Amazing location, lovely room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was just perfect for us. ( with fresh orange juice, and good coffee). Checkout at midday is generous these days and we were able to leave our luggage till evening. Thank you for the lovely stay, we would definitely return.

Breakfast was the only disappointment for such a high-quality hotel with an average selection of buffet food and overworked staff…

The architecture and interior is really beautiful and even though we didn’t use the courtyard (it was raining and they were updating the furniture) it looked like it would be a lovely spot to have breakfast. The staff were exceptional and we can’t say enough about how lovely they were.

Everything was pretty perfect. It would be good if they had an elevator for more accessibility but it wasn’t a problem for us.

Lots of noise from outside restaurants emptying bottles/rubbish after midnight and taking deliveries around 6am. Also, noise (like dragging furniture around - cleaning?) at early hours. Despite the room being very nice, had poor sleep every night. Shame there was no bar too.

Beautiful building in a fabulous location. The gentleman serving at breakfast was excellent- very efficient and helpful. The room was a good size, and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of wardrobe space and the bathroom was very clean.

AirCon leaked water down onto the console holding the coffee machine, cups and glasses and all over the floor. The floorboards were lifting at the edges so it has happened before. Pillows were overly soft.

There was some black mould around the shower. The air con didn’t work, we asked reception the following day and they came and fixed it straight away - it had been set incorrectly. Two TVs and one didn’t work at all (to watch the news in bed) we mentioned to reception but it didn’t get fixed. At breakfast no one around to help, we wandered about not know where anything was. We had to find staff to ask for a few things. Be warned the breakfast is offered until 11am which sounds amazing but when they run out of food they do not replenish. We went down at 3 different times earlier and later and found the same thing each day. Once the egg or sausages etc had gone that was it! My husband burned his hand badly at breakfast whilst trying to get something out of the hot trays using tiny tweezers - we did not report this and we should have, his hand is red raw!

It was in a fantastic location, very central. But also it was a calm and relaxing environment away from the city vibe outside. Decor was lovely and echoed the age of the property and the history of the area.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, the room was very quiet and the breakfast was great!

The receptionist on our arrival was very helpful and friendly and told us our room was ready early which was a huge bonus. It meant we could settle in and get out to see the city much earlier than we expected. The room was large, though the lighting could have been improved. The bed was large and comfortable. The location of the hotel was ideal and we were able to walk to many tourist destinations.

The coffee machine at breakfast was slow and inadequate. There should have been at least two machines working to cope with the number of people who wanted to use it. The hot food was cold and the service disappointing.

A beautiful building in a perfect central location in Palm old Town . Very clean, the beds were so comfortable. A lovely breakfast with great variety of hot and cold foods served between 8am and 11am. We would definitely stay here again

Can’t fault it for a city break

Staff very helpful. Gorgeous building and lovely room with a separate seating lounge. I very much liked the fact that my room was cleaned every day without my requesting it. Excellent location. Good coffee machine that worked and I loved the refilled water bottle every day. I felt that people cared. Also, I asked directions and was given a free map of the city and told exactly where to go. The first night was rather cold but I found two extra quilts in the cupboard which kept me nice and warm thereafter.

I don't understand why at age 68 (my birthday indeed) I was put on the Fourth Floor with no lift available. I must say that staff immediately offered to take my luggage up and when I arrived at checkout they asked if I needed any assistance. Also, and this is not the fault of the Hotel I was not permitted to pay my accommodation bill in advance. This led to problems on arrival with lack of reception and Goodness knows what else. Please, Booking. com allow those who wish to pay in advance to do so.

Bedroom a little bit small but had everything I needed.

Stunning hotel in a historic building in the centre of Palma. You feel very regal walking up and down the main steps! Despite being there around Carnival with a large stage playing live music right across the street from the hotel, it was very quiet and peaceful, and we even slept with the window open without any disturbances. Perfect location too, with about a 5-10 minute walk to all of central Palma's main attraction. Bed was very comfortable and the mini fridge in the room was an unexpected bonus as I needed to store medication.

The staff aren't very friendly and kind of made you feel like a burden when checking in (at least the older man with the glasses did), and if you can't do many stairs the lack of a lift won't work well for you. This wasn't an issue for us personally, but if you need an accessible place you may want to look elsewhere.

I was there for 18 nights following a heart by pass operation it was a great devotion stay central Palma a perfect location for anyone the staff were extremely friendly breakfast and rooms were perfect I didn’t have to walk very far to get around I would highly recommend it to anyone
