6th or 7th visit to this hotel within the past 3 years. My preferred hotel accommodation when in Manchester. Near the Center. Near the Train Station.

I really liked the room, especially the fact that it provides European power plugs, which is very convenient for travelers from Indonesia like me who use the exact same power plug as Europeans. The bedroom and bathroom were both clean and well maintained. The location is excellent, it's right across from Manchester Piiccadilly Station, making it extremely easy to get around.

Overall, I didn’t find any real drawbacks during my stay. The price might be on the higher side, but considering the cleanliness, comfort, and unbeatable location, it is definitely worth it.

One of the fastest check-in. Comfortable bed. Close proximity to restaurants and shopping area. Located very close to Manchester Picadily Train station and the Bus station.

The room was a bit small, luckily we were travelling with just an overnight bag, else it would have been a bit cramped. We didn't have breakfast but i noticed that it was very basic and right next to the reception area.

Central location from the Train Station. Very Comfortable Rooms and I also found the shower easy to use. Staff were very helpful and plenty of cafes near the Hotel if you want to eat out for Breakfast.

Water in the rooms would be a nice addition. I've had water on the table before, but this visit there wasn't any.

I had to use the iron and ironing board which were not in the best shape, but they did the job.

An amazing hotel in the city of Manchester, just accross the road from Piccadilly train station (that provides a great connection to the airport with the trains runnings like every 10 minutes). Staff was super friendly and my room was spotless.

Really enjoyed my stay, could have done with an extra blanket at night but it is January. The room and facilities were super, right down the welcome fire on the screen! Staff could not be more helpful and organised. Will be staying again.

Great location to get around. Modern & great atmosphere. Comfy bed and warm rooms. The room was a bit smaller than we are used to but that didnt affect our stay. We had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and stay again

Visited the city for a music event. The location and facilities were perfect for our needs. The beds were comfy, room was clean and shower had a good level of water pressure. A nice selection of drinks at the bar and the mints on the reception desk were great.

For the price £155/€180 for two nights, I thought this was good value and a very good place for its price range. The place is modern and clean with a bar. In a good location in Picadilly (not bang centre but close and right next to a tram and train station). There are also nice spots nearby both for food, drinks and tours (e.g. Free Manchester Walking Tour at 11am from Sackville Gardens) The rooms were small and basic but comfortable.

No real complaints, the tram/train can sometimes be heard at night but not too bad.

Spacious room (although I was upgraded to a family room, and that was a good size for 1 or two people, not so much for 3 or 4), comfortable bed and brilliant location, right in front of the station. Ideal to take a train early in the morning. The staff was really friendly and it's good to know the reception is open 24/7. Good wifi.

Bathroom was very basic and quite small (especially for a family room). Walls not soubdprrof. A more modern/Smart TV to access personal interfaces like Netflix would be great. All in all slightly overpriced and less comfortable than other Motel One locations.

The hotel was well situated. It was spotlessly clean and ideal for a one night stopover in town.

The only thing we didn’t like was the fact that the reception area and bar was used as a cut through in the evening by so many people. We were sitting in the bar area late in the evening, and because of the position of the doors, there were many people who just walked through the hotel to cut off the corner when walking. I found this to be quite disrupting when trying to have a quiet drink.

Reception were lovely. Breakfast and room are fantastic value for money. Thoughtful vegan options for the buffet breakfast. Stylish lobby was an excellent spot to have a drink at the bar.

TV was a bit glitchy.

Wonderful property that I adore staying in during the January break. Always fun to go clubbing from this convenient property, the walk home is safe, & staff are extremely helpful & friendly.

Great customer service I left my work phone behind and they kept it for me for over a month while I figured out where I left it.

Particularly impressed that the Tea and coffee were "Fairtrade"! Clipper tea is my tea of choice!
