Clean, friendly and helpful staff, both EU and UK plugs in our room, nice view and great windows. All the plugs and switches were well thought out. Also a very comfy bed and a decent breakfast. Overall a very pleasant experience, especially for a three star.

A bit noisy when the windows are open for some fresh air. Every door (including bathroom) wants to close, it was a bit annoying. So was the TV that turns on every time you enter the room and place the key card.

Location, quietness, excellently helpful desk staff - available 24/7.

Every thing was amazing and more than expected. However, there was no bottled water in the room. We got complementary bottled water but that was not sufficient

The hotel is very close to the train station and to the embassy which was important for me. The bed was super confy and the breakfast was very good. We loved it.

Excellent location for our travel purposes (across walkway from Piccadilly train station); lovely staff (was able to store luggage until check-in time); compact minimalist rooms, very sound proof given location, clean & comfy!

Friendly staff, nice room, comfortable bed, lovely hot shower in the morning.

Arrived just after 3pm, long queue to book in, waited about 20 minutes.

Good location for an overnight stay on the way to the airport due to transport complications caused by line works.

Location was perfect for access to Piccadilly Station, 5 min walk and accessible with luggage. Check in staff were brilliant. Area downstairs for a drink was welcoming and reasonably priced. For a city centre best location I have found to to date,

Paper cups in room rather than real cups, very minor point.

Close to train station, which was a major factor for me as I knew I was gonna come back late after a concert and wanted to make sure I’d be safe. Staff were extremely nice and helpful. I also stayed in later for £10/hr.

The hotel was very nice, the staff were friendly and helpful, our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel itself was nice and quiet and the breakfast was nice with a good selection of food and drinks.

Nothing we didn’t like - however there was no fridge in our room (my own fault for not reading the room description) however my partner asked if the tap water was drinkable and he was politely assured that all the water is filtered😊 so that was nice

The hotel staff was impeccable, and the hotel as a whole conveys security and comfort. Just what you would expect from a chain hotel.

The room was tiny, but that was to be expected. Breakfast had few (or almost no) vegan options...

This location is absolutely perfect. In the center, next to Canal Street and the train station. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were very helpful.

Excellent, well trained staff, remarkably quiet location given proximity to station, lovely lobby with bar and the rooms were super clean and the bathroom was spotless.

Only thing was lack of gluten free choices for breakfast so I didn't partake but totally understand this is not relevant for everyone.

Tiny gripe…didn’t like tiny paper cups for tea. No drinking glasses! No phone in the room.

I always like this hotel. It’s good value for money and very near Piccadilly station. The staff go above and beyond which I think is the main thing that draws me here. I have been to the other hotel hotels in Manchester and I still come back to this one.

Still don’t like the paper or plastic cups in the bedroom. Would much prefer a mug! I also think they are missing a bin in the bedroom which would be hugely useful!

Stayed to attend a concert at Co Op Live, which was 3 tram stops away which was really useful! The hotel is right in front of Piccadilly station, which was perfect for me as it meant I could check out and get on my train all in the space of 10 mins ! The check in was quick and all the staff I encountered were absolutely brilliant, all so friendly and welcoming. The room was a good size and everything was clean and bed was very comfortable!! Everything felt really secure and safe which is a big factor for me as a solo traveller!

Yes, the room offers adequate space and is clean. The toilet and towels are also satisfactory, and I appreciate their option to skip cleaning if it's not needed.

I hope the curtain can better block all outside light, as I prefer sleeping in complete darkness, but I understand it's a matter of personal preference. The other thing is the door of my room is a bit loose, probably, I need to press it 2-3 times till it's completely shut. Overall, it's still good.

The staff is very warm and kind, the location is great (2 minutes) from the train station. Good value of money!

Location of hotel was good for our needs, very clean and comfortable bed, great to have a bar on hand for a nightcap and late coffee and free wifi is really good

No cups just paper cups - would prefer china cups as already supply proper spoons, also late of shelf other side of bed would be beneficial for the person who sleeps that side to put their phone/water etc.

The location is brilliant, just a walking distance from Piccadilly Station. The staff are extremely friendly and warm. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a great city view. I loved it! The vibes are so positive and bright in this place.

The Bed was so so Comfortable. Probably the best Comfortable bed I've slept in at a Hotel.

Coffee was Naf. No proper wardrobe. Just 3 hangers over a Mirror. When getting ready your clothes are in the way. Didn't like that. But to be fair it was the most comfortable bed I've slept in.

I like how it was to the train and the room was so comfortable and lovely! Would DEFINITELY stay again!
