Clean and close to station

Excellent location right next too Piccadilly train station, the hotel was lovely and clean and the rooms were spacious.

The TV had no channels at all there was an issue with the antenna.

I really enjoyed my stay at Motel One Manchester-Piccadilly. The rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable. What impressed me the most was the staff they were friendly, cheerful, and welcomed us very warmly. Their hospitality made us feel at home. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Manchester.

It’s conveniently located near the train station, which makes travel very easy. They offer 24-hour check-in, which is helpful for late arrivals. There is also a late check-out at noon, giving a bit more flexibility in the morning.

Perfect location for our needs as we were in Manchester for a gig and handy also for Piccadilly station. The room was clean and comfortable and I would definitely stay there again!

Minor issue but the bed sheets weren't tucked in - not sure if this was overlooked by the cleaning staff or this is how the beds are made for all rooms.

The stay was perfection easy to get everywhere the accommodations lovely bed so comfy the intercontinental breakfast was so good the staff friendly and very helpful will be recommended to friends and family

Excellent location with all attractions within walking distance, and just off the train station. Member of staff are super friendly, polite and helpful. Room is very clean and the bathroom is nicely sized with a good shower. Breakfast is very good.

Only drawback is the air conditioning in our room which was quite loud and could not be switched off. The room comes with instructions for the air conditioning but our panel was locked. This was confirmed when we called the reception that we did not have control over it. Luckily my partner and I were both so tired it didn’t prevent us from falling asleep, it it was annoying nonetheless.

Hotel is in great central location near Oxford street and staff very friendly. Bed is very comfortable to sleep in.

Breakfast is plentiful but no cooked English breakfast 😭. That’s the only snag

I requested an iron and ironing board. I was advised I needed to collect from the reception. I would have preferred the items to have been in the room already. No one made reference to it when I checked in.

the location is excellent - the hotel fittings are well maintained and the staff are fabulous!

I was (perhaps as an englishman) dissappointed there was no English Breakfast - but I was absolutely fine with the ''German'' one - with the exception there was no marmite - good job I take my own!

Location was good little bit noisy as close to the trams exiting the tunnel. I just used earplugs at night which it was too much of an issue.

No milk in the rooms for the coffee and tea.

Hotel is really well located with lots of bars and restaurants close by. Reception facilities are good and the staff are friendly. Rooms are clean if a little tired now.

We booked three rooms. We had an issue at check in when we found that one of the rooms had not been made up when we entered it. Bed was unmade, rubbish in room and bathroom not touched. The hotel moved us into another room. Having also requested quieter rooms if possible the second of the three rooms we had was next to the lifts. The hotel accommodated our request to move this one. The third room was OK.
