I liked the bed. Was a small room pretty much to sleep which is all I wanted for the night!

Based on a previous stay, the hotel met all my expectations - clean, tidy, efficient, good breakfast, very polite and helpful staff. There were some issues with the room however - nothing that stopped me doing what I needed but irritating.

I reported these issues to reception on check out (1 night stay). Bathroom tap very loose Shower (vertical) rail very loose No bulb in left hand headboard lamp Right hand headboard light fitting came away in my hand

Staff were so friendly and helpful, they even managed to check us in a few hours early which was great. Good location, opposite Piccadilly Station. The hotel was actually so much nicer than I thought it would be for the price to be honest, will definitely book here again.

Hotel was clean on arrival and not too busy just a few guests around . Staff all seemed to be friendly and helpfull and check in was a breeze. We had a room with no city view but that was fine as we wouldnt be in the room much and for 1 night wasnt an issue.

It's basic but modern and clean, very good value for money.

The hotel is directly opposite Manchester Picadilly Railway Station. It is spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet. I couldn't hear the traffic outside. The shower was the right temperature and not too fast or too slow with plenty of space. The hotel is very tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished. The staff were lovely and very helpful and reception is manned 24 hours, so help is always at hand. I booked on the same day as my stay; booking was very quick and easy and reception instantly knew who I was with no confusion at all. I only paid £66 for the night which was a bargain considering the quality of the hotel and price comparisons. I find it hard to believe that the hotel is three star, it's worth 4 or 5 . Many thanks for making my stay pleasant and uncomplicated.

Perfect location just a stone's throw from the Gay Village and Northern Quarter. The guy who checked us in was friendly and welcoming and there were plenty of staff on the front desk to assist with checkins - we are often met with a self check-in screen and big queues in other hotels, so this was nice after travelling to see a friendly face. The hotel lobby/bar area is great, a well stocked bar and plenty of comfortable seating to relax. The room was nice - comfortable bed, big tv, tea and coffee. Small but perfect size for a couple. Everything we needed in the bathroom, nice fluffy towels. We booked in advance and the price was an absolute steal, I'd usually expect to pay double for a city centre hotel. Great experience and we'd he happy to stay again next time we're heading to Manchester.

It's a fantastic comfortable hotel in a great location for everything in Manchester, the rooms are soundproofed so extremely quiet. Exceptional value for money.

Location was great. Tiana went.way beyond our expectations to help us with using the internet, directions to places we needed to go, and finding what we wanted. Our first trip to the UK was a learning experience.

The hotel location, and value for money were excellent. The interior design of the hotel lobby and receptiin area was very nice too.

The only small problem i discovered was there was only one waste basket in the hotel room. It was in the bathroom and was very small.

Location, location, location! Convenient for station, trams and centre of town. Staff always helpful & price reasonable.

Rooms are characterless, but as I’m only there to sleep it’s no big deal.

The lady on reception was very friendly and enabled an early check in when asked if I couls drop my bags. Location perfect for the train station, and only short walk to all the main city centre areas. Room was large, comfortable bed and clean. Great value for money.

Shower pressure was not great, but everything else was spot on.
