Cozy, clean room with comfortable bed. Friendly staff, great breakfast. Loved the aquarium screensaver on the TV.

How clean it was , loved the bathroom very nice.

Really convenient location just opposite the station. Next to a good value car park Q-parks which is reasonably priced £13.65 for 24 hours if booked in advance.

The bed was comfortable, the room clean (small but very efficient use of space), shower adequate-good, location convenient, staff friendly and helpful.

The breakfast add-on seemed pricey, and the shower screen could not prevent the bathroom floor from getting soaked.

We arrived before the check in time and was going to leave our bags and come back later but the room was ready . Staff was lovely, the room was clean and sound proof , best nights sleep I have had in ages . Short walk into the centre which is nice . Will definitely be returning.

Loads of rubbish on the tables as you walk into the hotel , was there for hours .

Literally across the road from Manchester Piccadilly. The lady on reception was lovely and friendly.

Room was quite basic and felt a little dated compared to the reception/bar area. Drains in the bathroom were also pretty smelly.

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the wonderful staff. The hotel’s cosy and inviting atmosphere made me feel instantly at home. Every detail contributed to a truly delightful and memorable stay.

It's my third staying here & I would stay again. The location is ideal & the staff are nice and friendly. Reception area is also a nice area to sit and have a drink, the cocktails were lovely.

Comfortable and clean, perfect for a short stay, conveniently located across from Piccadilly station. The shower gel and hand wash smelled amazing, bed was big and comfy. Overall good value, would stay again.

Our room on the first floor felt like a basement room, would have preferred a higher floor. Not as stylish as other hotels of the same chain.

Enjoyed our stay at Motel One, great location & very clean.

No bottles of water in the room & only continental breakfast,dont like fruit & meusli. On a plus side, there were crumpets.

Great location, really clean, bargain at £180 for 2 nights. really great location, quiet room, comfy beds, couldn't ask for more really - except a bit more space :)

The room was pretty small, but we only stayed 2 nights so it was fine. had we been staying any longer I would have wanted more space, especially places to put clothe as it was limited.

Everything was just great, especially after a long trip! Very strategic location (2 steps from the station), the room was super clean and complete. Kudos to the lovely staff!

Staff were exceptional, arrived at the hotel at 11am hoping to leave our bags and check in later but our rooms were already available which was amazing. Lovely attentive and understanding as we were stuck in Manchester due to our trains being cancelled because of a storm. Rooms lovely and clean and hotel is in an excellent location next to the train station.

Premium style accommodation at a budget price. Beautifully appointed. Looks very high end given the room rate. Only reason I didn't give full marks is that breakfast. It was absolutely great for the money and it absolutely suited me but just to let readers know there wasn't really a cooked option other than boiled eggs.

I was amazed by the beautiful room, I was not expecting it to be that spacious, I could open the window, that is a pls for me. Overall it was a perfect match for me and my fussy self, my husband slept well, supper comfy bed....and it was big...! Staff super nice. Clean hotel through out. I will be back. Thanks

My only down size it only has continental breakfast, I preferred my cooked breakfast. My breakfast is the most important meal of the day for me it would have being the cherry on the icing cake. Continental looks really good, but it's not to my taste.
