Looked amazing as soon as you walked in,very clean and staff was really friendly and helpfull

The main door is locked up by 11pm,you can get in with your key card but this would not be helpfull to someone that had to check in very late

Excellent location for us and the staff were very friendly and efficient on arrival. The room was nice and cosy too!

Check in is 1:00 and check out is 1:00 so you get 24 hours.

There was a vanity/ desk space and if there was a small mirror on top of it, it would’ve made for a very good getting ready area

This is a lovely hotel in a very central location. We stayed here as we were flying from Manchester Airport the next day, so I booked it for the location and price. I was expecting a more budget hotel, which it definitely isn't.

Great location right beside picadilly station and great location if your going to concert at co op live as tram straight there from picadilly station, room very clean and staff very nice.

Wifi did not work in my room , it was a continental breakfast no hot food except boiled eggs

Very clean friendly hotel, bed was exceptionally comfy! Shower was amazing, good pressure and temperature. Location was great for me, couldn't not hear traffic once windows were closed.

I wasn't sure what to expect never having stayed at a Motel One before, but was very happy with the size of the room and the bathroom was clean, fresh and looked like new. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were lovely (would love to get some for my own home)

Pretty sure the sinks "plug" is set not to move so have to constantly run water is such a waste of natural resources. As you cannot keep the water in the bowl, disappointing!

We were right next the the train station so easy for that, I asked to be on the lowest floor and as close to the lift as possible due to the other guest with me have a chronic health condition and the staff immediately sorted that out for us!

Not so much didn't like but the room was just a very average room for the price we paid but still very satisfactory

Motel One has a very calm, relaxed atmosphere. Initial thoughts were that it smelled very pleasant in the lobby.

Fellow guests were a little bit noisy, but this could be down to our close proximity to the elevator.

The room was a good size. Clean and well kept, but the carpet could do with an upgrade. The bed and pillows were great, very comfy. The bathroom was great and well appointed. The shower was fabulous and spacey. The air conditioning was easy to use and very effective. Tea and coffee facilities were available in the room, but the cups were plastic and reminded me of re-usable take out cups. The location of the hotel is excellent, just across the road from Manchester Piccadilly train station and five minutes walk from Piccadilly gardens which is a hub of activity. Bars, restaurants, fast food outlets and shops. The hotel facilities were good, but the bar only sold bottled beer and spirits/cocktails, which was disappointing. The breakfast was of a continental style and it was very tasty and lots of it. A great choice of food and hot & cold drinks. The staff were great, very helpful and friendly and check in was easy. I was on the 8th floor which was serviced by 3 elevators.

The person who checked me in at reception made me aware I had double booked by mistake and managed to help me fix the mistake. Very appreciated

Great bar area and friendly staff

Location is great. Interior very modern and exceptionally clean. However, the room was tiny. Just enough space to move around the sides of the bed. £211 for 1 night stay. Too expensive for what it was.

Staff are welcoming and professional. Even gave me room upgrade! Room was larger than I expected & spotlessly clean. Good shower with organic soap and shampoo. Good buffet breakfast. Location opposite Manchester Piccadilly Station is perfect - only a 3 minute walk. I have stayed here 4 times, whenever I have a morning flight from Manchester Airport. There's a direct train to Manchester Airport that takes less than 30 minutes. So convenient.

TV image quality was poor & pixillated. Probably due to a poor signal as my room was at the very end of a long corridor. The mattress was too firm for me.

Perfect location to amenities, parking close by, we used CitiPark on Dale street. Tram across the road from hotel direct to coop live. Friendly staff. Good value for money. Comfortable bed. Would definitely recommend and use hotel again.

I loved how warm and inviting the lobby and reception was. Reception staff were very helpful with our bags as we were early for check in. I stayed here with my son for a concert and it felt very safe and literally across the road from the train station and tram station.
