Motel One Piccadilly, Manchester

Location was fab. Hotel was very quiet ,even though it was in a busy location and it was a busy hotel. Bed was really comfortable and the room was air-conditioned for when we arrived.

A massive queue to check in wasn't ideal on a extremely hot day.

We arrived early so could not check in. We were told the toilets weren’t available due to leaks and could not use them to get changed in.

Not enough staff on the bar in the evening. Also, no draught drinks. Not much water pressure on the shower head.

The whole vibe was amazing but honestly it’s the staff who made the visit outstanding. They’re so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The room was spotless, the bed was really comfortable, and the food was absolutely lovely. Everything felt well looked after and welcoming.

I picked this hotel as it was very close to the Station and the Metrolink was in the Station which we needed to go to The Etihad Stadium to see, with many thousands!!! Take That.

I cannot honestly say I found anything I didn’t like. We came by train from Nottingham, enjoyed the journey with no stress parking, the hotel is very modern and the staff were very attentive and helpful as we left our bags twice whilst we went out Friday and today and we picked them up just prior to going for our train. The was a good selection of breakfast items all very nicely displayed, beds were comfortable, bathroom beautiful. It was well worth the cost

Staff are very professional and friendly. Location is great for station and trams to stadium and arena concerts. Second stay in last 3 months for concerts. Probably wouldn’t book anywhere else as this hotel is great. Good AC in room as it was quite warm last night

No proper cups for coffee, the cardboard ones were ideal if taking your coffee to go. Probably me being old fashioned but I like to drink tea and coffee out of a cup.

I absolutely love everything about this place! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by an amazing fresh scent, and the entire store is spotless and beautifully maintained. The staff are always so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful,they take the time to answer questions and make sure you have a great experience. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, which makes every visit enjoyable. I always leave happy and would highly recommend this place to anyone!

The only small thing I didn’t like was that my drink was served in a paper cup. I think it would have made the experience even better if it had been served in a proper mug, especially when sitting in. Other than that, everything was excellent.

The whole ambience was great very very friendly and helpful staff.

the iron i borrowed was all burnt. And the breakfast was just continental which i wasn't aware of. A bit of back or sausage would have been nice.
