Good continental breakfast, location right outside Picadilly station, ideal for coming or going to the airport (as aiport hotels are far more expensive), decent sized room and polite staff.

Stayed here for a concert at coop live, great location, nice reception area, room modern, clean and quiet. I would absolutely stay here again.

Clean, big bed, room was ready even tho I arrived very early!

The air conditioning did not work in the room and the room was quite warm.

Everything was perfect, the location is inmaculate 1 minute away from the train station and close to other attractions. The room was a good size, bed was comfortable and everything was clean, bathroom was spacious and the shower has good water pressure. Helpful staff and breakfast was great for value. I will stay here again when I go back to Manchester. 100% recommend

It was ideally located across the road from Piccadilly and easy access to metro links.

Everything was exceptional , took our bags to store, managed an early check in . Spotlessly clean. Super continental breakfast , so much that you dont miss the cooked English breakfast, which to be honest I dont mind . Super comfy room , perfect.

The Motel was very clean and the staff were very welcoming and friendly.

The chairs in the bar area were not comfortable and in my opinion, quite dangerous especiallyif you had a drink in your hand.. Myself and other h noticed other guests sat on the chairs and nearly fell backwards.

Based on a previous stay, the hotel met all my expectations - clean, tidy, efficient, good breakfast, very polite and helpful staff. There were some issues with the room however - nothing that stopped me doing what I needed but irritating.

Staff were so friendly and helpful, they even managed to check us in a few hours early which was great. Good location, opposite Piccadilly Station. The hotel was actually so much nicer than I thought it would be for the price to be honest, will definitely book here again.

Hotel was clean on arrival and not too busy just a few guests around . Staff all seemed to be friendly and helpfull and check in was a breeze. We had a room with no city view but that was fine as we wouldnt be in the room much and for 1 night wasnt an issue.

The hotel is directly opposite Manchester Picadilly Railway Station. It is spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet. I couldn't hear the traffic outside. The shower was the right temperature and not too fast or too slow with plenty of space. The hotel is very tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished. The staff were lovely and very helpful and reception is manned 24 hours, so help is always at hand. I booked on the same day as my stay; booking was very quick and easy and reception instantly knew who I was with no confusion at all. I only paid £66 for the night which was a bargain considering the quality of the hotel and price comparisons. I find it hard to believe that the hotel is three star, it's worth 4 or 5 . Many thanks for making my stay pleasant and uncomplicated.

Perfect location just a stone's throw from the Gay Village and Northern Quarter. The guy who checked us in was friendly and welcoming and there were plenty of staff on the front desk to assist with checkins - we are often met with a self check-in screen and big queues in other hotels, so this was nice after travelling to see a friendly face. The hotel lobby/bar area is great, a well stocked bar and plenty of comfortable seating to relax. The room was nice - comfortable bed, big tv, tea and coffee. Small but perfect size for a couple. Everything we needed in the bathroom, nice fluffy towels. We booked in advance and the price was an absolute steal, I'd usually expect to pay double for a city centre hotel. Great experience and we'd he happy to stay again next time we're heading to Manchester.
