Location is absolutely perfect if you’re coming in the train and would like to stay close to all major parts of Manchester

Comfy bed, great pillows. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great.

Rooms were a little bit tired, could use some TLC.

It's proximity to Manchester Piccadilly Station, and places we were specifically down to attend, is why we booked to stay again. Room was clean. The glazing keeps out all the city noise. Room had air con. Welcoming and accommodating staff.

Mattress a bit lumpy. Room didn't have a fridge but I was on a tight budget so maybe that was not an option at the price I was paying.

I thought the breakfast choice for a continental style breakfast was excellent. I loved that there was fresh fruit available and hard and soft boiled eggs.

My husband would have preferred the option of a cooked breakfast. Also the staff were so efficient that they cleared our breakfast dishes and mugs away, when we got up to have some additional items ,before we had completely finished so we lost half drunk drinks cutlery and napkins.

Room was super cosy and clean! Hotel staff were so nice and friendly! Hotel across the road from Piccadilly Station which is super convenient! I was here for the Madison Beer concert at the Co-op Live Arena and everything was super nearby and accessible, very good value for money!

Quick check-in. Everything we needed in our room. Tea/coffee/hair dryer. Very friendly staff. Lovely lobby area. Great beds and bed linen Very convenient location. Definitely would stay again and recommend to anyone.

The location was excellent, really close to everything that we wanted to do in Manchester. My room was comfortable and fairly clean.

The bathroom wasn’t clean when I checked in, some stains on the furniture and carpet.

Convenient location close to Manchester Piccadilly station and comfortable, if compact, room with a nice shower. Very little external noise overnight which is always a bonus for a city centre hotel. Friendly staff. Overall good value for money for a one night stay.

The breakfast was average. Nothing wrong with the food but limited offer.

Great location, lovely room, amazingly comfortable super king bed and amazing value for money in a city location. Staff were friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble.

No dislikes to affect our judgment but would have appreciated a china cup rather than disposable ones.

Great location for public transport trams / trains. and lovely spacious lobby, plenty of space for breakfast, and a good bar. Room was small but very comfortable.

Lovely big comfortable bed and nice shower. Hairdryer included. Friendly and attentive, helpful staff.

Bin could have done with a plastic liner (i understand this is probably for environmental reasons to save resources). A little on the pricey side but the location is excellent so it pays a premium.

Great facilities, really nice touches, breakfast was great. Location is exceptional. Stayed here previously and will be back again.

Only one thing, the disposable cups in the room are not great, and we’re not replaced during our two night stay. As I said this was only a minor issue.
