw.

We enjoyed everything. However, the lifts were not adequate for the number of floors there are. We did have to wait ages and then the lift would be too full for us to get in.

Lift system was very chaotic, granted they were upgrading their lifts but it was still very slow.

Amazing everything

Fantastic hotel right in the middle of everything we wanted. Our room was lovely, modern and comfortable. Will be staying again for sure.

The lift was a little frustrating as we wanted to go down on check out but as it was busy the lift went up first and stopped at every floor even though full. A small thing that wasn’t a big deal but if in a rush I suggest taking the stairs.

The breakfast didn't meet expectations to be honest.

Lifts are being upgraded so down to 2 lifts in use. Can be a lengthy wait at peak times to get from bedrooms in the higher levels. We were on floor 14

The rooms were spacious, bed was so comfy. Robe and slippers were a nice surprise. Staff were always helpful, happy and smiling, nothing ever to much trouble for them. Spa was spotless and very relaxing.

Thought the breakfast was overpriced, had to wait for coffee and tea but the waiter said they were having trouble with the machine, so maybe just a one off. He was very apologetic and a lovely man very chatty.

I dont like not having a door to the washbasin area from the bedroom. I would prefer privacy from my partner when I brush my teeth etc We asked to change room as ours was initially a bit scruffy and with a view that was not as great as when we stayed last time. However we got a much nicer room and view very quickly, and a later check out when we asked too.

Great spa, nice spacious rooms. Location was perfect and the bar was lovely as well.

We arrived at lunchtime but no lunches available except for light bar snacks. The alternative was to order room service and eat in our room. A decent sandwich menu would have been preferable.

This hotel was excellent, the hotel itself felt grand and the room was great. Comfy bed and everything you could want. The location was also brilliant.

Shame there is no parking but its central Manchester so to be expected.

Great location - amazing staff at reception Kyaw was particularly helpful. Bar service was spectacular and just everyone is so helpful.

Didn’t give great recommendations for dining options and the shower door isn’t very comfortable - too much water leeks out

The comfy bed, the staff, the location, the size of the room, the room service was exceptional.

I was expecting a more nicely furnished room considering it's supposed to be a higher-end hotel. The communal areas and reception look fantastic but the room itself wasn't much nicer than a Premier Inn.

Everything was super, location, staff, breakfast and room.

The hotel was right across from the venue, the staff were incredibly friendly, the hotel & room were clean, there was a coffee machine in the room (very important) & the amenities were stocked & topped! I also loved the idea of 2 seperate bars - definitely a place to revisit just perhaps with an individual room.

I requested single beds & once rooms were changed to accommodate this it seemed like we were downgraded to a disabled suite? The room was great, however the bathroom wasn't remotely as nice as the double rooms..it had very low basins and I'm quite tall, so the walk-in 2 basin wet room (I feel) should be in both double & single rooms.

Really easy check in and cute little touches. Really lovely spa and generally a really nice hotel in a great location.

The breakfast was on the cold side and the shower flooded the bathroom.

Staff were great when booking.com didn't pass along the twin room booking correctly. Gym is probably the best one i've seen in a hotel and the pool and spa area is great. I didn't have breakfast/food so can't comment on that.

We had a great stay. Perfect location. Staff were amazing. Very helpful. Cole at reception helped us for anything and everything our whole stay. We will definitely be back.

Lovely and relaxing and the cold breakfast selection beautiful , wait staff very friendly especially the Irish waiter which nothing was a problem to.

Hot food on the breakfast buffet not up to standard with the rest of the hotel .
