Stayed to attend a concert at Co Op Live, which was 3 tram stops away which was really useful! The hotel is right in front of Piccadilly station, which was perfect for me as it meant I could check out and get on my train all in the space of 10 mins ! The check in was quick and all the staff I encountered were absolutely brilliant, all so friendly and welcoming. The room was a good size and everything was clean and bed was very comfortable!! Everything felt really secure and safe which is a big factor for me as a solo traveller!

Yes, the room offers adequate space and is clean. The toilet and towels are also satisfactory, and I appreciate their option to skip cleaning if it's not needed.

I hope the curtain can better block all outside light, as I prefer sleeping in complete darkness, but I understand it's a matter of personal preference. The other thing is the door of my room is a bit loose, probably, I need to press it 2-3 times till it's completely shut. Overall, it's still good.

The staff is very warm and kind, the location is great (2 minutes) from the train station. Good value of money!

Location of hotel was good for our needs, very clean and comfortable bed, great to have a bar on hand for a nightcap and late coffee and free wifi is really good

No cups just paper cups - would prefer china cups as already supply proper spoons, also late of shelf other side of bed would be beneficial for the person who sleeps that side to put their phone/water etc.

The location is brilliant, just a walking distance from Piccadilly Station. The staff are extremely friendly and warm. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a great city view. I loved it! The vibes are so positive and bright in this place.

The Bed was so so Comfortable. Probably the best Comfortable bed I've slept in at a Hotel.

Coffee was Naf. No proper wardrobe. Just 3 hangers over a Mirror. When getting ready your clothes are in the way. Didn't like that. But to be fair it was the most comfortable bed I've slept in.

I like how it was to the train and the room was so comfortable and lovely! Would DEFINITELY stay again!

The location was excellent, very close to the station and within walking distance of the city centre. The hotel was perfectly placed, as it wasn’t too noisy despite being so central.

A small fridge to store drinks would've been great, especially during summer or hot days, and this would allow guests to enjoy their rooms more.

Rooms are very clean and modern. Breakfast was plentiful and adequate but not lavish. Location across the street from Manchester train station is perfect for travelers just looking for an overnight accommodation. Having multiple electrical outlet types in the room is great for travelers as well.

If you know you are planning to have breakfast, it is better to include in your room rate than pay the per person charge in the morning.

Great location and very clean hotel/rooms. The hotel reception/bar area is great, very modern and really helpful staff to welcome you. One member of the bar staff, Felix, made our bar experience very enjoyable. He was very helpful! Great drinks and good prices too 😄 Would definitely stay again.

There isn’t much storage space or a wardrobe in the rooms which is fine for a few nights, however worth baring in mind if staying for a longer period of time.

Breakfast was spread out in reception area which resulted in some weaving in and out of guests with suitcases checking in or out while carrying hot drinks and plates of food. Not pleasant eating in a thoroughfare.

Air conditioning did not work. Stayed last year and exactly the same. Minor thing but soap in dispenser did not pump. Similar issues before..May be worth checking things like this.

It was only a few minutes walk from Piccadilly train station and tram network, ideal location for getting to Etihad campus, we were there for concert at coop live so was perfect location. Free WiFi. Breakfast continental but lovely, daughter would have preferred full English type breakfast but she managed to get some things she liked. Staff lovely and very helpful.

The room was a little small but clean and bed super comfortable.
