Excellent location from Piccadilly train station , felt safe walking there. Only stayed one night. Quick and easy late check in(after 9.30pm) Fresh products for breakfast (continental) Room warm and cosy, with plenty of hangers. Tea and coffee facilities in room. During check out (10.30a.m)was asked if we wanted to leave any baggage to collect later.

Basic amenities in the room and bathroom (eg no biscuits, paper cups) Disliked the brown carpet

Location, facilities and cleanliness were second to none. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful.

The bar staff - the ‘gentleman’ who served us was fairly rude and spoke to his friend the whole time he was serving us, no smile or pleasantries. The price of drinks were much higher than anywhere else we went in.

Very small room, we upgraded the room and it was still small.

The bed was awesome.

The quality of clothes hanging facilities - hanging rails were flimsy. Breakfast doesn't blow your socks off...

Friendly helpful staff closeness to train station and tram links. Really comfortable bed.

No bin in room apart from bathroom bin. Bathroom waste shouldn’t be mixed with general waste.

It's a shame the bar area didn't do drinks on tap (only bottles). The bar area itself was very relaxed.

It's a great location, so handy for the train station and just a short walk to Piccadilly Gardens and the Gay Village. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Room wasn’t as clean as it could be, I dropped something on the floor and there was a lot of dirt by the bed. But other than that it was really good!

An away win ! Oh and the scoop/ bucket seats in reception bar area suddenly pitch back and are an accident waiting to happen ! In fact we saw two couples get pitched over snd a spilt beer as a result of these seats while enjoying our own beverage …

The hotel it’s very close to the train station. It’s a basic hotel with a good value we did not had breakfast in the hotel. It is also very close to downtown. There are many restaurants and coffee houses nearby.

The chairs in the bar..one of the styles went all the back..an accident waiting to happen.

Great hotel in an excellent location next to Picadilly station. Ideal if you are going to attend a concert in the AO arena. The staff were great and allowed us a very early check-in at no extra charge. Very good value for money and very comfortable rooms.

The street outside can be a bit noisy but it's the city centre so that is out of anyone's control.

Lovely clean room, comfy bed, really nice bathroom. Staff were really welcoming and pleasant too. Would definitely stay again.

Needs better lighting around the mirrors in the room for doing makeup (bathroom mirror was steamed up with partner in the shower so couldn't use that one for makeup) but that's all.
