Wow, so from Airport to this hotel only took 30 mins, its literally across from Picadilly station. You can walk around 10 mins and in the thick of the shopping !!

Maybe the room was a little small

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was lovely and immaculately clean. There was plenty of room and our TV had a lovely log fire effect which helped us relax. There was a small hanging rail with gave us enough space to hang our clothes.

No iron in room though I'm sure if we had asked the lovely friendly staff they would have provided one for us.

The staff were fantastic, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was pretty good. I was on the 10th floor and couldn't hear a thing from the street. The shower was decent.

The lack of places to put stuff, the bathroom floor being soaked after a shower, I could hear a muffled sound of a neighbour's TV after midnight. The items in the tea tray were a bit cheap. It was great for a night or two.

Close to Piccadilly station and handy for local bars and walk to town centre

Comfy, clean, room size was good, nice bathroom, lovely decor, drinks at the bar not too badly priced for a hotel!

Expensive, noisy room with the main road outside, was told a bottle of water added on to the the room would have been £30! Breakfast not included in the price of £180 for 1 night.

I didn’t have breakfast, the location is perfect for me and I couldn’t fault the cleanliness or comfort at all. My room was on a low floor as requested and nice and quiet.

Location for Piccadilly station and easy walk from Co-op live arena.

Lovely space, great decor and exceptional staff. A bar that's open late and a great downstairs layout makes it comfortable any time of day. Great room, supervision comfortable bed and amazing value. Can't wait to stay here again next year. Staff were really supportive for additional requests at a minutes notice too they were so nice!

Close to Manchester Piccadilly station. Not having to key in your card for the lift was handy. Rooms were spacious and clean. Got a room with a view which was a bonus.

No in house laundry service or laundry facilities. But I understand if you are into travelling to one location and back you shouldn’t need laundry being done.

Property was very nice well maintained the only negatives I have would be the pillows were rubbish, one pillow was that softer was almost flat and the other was far too plump and hard. Breakfast was a good variety of items but nothing hot such as a cooked breakfast which when booking it says breakfast included but doesn’t tell you it’s not a cooked breakfast!

It is so close to the train station, shops etc but in a very quiet area

The property was clean, comfortable and lovely to stay in. Staff were excellent and very facilitating. We stayed for a mid week concert and the bar was still open upon return for a drink.

The location is ideal! We were there for a concert in the co-op arena and Piccadilly station is about a 2 minute walk away so was very handy for trains and trams heading that direction. The hotel itself is so clean and staff are very approachable and friendly. The room again was very clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable and room amenities are good! Breakfast was also lovely, however, if looking for hot items they only have boiled eggs. They have lovely yoghurt with lots of different toppings to add and have plenty of continental breakfast items to choose from.

A little from the city centre but close to public transport

The hotel was clean with a modern design in an excellent location right next to Piccadilly Station with central Manchester just a 5 minute walk away. The staff were also very friendly and helpful and seemed to go the extra mile to make sure we had a lovely stay!
