Lovely staff and good breakfast

Amazing location and friendly staff.
Absolutely brilliant location next to the Piccadilly station, comfortable room, attentive and very friendly staff.
Breakfast was rather basic, and they had some AC leaks from the ceiling in the breakfast room.

Hotel One is the perfect overnight stop when traveling in or out of Manchester.
Hotel One was a great find. We actually stayed here twice coming to and from the airport. It is directly across from the street from the train station, which makes it's location perfect for travelers like us, coming in by plane and continuing by train. The rooms were extremely nice and comfortable. The breakfast was buffet style and had many great options. I would highly recommend Hotel One to anyone who is traveling through Manchester.

Great comfortable modern option close to Piccadilly station
Obviously very close to Piccadilly station. Rooms were decent size and modern feeling with comfortable bed, good shower, decent telly, work area and plugs. Limited hanging room but manageable for short stay. Nice lobby / bar area for relaxing and some very credible cocktails. Breakfast was pretty good.
Curtains could have been thicker - yes the sun does come out in Manchester!

Really lovely stay, I would recommend this hotel and have no hesitation in rebooking
Location was really convenient. The room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was a standard Continental and food was fresh and plentiful. Despite the location, the room was quiet and air conditioned.

Great value option
The room was very nice & clean.
The location is ideal, right across from the station and no more than a 20 minute walk to the main streets (you can also get the tram).
Even though our room was road facing we never really heard it
Room had air con, great in the recent heatwave.
Breakfast was a bit disappointing, feel like even for a continental there wasn’t much choice.
Felt like there wasn’t much storage in the room.
Water pressure in shower wasn’t great.

Very good but very expensive!
The location was perfect - handy for Manchester Piccadilly station and the event I was attending. The check-in process was quick and easy. The staff were friendly. The room was clean and modern.
The only thing I didn’t the price, but I think all hotels are vastly overpriced in 2026. Prices seem to be double what they should be across the hotel industry. This is a general complaint about ALL chain hotels.
