Near the station. No frills luxury

Was initially allocated a lower category room and had to ask for the room I paid for.

Central location and extremely good value. Nice and quiet at night.

Superb value for money, close to all the amenities & shops Staff were very pleasant & absolutely nothing to complain about, stayed here once before & will return again, with the Hotel being so close to Piccadilly Station

Clean, modern/up to date decor. Front desk very accommodating. Nice and quiet up top, Street Level could be noisy. Location is perfect for Manchester Piccadilly. (Opposite station.) City Centre is a seven min walk. EU and UK Plug socket. Never seen that in a GB hotel!

Minor niggle, room was small. No bedside Table! Bar was a little expensive. Note: Parking is available next door managed by third party. book in advance. Breakfast is extra and expensive. (Pret and Costa near by)

The location was very good with access to the city and public transport. The room was small, clean adequate.

Have stayed at this hotel on several occasions, which is recommendation in itself. Staff so cheerful, helpful and friendly. Always spotlessly clean.

Everything. The hotel is close to the railway station and only a short walk into the city. A perfect location. With very comfortable beds i slept so well. The staff were very attentive and very polite and friendly. Everywhere was clean and tidy. We did not have breakfast but it did smell good.

Nothing at all. If I had to complain and believe me I'm not, it would be having to look at a wall out of the window. But we are in a city so that's not their fault.

Location is perfect staff very pleasant and helpful requested low floor for health reasons and got it can not praise this place too much awesome

Beautiful hotel, nice atmosphere and very clean. The staff were very happy to help and my daughter and I were able to book in straight away first thing the morning, which we didn’t expect to. We were going to just leave our luggage in store, but we got the room there and then. Room was lovely and shower was great. Excellent!

Didn’t stop for breakfast as it was only continental and price was quite dear for just continental. It did still look nice thought when we saw it in the foyer.

Property is located right next to Piccadilly station and close proximity to centre.
