Beautiful hotel, nice atmosphere and very clean. The staff were very happy to help and my daughter and I were able to book in straight away first thing the morning, which we didn’t expect to. We were going to just leave our luggage in store, but we got the room there and then. Room was lovely and shower was great. Excellent!

Didn’t stop for breakfast as it was only continental and price was quite dear for just continental. It did still look nice thought when we saw it in the foyer.

Property is located right next to Piccadilly station and close proximity to centre.

Little storage space - only a few hangers, no closets. It is good for a few days, but not for a longer stay.

Very well situated hotel next to Piccadilly Station. Good value for money. I didn't have the breakfast but it looked very good.

Rooms are perhaps smaller than average ( although big enough if you literally just want a bed for the night ). My only minor issue was that there were no glasses in the room ( even plastic ones ) so if you want a glass of water by your bed you need to get one from the bar

Always love staying here, really easy to find near Manchester Piccadilly station. Angel was great on reception as is everyone. Really helpful staff. Great place to stay.

If you don’t mind a continental breakfast, this is good value but if you want to cooked breakfast might be best to go on the hunt to the nearby restaurants in the centre of Manchester

The hotel was perfect for an overnight stay at the train station it was clean comfortable and the staff were excellent

Great central location right next to Manchester Picadilly station. Welcoming reception and waiting space. Rooms are comfortable and have all the basic requirements. Tiana at the Reception is a pleasant host and goes over and above to make guests feel welcome.

USB C sockets for phone charging would have added value but not a major point. Maybe a spare phone charger kept at Reception for guests who forget their's to borrow could help.

The room was small, which wasn't a big surprise but felt a bit tight.

Very helpful staff as I was on crutches and they went out of their way to accommodate me. Comfortable room and facilities.

We arrived before 9am as we were travelling for a funeral. Our room was available to check into which was so helpful.

I recently stayed at Motel One in Manchester and overall had a really enjoyable experience. The hotel has a modern, stylish feel, and everything was clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable, nicely designed, and provided a relaxing environment after a long day.

The only downside was the internet connection, which was quite weak and unreliable at times. This made it a bit difficult to stay connected when needed.

Open lobby space/bar, welcoming helpful staff, comfortable seating areas, lovely fresh bedding and towels, well planned bedroom space, quiet stay for an urban hotel - overall excellent value for money, Would definitely book again and interested to learn of portfolio of locations for other city breaks.

Nothing stood out as negative tbh. Bottled water in the room would be a welcome addition.- or a water dispenser in reception/bar area?
