Staff are welcoming and professional. Even gave me room upgrade! Room was larger than I expected & spotlessly clean. Good shower with organic soap and shampoo. Good buffet breakfast. Location opposite Manchester Piccadilly Station is perfect - only a 3 minute walk. I have stayed here 4 times, whenever I have a morning flight from Manchester Airport. There's a direct train to Manchester Airport that takes less than 30 minutes. So convenient.

TV image quality was poor & pixillated. Probably due to a poor signal as my room was at the very end of a long corridor. The mattress was too firm for me.

Perfect location to amenities, parking close by, we used CitiPark on Dale street. Tram across the road from hotel direct to coop live. Friendly staff. Good value for money. Comfortable bed. Would definitely recommend and use hotel again.

I loved how warm and inviting the lobby and reception was. Reception staff were very helpful with our bags as we were early for check in. I stayed here with my son for a concert and it felt very safe and literally across the road from the train station and tram station.

I always stay at Motel One Piccadilly when I want to be close to the station for an early train. The room is clean and comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful.

I dont have anything that I do not like about this hotel. It is my first choice when I want to stay close to the station.

Only complimentary breakfast that was rather sparse looking. We all requested twin rooms but all ended up with doubles. Wasn’t a real problem for us but might be for others.

Poppy was so friendly when we arrived. Showed an interest in why we were visiting Manchester. Gave us an extra key card as I was with my teenage daughter. We really liked Poppy!

It didn’t matter what I did with the thermostat the room remained really hot.

The hotel smelt amazing. The facilities were clean. The bed was comfortable. We were allowed to drop our bags off before check in, in order to go to our concert. The bed was super comfortable.

The tv didn’t have many channels but it didn’t effect our stay.

Location is ideal for metro, Piccadilly rail station. Only a few minutes walk from the Arndale centre.

The room I was initially given faced an office block which made it quite dark, I asked the receptionist if they had a room with a city view. I was given the key to a city view room which was much brighter as the hotel was not that busy. I do not know when you book if you can request a city view room or if if it based on the price you pay.

The Motel One hotels always offer a certain standard for a reasonable price. This one is directly opposite the train station and it#s also right in the city centre. Rooms are clean and functional. Bed was comfortable.

The rooms are rather small. Breakfast is OK but they never offer any warm food.

The staff were so accommodating and made us feel comfortable at all times as LGBT+ travellers. The room was a good size and clean with very comfortable beds and little noise despite the central location. If you are travelling to Manchester for a short trip I would highly recommend as it is less than a 5 minute walk to Manchester Piccadilly Station.
