Excellent location and lovely staff

My room was very cold even when I told the staff it didn’t get warmer

Very well located hotel, friendly staff, clean and modern room

Had to queue for a while on reception to check in. It’s a big hotel and there didn’t seem to be enough staff on to meet demand.

Great location, reception staff welcoming & professional. Spacious modern reception and good bar. The room was clean, modern, comfortable bed, good shower, tea and coffee facilties. Would definitely stay here again Thanks x

There was nothing to dislike. Would have been fantastic if there were Clipper instant hot chocolate sachets, but that's because I love hot chocolates :)

It always amazes me that Motel One is classed as a 'budget' hotel as it feels anything but. Motel One is, by far, my fav hotel chain and whenever I come to Manchester I always check if it's available. And if it is, I book it! The rooms are fantastic. Spacious, clean and the most comfy beds. The bathroom is always spotless. It is also perfectly located, literally across the road from Piccadilly train station.

I felt safe and the Hotel is lovely. Modern. With class though. Nearby the train station ( that’s where I wanted) .. the rooms and reception area were made to feel cosy by these cleaver TV log fire burning line a real fire. Lived my room 70-1 especially bc of corner building windows and lots of lights to come in 🥰. The breakfast Not an English style .. which is great. No. Greasy food! Excellent room with comfortable bed, highly convenient location very close to Piccadilly station. No noise, I slept like a log. Delicious all-I-could-eat breakfast.

I wish I could have been given a glass or cup to clean my teeth. All I had for hot drinks and teeth cleaning were two flimsy, fragile paper cups.

Location is 3 minutes walk from the train station. 12 minutes from the Northern Quarter. Very clean. Huge bed. Nice staff.

Floating toilets, they just always seem unstable to me, one of the lifts appeared to not be working so sometimes we were waiting a long time for the lift and when it arrived it was full of people.

The breakfast was expensive but there was plenty of choice. Staff were very helpful.

Proper cups in the room would have been nice. And glasses for water.

Excellent location, a stone's-throw from Piccadilly Station. Quick & easy check-in, beautiful lobby, spotlessly clean room with the most comfortable bed and pillows. No noisy guests, perfectly quiet and really good blackout curtains.

No telephone to contact reception and some sort of bedside table would have been perfect.

Great staff and welcoming atmosphere. Rooms clean and tidy and adequate for a short stay.

Toilets in main bar area were poor. Sticky floor and cubicle blocked.

Very close to busy Manchester Piccadilly Station but lovely and quiet hotel. Well - decorated lobby and rooms, friendly reception staff and good breakfast.

No bar fridge and wishes tour hotel offered rooms with twin beds as an option.

Terrific value, great location, comfy bed and no noise from adjacent rooms because they have proper walls not the usual thin stud walls.

Stayed a number of times, comfortable modern room, nice bar area & good breakfast. Careful which room you are given as some look straight into offices opposite and others are above the tram line which is noisy from early until late

Its not the first time we've been there never had any issues just easy to get to from trainstation cant fault it always easy to book and keep you intouch with your booking staff always helpful we have noticed it as chanched biffrent people there but still excerlenet ...

The location was fantastic! Very close to Piccadilly station and easy to get out to The Co-op Live for a concert. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Our room 529 was right next to the service door and we constantly heard the door bang with the staff coming and going. The carpet had some weird green bleached patches and weird stains but for the most part it was clean. No fridges or ice machines which would be nice. Very little space to put clothes so be prepared to live out of your luggage.
