Great location and bar is excellent for a budget hotel

Unfortunately there was a damp patch on the bed

It's easy to get all types of public transport. Room equipped with air-conditioning. Staffs are nice.

It’s just another chain hotel

Very friendly welcome at the check-in desk. When I enquired about taxis, she booked the taxi I needed for the following morning. Friendly smile checking out as well. Room was very clean with tea/coffee making facilities. Very comfortable bed and fabulous shower.

Only able to open the window narrowly and was quite a warm evening/night.

The room was very clean and comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was well appointed. The location was perfect for our journey to the airport next day

We were on 13th floor and the windows didn't open, therefore the room was very warm

No bedside table,no suitcase stand, so we had to use the only table to put our case on,last but not least a plastic drinking cup not ideal for my coffee!

Great value. Good location right by the railway station. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included in the room rate and this was better than expected.

clean, modern, well maintained. very comfortable surroundings. the staff are friendly and welcoming.

unfortunately work is being carried out on the tram line outside using jackhammers and grinders until 2am and restarting again at 5am doesn’t allow for an excellent nights sleep, but obviously this can’t be helped by the hotel and is a temporary problem.

Toilet seat broken in our room but we were moved immediately on telling reception.

This was the best budget hotel I've stayed in. The staff were efficient and friendly. The room was clean and well ordered. I was impressed with the bathroom as it seemed higher quality than the usual budget hotel. The location was perfect for us as we were using Piccadilly Station and the tram for the Etihad Campus. The hotel is also in short walking distance to a lot of nice restaurants and bars. I would definitely recommend it if you need somewhere close to Piccadilly on a budget!

The only criticism I have is that the hairdryer in our room didn't work. I'm sure if we had asked for a replacement they would have sorted it but we were in a rush that morning so just informed the housekeeper when leaving.

Perfect location near the train and tram station. Easy to get to the city center on foot. Quiet room, even the nearby roadwork didn’t bother. Very kind staff. Big but cozy room with a very soft bed. Big shower. All what you need was in the room. Would recommend and come back

liked that the bar stayed open until 2am. I didn't use the bar, but I thought that added to the level of customer service of the place. I also liked the breakfast. Liked that my room was accessible by stairs. that's a big deal to me. Location.

Great location, lovely bar area. Rooms compact but comfortable and great shower! Staff very friendly especially on the bar. Paid carpark right next door. Will definitely book again when next in Manchester 😊
