Breakfast could be better, presented well but he coffee wasn’t great and avocado tasted like a paste rather than a fresh avocado

Only thing I didnt like was it only has 1 lift and sometimes its so full you cant get in and youll be stood in the hall waiting

The staff was unfriendly, and a £100 deposit had to be paid this wasn’t mentioned before we booked, it’s a hotel not an air b and b

We loved out stay, the rooftop pool was perfect for chilling on a Friday night. The breakfast the next morning was so nice

I thought the breakfast choices could be improved, a little limited for this standard of hotel. A bath would be a nice touch too.

The room was really nice, clean and comfortable. Great location. The spa and infinity pool overlooking the city is a must if you haven’t stayed there before.

Staff were so lovely and friendly. They'd left a sweet treat in my birthday which was a nice touch. Room very clean and bath next to the bed was ideal. Close to restaurants and bars.

The location is great. Everything about the stay was superb. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and polite. The extras such as the infinity pool, and use of the gym were excellent. 10/10

The pool was fantastic 👌 room was lovely I do think the mini bar should be included in the price (expensive) ask for a upgrade had a message to say they would for our anniversary and birthday celebrations but didn't, only Downfall was the lift was busy quiet often and we had use the stairs to the 7th floor for the pool and walk down wasn't to bad from fiirst to ground

The room was lovely and much bigger than I expected. The bar wasn't open when we arrived back after dinner, but looked nice.

One of the reception staff was a bit unhelpful but I think that might be lack of experience rather than deliberate

Bar service slow - 50 minutes for a cocktail, turns out the bar tender had to send a colleague to the downstairs bar for an ingredient to make a three ingredient cocktail. I wasn’t told until I inquired so was not able to opt for a different drink. The bar was not busy - I mean no one except a handful of people who had been served out on the terrace. No inside seating available, the bar was cleared out. Pricey.

Great atmosphere! Professional and helpful staff , during our stay. Cleanliness and attention to detail in the hotel and our room . "The snug " ,perfect! spacious clean with everything we needed. Stunning shower with complimentary toiletries from Espa smelt so good Rooftop terrace infinity jacuzzi , steam room and relaxation room facilities heaven !

One of our pilows had a peculiar smell .. bit like bad wind

The air con system was pretty tricky to work, and our room was very naturally dark - not really anything they can do about that though!

Just fab - we stayed here and the room was amazing. Location is close to everything - trams and trains. Loved it. Loved the cute breakfast and the lovely bar. The staff on the roof bar couldn't be more helpful

Spacious rooms with everything you will need

We had a great stay. The location is perfect. close walk to everything we wanted to see. The room was big and comfortable, and the shower was great. We loved the rooftop pool!

Nothing would 100% reccomend this hotel

This boutique hotel was exceptional in service, style and location. The facilities in the room were great, particularly the bathroom and lighting. The steam room and infinity pool were beautiful. The attendants were super professional, polite and friendly. The welcome desk staff especially were well-attuned to our needs no matter what time we walked past or approached them. They even allowing us to leave bags when checking out so we could get some brunch.

Some aspects of the facilities could have been updated, or clarified. For instance the remote control was a bit temperamental, and when using the steam room area the water jug was not always full and it wasn’t easy to see where you could top up the jugs. Similarly the area with the loungers could have some minor signs to stop people claiming and not sharing. Though overall, these were minor points, and for a long weekend break didn’t affect too much as we were not always at the hotel.
