Very convenient location, modern decor, comfortable beds, quiet room, rooftop pool with spectacular view, breakfast buffet with good variety of options. Excellent staff ( everyone was good but Anita in front desk stood out - always smiling, gave us several recommendations that made out stay better and made a dinner reservation to a nice restaurant).

Gym could be a little more spacious. No other complaints.

The location is great, the view from the top is amazing.

Location is great, central and within walking distance of shops, museums and restaurants. Hotel is a nice design. Small gym but well equipped. Roof top bar nice for cocktails. Staff and friendly and helpful.

Roof top pool area is small and busy at the weekends. Floor 7 -there is early morning noise from chair in the restaurant.

Very nice, friendly, helpful staff at reception. Super comfortable bed and very clean room. Great selection at breakfast. Roof top bar was lovely to enjoy in the evenings with a live DJ every day, and an amazing view from the pool. Location was amazing, super central with a 10 min walk to all the centre of Palma, the hotel neighbourhood itself was really nice with some great cafes/restaurants/ice cream/boutiques on the doorstep. 13 mins Uber to the airport! I informed the hotel our party was celebrating a special occasion and they kindly gifted us both a bottle of cava in our rooms with a sweet note, thank you! The shower is spacious with Molton Brown shower gel/shampoo/conditioner and a huge bath with towels/water/trash done every day and the cleaning staff are really lovely.

- The main reason we booked this hotel was to have the option of enjoying a pool day but the pool area/experience was a let down. The pool itself is much smaller than the photos and only 0.9 meters deep, only suitable for a plunge to cool off (which is fine). There is no shade at all by the pool, no umbrellas, this area is of course for sunbathing, and it's pretty small but it seems in 35 degrees +, some shade would be needed. - You couldn't order a drink at your sun lounger; if you want anything, you have to go up and down the stairs to the bar/restaurant on the floor below every time. It would be great if the hotel had a QR code on the loungers to order from, as there is no staff by the pool during the day. They also don't do iced coffees! A small detail but this seems pretty outdated for a modern hotel. - In comparison to the reception staff, the bar staff were pretty unhelpful and not that friendly. My friend wanted to refill her water bottle (we had ordered other drinks) but the bar manager was funny with her about it. They only serve expensive, half-litre bottles of water, but water is a basic need and free in your room, so not sure why this would be a problem. - We went to the pool for a few hours the first day we arrived, Friday, and after this experience, we booked in at a beach club for the day on Sunday instead so we could actually relax in comfort. - The hotel contacted me prior to arrival, offering an airport transfer for €135 EUROS ONE WAY!? This is insane, it's a 13-minute drive and cost us €33 in an uber. We knew this, but I wonder if less experienced travellers would book it and assume it's normal. - Overall, would expect these details to be in place for a 4* hotel; some of them seem pretty obvious.

It needs a Better selection of fruit and an egg station for freshly prepared eggs.

Great location in the heart of Palma. Room was very clean and modern. The pool are was really lovely and turned into a DJ evening from 7:30 with rooftop drinks. Reception staff were very helpful in providing recommendations. We had a late flight and were able to use all the facilities including the spa to shower in before we left.

Food in the restaurant was slightly over priced

Location right in the middle of the old town is absolutely amazing. So many places of interest to walk to. Cafes, bars, shops, the cathedral. Restaurant is stunning with views across Palma..you feel like you are in a movie set and the roof deck and pool are a great escape from the craziness of Palma. Great breakfast and dinner. Pool deck becomes a Stunning bar at night with views across the city from the rooftop.

If i had to say one negative which is hard as I loved it, it would be that it’s not the best place for kids. It’s a very grown up hotel I felt. Oh and the gym is small but tbh we had so much to do that we didn’t really want to go to the gym!

The location! Tucked away in the heart of downtown yet quiet. The staff are young but very helpful. The bottle of water each night was welcomed. The rooftop lounge is very small but has an amazing view

A bit pricey. The breakfast buffet was eh. The gym was under constuctuon.

The location is fab and the hotel is lovely clean and comfortable. The pool is an added bonus as is the spa. The staff are great also.

The NAKAR is located in prime position to access all areas of Palma and further afield in Mallorca. The hotel is selective calm and efficient from it’s staff environment and classy facilities. Breakfast was excellent providing more than enough choice, with understated efficient service.

Nothing was to dislike about this hotel.

What a fantastic hotel, step off the smartest shopping street in Palma and you are instantly in the best spot ever. We were upgraded to a superior room which was a nice touch from Carlos , what an asset he is , lovely guy on reception. The room was very quiet and beautiful, ace bathroom and the best bed . The breakfast room is very nice overlooking the city, a fantastic selection of food , everything was delicious and the best orange juice ever! A fantastic hotel with fantastic staff especially the cleaning staff too . We will definitely recommend and return.

location is in one of the main shopping streets..The room was fine and spotlessly cllean. Water was delelivered each day.Staff were helpful and helped us a lot.

The shower should have a glass wall in it, everytime we showered in the open/walk in shower it would flood the bathroom. To stop this they should put in a glass wall. Also wished there was another table in room for more space to put things down - one one table thats already full of hotel stuff. Also wished the tv had netflix or youtube

The bedroom was a bit small, especially for the size of the furniture in it (especially the bed). The balcony was a little basic, too (not complaining but it was a bit over-sold)
