Motel One Piccadilly, Manchester

Great customer service I left my work phone behind and they kept it for me for over a month while I figured out where I left it.

Particularly impressed that the Tea and coffee were "Fairtrade"! Clipper tea is my tea of choice!

Great location near the station. Rooms are clean & spacious enough. Breakfast had lots of options.

Personally don’t like the plastic cups & wooden stirrers in the rooms. Would prefer a mug & teaspoon but not a deal breaker.

We really enjoyed our stay at Motel One Piccadilly. Excellent location for where we needed too be. Lovely hotel, beautiful presentation in the bar /lounge area. Lovely staff, spotlessly clean sheets, towels.. Will definately be back. And recommend this hotel too our friends. Thank you Motel One, two very happy customers.

Booked it last minute as I had no transport out of Manchester. Very reasonable price and easy to sort. Perfectly comfortable and clean and staff were helpful and polite. Location next to Piccadilly station is very nice for traveling.

Wouldn't rexoment it for longer stays as the room is quite small and the location would be more frustrating for me if I wasn't traveling first thing the next morning.

Trams we're noisy till after midnight, hence this affected my sleep.

Very good location only 10 minutes walk from the Arndale Centre! Right next door to the Q carpark, great value for money, very comfortable bed, wifi was strong, very clean room! Would definitely stay here again if I'm visiting Manchester! All in all 5 star hotel

TV in room didn’t work properly. Wooden housing around bed on right side too close to pillows/likely head position when getting out of bed and I banged my head on one occasion; subsequently kept away from that side of the bed!

Staff were so professional and friendly and couldn't do enough. The room was a great size and the beds so comfy. The breakfast was delicious, such a great selection. It was very easy to get to and to find.

Excellent location, very close to Manchester Piccadilly station - perfect for an overnight stay before (or after) getting a train to (from) the Manchester Airport.

Cleanliness, bathroom and especially the breakfast was great. Superb location to the city center, as well as the train station. Staff was very friendly throughout our stay.

Suggest not to offer "soft boiled" eggs if you cannot serve them; they turn hard boiled within minutes when you offer them together with the hard boiled eggs. Perhaps add some smoked salmon with condiments. But these are little issues, the breakfast was fantastic, even when compared with some more expensive hotels in town.

Friendly staff, nice bar area, clean quiet rooms, hot showers with plenty of pressure.
