The first room seemed very small by jack kindly arranged for a move to a family room albeit at an extra £40 cost

It was easy to find. The communal areas were stylish and it immediately felt like a nice hotel. The room was on the small side but great for a short stay. The bathroom and shower were clean and modern, with toiletries and nice towels. There is a socket near the full length mirror which is great to get your hair done. The air con/heating was controllable. The bed was large and comfortable with great pillows. The room was quiet despite its central location and we had a great nights sleep.

A lack of sockets & anywhere to put your drink down on one side of the bed.

Good location we travelled by train so this hotel was ideal opposite piccadilly station rooms clean and spacious.

The bar in the hotel did not serve draught beers or lager's just bottles and spirits so we went to another hotel bar that did nearby.

Had a lovely stay as always. Staff are lovely and welcoming. The hotel is spotless and a great location.

The room was very comfortable and spacious also the bed was super comfortable.

VERY close to Piccadilly train station… a 1 minute walk. Very clean, modern building and friendly staff. Room was quiet.

The view from the room wasn’t great but I am picking to be honest (searching for a negative).

I like the Motel One chain because prices are quite stable, unlike other Manchester hotels. The staff are very helpful and I was appreciative that, although I arrived in the morning, I was able to check in because a room was available. This made my stay much more comfortable and enjoyable.

Two small quibbles: - a plug in the washbasin would be really good! - most are the breakfast tables are located quite near the London Rd entrance, which means that in winter there are icy draughts whenever someone enters or leaves. I had to move to another table.

Wow, so from Airport to this hotel only took 30 mins, its literally across from Picadilly station. You can walk around 10 mins and in the thick of the shopping !!

Maybe the room was a little small

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was lovely and immaculately clean. There was plenty of room and our TV had a lovely log fire effect which helped us relax. There was a small hanging rail with gave us enough space to hang our clothes.

No iron in room though I'm sure if we had asked the lovely friendly staff they would have provided one for us.

The staff were fantastic, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was pretty good. I was on the 10th floor and couldn't hear a thing from the street. The shower was decent.

The lack of places to put stuff, the bathroom floor being soaked after a shower, I could hear a muffled sound of a neighbour's TV after midnight. The items in the tea tray were a bit cheap. It was great for a night or two.

Close to Piccadilly station and handy for local bars and walk to town centre

Comfy, clean, room size was good, nice bathroom, lovely decor, drinks at the bar not too badly priced for a hotel!

Expensive, noisy room with the main road outside, was told a bottle of water added on to the the room would have been £30! Breakfast not included in the price of £180 for 1 night.

I didn’t have breakfast, the location is perfect for me and I couldn’t fault the cleanliness or comfort at all. My room was on a low floor as requested and nice and quiet.
