Location, location, location! Convenient for station, trams and centre of town. Staff always helpful & price reasonable.

Rooms are characterless, but as I’m only there to sleep it’s no big deal.

The lady on reception was very friendly and enabled an early check in when asked if I couls drop my bags. Location perfect for the train station, and only short walk to all the main city centre areas. Room was large, comfortable bed and clean. Great value for money.

Shower pressure was not great, but everything else was spot on.

Amazing hotel! At the heart of Manchester! Opposite Piccadilly station! Sooo clean as well! I am impressed.

So close to everything, staff are lovely, the beds are unreal and comfy

Fridge in the room would be a nice touch

The hotel itself was in an ideal location for exploring Manchester (opposite Manchester Piccadilly station) and so close to the city centre for shopping. The staff were very friendly and the hotel room was immaculate.

The only downside to the hotel room was that the air con didn't work so the room was very stuffy. Easily fixed by opening the window but could get loud in the evenings with people and traffic

The girl who checked me in, I’m sure her name was Poppy she was super lovely and really smiley. It’s always nice walking into somewhere you’ve never been before and being greeted by someone as lovely as her! The hotel itself was beautiful, and the rooms was lush. I’d definitely recommend and stay again.

Bedroom door didn't feel locked I mentioned it to staff Didn't like this recycled cups they had a smell which effected Tea&Coffee tastes Breakfast was okay spread out for your pickings and where to sit and eat.

Nice modern downstairs clean and well laid out. Good location for an event we were attending and really close to Piccadilly train station.

The hotel suited our needs for this occasion. Nothing to dislike.

A bottle of water in the room for the night would have been great.

Great location. Room was small but clean and comfy. Really modern, nice interior. Maps tried to take us a long way round to it until we saw a bridge crossing that takes you right near it.

The room went from boiling hot, to freezing through the night. Could not get the temperature right.

Friendly service, clean and comfortable. Bar area was lovely. Within walking distance of the apollo and really close to piccadilly station.

Staff were helpful and sorted a room for me when I turned up a few hours early.

Ideal location for the train station and city centre. Room small but everything you need.

Beautiful Hotel and so close to Picadilly Rail Station. The staff were friendly and upgraded my room to take into account me being on crutches to get around. My only criticism is the bathroom flooring. I suffer with extreme nerve pain in my feet and the texture of the bathroom floor was firing all the nerves in my feet. So a score of 99.9 out of 100 from me I would definitely stay there again.

Modern and nicely designed. Clean which is important to me. Great location. Good value for money as I went on a Sunday. Would definitely recommend.

Maybe the breakfast is on the pricey side though I didn’t use it.

Across the road from the station. Nice room with comfortable bed and pillows, good quality shower nd soft towels, and has a very good hair dryer - this is a huge bonus for long hair. Room was cleaned also with tea and coffee.
