Breakfast was spread out in reception area which resulted in some weaving in and out of guests with suitcases checking in or out while carrying hot drinks and plates of food. Not pleasant eating in a thoroughfare.

The location was great, easy to walk around. The room was very comfortable with all needed amenities.

Air conditioning did not work. Stayed last year and exactly the same. Minor thing but soap in dispenser did not pump. Similar issues before..May be worth checking things like this.

It was only a few minutes walk from Piccadilly train station and tram network, ideal location for getting to Etihad campus, we were there for concert at coop live so was perfect location. Free WiFi. Breakfast continental but lovely, daughter would have preferred full English type breakfast but she managed to get some things she liked. Staff lovely and very helpful.

Lovely hotel Central to all the things we needed while in Manchester

The staff were extremley efficient from front desk to housekeeping. The housekeeper was so lovely and showed me how to work the tv and very friendly. A credit to the hotel. Im sorry I didn't get her name. The hotel is spotless. Beautiful breakfast. Was a perfect stay in a perfect location .can't wait to visit again 😀

Comfy bed, two pillows of different type. Super fluffy towels, nice soaps, designer features. Quiet rooms with views,window can be opened, but any noises outside can be sorted by closing and using air conditioning. Big windows, make room bright and airy.

Our room, standard with view, was compact in size. Could be noisy with window open, local train station and trams, and traffic run late into the night. But closing well designed window can stop this.Breakfast is a continental type, so no fry ups in the morning.

I've stayed here before and if you want a place in the middle of Manchester near the station that is well run, then this is hte place.

The ground floor is very dark and not that enticing, especially at breakfast. However, that's it. It's pretty OK. Because of the Marathon and Arsenal/Man City, it was a particularly expensive time to stay.

Clean, modern/up to date decor. Front desk very accommodating. Nice and quiet up top, Street Level could be noisy. Location is perfect for Manchester Piccadilly. (Opposite station.) City Centre is a seven min walk. EU and UK Plug socket. Never seen that in a GB hotel!

Minor niggle, room was small. No bedside Table! Bar was a little expensive. Note: Parking is available next door managed by third party. book in advance. Breakfast is extra and expensive. (Pret and Costa near by)
