King Street Townhouse, Manchester

All the staff were very nice and pleasant.
Beautiful bedroom, excellent bathroom, very quie - no noise from other guests, well laid out, quality furniture, well decorated, perfect.

Room 20 somewhere to hang your towel when in the shower, unless I just didn't see it

Fabulous location, ten minutes walk from Victoria Railway station, five minutes from main shopping centres and situated perfectly for fabulous restaurants. The room was beautifully finished, large bathroom and espa products. The inifinity pool is a bonus, a fabulous place to chill, I watched the skyline of Manchester during a storm, fork lightening over the building tops whilst relaxing. The breakfast, outstanding quality, and beautiful surroundings.

I reserved time in the Kingstreet Spa, on the evening I stayed the weather was stormy with wild rain and thunderstorms. The spa is located next door to the hotel, with access only via the main street, the facilities are beautiful but consisted of a quiet room, steam and sauna... the pool is located within the main hotel on the 7th floor where there is also a sauna. Dissapointed in the access to the spa.

The room and facilities were second to none.

Friendly Staff, nice hotel.

Only thing I would say is that they could do with bar staff later on in the hotel bar. The reception staff were great and offered great service but unfortunately were not able to make the cocktails that we would have liked as they were not bar staff. Other than that, fantastic hotel.

Stunning building and very well presented

Only gripe is that the spa is just that little bit too far down the road to comfortably wander down in a robe so you have to get dressed to go and leave.

Robes in bedrooms were a bit threadbare.
Had to come down to reception to order drinks to the infinity pool. Tried to use the phone but was on hold for 2x 15 mins. No staff to answer phone.
Also was overcharged at checkout. Phoned up as soon as I got home. Recorded msg to say reception was closed. This was for the rest of the day.

The WiFi in my room (10) wasn’t great.

The layout of the room was a bit odd - you have to walk through the bathroom to get to the bedroom.

Beautiful stay. The property is cosy and welcoming. The rooftop heated pool just tops off a gorgeous visit.

Men’s changing for spa was quite a walk but other than that everything was great. We also wish the rooftop pool had the option for later use 10/11pm.

As always the property is in a great location and the rooms are very quiet

Omg blown away in so many ways prestige hotel. Excellent service friendly staff.Decor was immaculate loved it every detail. Infinity pool wow no words the veiws on from the pool unreal. Excited for breakfast.

200 deposit unexpected only on apple pay. But for the experience made up for it.we made memories for life.

The hotel itself. Staff were great. Rooms were lovely and clean. Best part is the shower! Loved it. Stayed last night and already booking again for 3 months time.

The bed/pillows. Because it was two single beds pushed together the fact that my partners mattress was very sunken/dipped it made it a little uncomfortable to sleep.

Room was amazing, so comfy, cute and peaceful. The vibes in the bar and the place where amazing. The staff were so friendly. They helped take the bags to the room for us and they also made sure that our bags were well looked after for the whole day on the day of check out. The infinity pool is an experience and it can be both relaxing and fun as there are 2 small things you can do in the pool that improve your experience (try the buttons on the walls). It is perfectly situated near some outstanding restaurants in the heart of Manchester. We would definitely visit again.

The view from the infinity pool is the only thing that I think could have been better. Other than the fact that is was slightly underwhelming every other experience was perfect.

The room was amazing , from the clean beds and gorgeous smelling toiletries to the great staff. Had an amazing stay

Spa area with rooftop jacuzzi/ pool and steam room - free to use as hotel guest and open from 7am - no booking needed. Central location on quiet street.

Excellent room with plenty of space to relax

It wasn’t possible to stream from your own device onto the television and watch Netflix etc. The bed was a bit lumpy.

Some housekeeping issues in room - dents and damage to walls, damage to carpets, cold tap didn’t work in bathroom.
Small issues but when paying premium prices expect these to be sorted

Very luxurious and in a perfect area for the christmas market

Loved the set out of the room the spa was lush and clean. Very comfortable all staff excellent!

There was only minor issues that can be easily addressed little untidy area of decor where previously been a leak and it not quiet been redecorated but again only a small area in room.
On the room service the spoons and milk for cereal wasn't there but reception prompt corrected this and sent some to the room plus gave us extra 30 min longer complimentary to checkout which was helpful other than that it was a amazing stay!

We love it and have stayed many times

Receptionist when we checked in was surly and also told us that because we had booked via booking . Com we had to pay £40 to use the gym . This proved not to be the case but you do need to pay !20 to access the spa . Subsequent front desk staff and all others were lovely
