The bed was unbelievable

The room service was £100 just to be able to order, food costs were extra

The spa and pool were fabulous as was the room . Spacious and comfortable. Well equipped and great views of the city. The bar has some amazing Japanese whiskies too.

Another great stay at the Edwardian, great location, reception staff lovely and they managed to get us into our room early. Which was a bonus. Breakfast was excellent as always, but still staff allow guests to hold conversations on laptops and mobile phones, which is very distracting

We booked an hour slot for the spa, thinking that numbers would be limited. It was packed! There was nowhere to sit and we left as it wasn't a relaxing experience. Rooms are looking a little tired especially the wood TV/Dressing table. Would be nice to have fresh milk in the fridge along with a couple of biscuits! Despite these little annoyances we will be back.

I love this hotel. I host events here and stay there for business trips. Its smart, its clean and pleasing to the aesthetics. The rooms are well appointed, large and the beds very comfy. The staff is always helpful and Joseph is my mate - there are others. The beartenders at the restraunt, peters street kitchen, are great and know their stuff. The food is excellent - pricey but high quailty. The spa is amazing. The location spot on. Its expensive by Manchester standards but worth the extra specially if youre at work and have also work from the hotel, room and champagne bar. One would pay a lot more in London and space is a lovely thing. Whoever owns this and whoever manages this place , congratulations. Its a tough business and you have the right balance of peemium and price. Thank you.

Everything was great. Got to hotel check-in was smooth as usual. When we got to the room we were greeted with a slice of cake and birthday card which was a really nice touch.

There were no appointments available for treatments at the spa - book atleast a week or so in advance as the spa is VERY popular.

Fantastic location for central Manchester. Great heritage of the building if you are into music and culture of the city. Rooms excellent. Staff an absolute delight, so friendly and helpful Food at bar was stunning

One lift out of order, which meant massive queues to get down with luggage on morning. Challenging to find the stairs

The breakfast finishing at 11 should have the chance to have breakfast after check out so breakfast until 12 would be great for all customers staying here, something else I think would be a great improvement would be having the chance to extend your check out time until 1 pm then it gives customers chance to wake up at a reasonable time go down to the spa then shower and head up for breakfast before preparing for check out

It was loud and so I couldn't sleep. I requested a room with two beds and that was ignored.

Spa felt over crowded with big groups hogging the hot tub and the pool and beds over crowded. Suggestion: limit amount of people in the spa at a time as some people who were they’re before us were still there when we left
