The Hotel is in the middle of the old town which is very convenient if you plan to visit Palma. Close by, there are a lot of good restaurants, shopping options and cafés. The area is very quiet and lovely. Even as a solo traveling woman, I felt very safe.
The Hotel is very cosy and the design made me feel very comfortable. Also the rooftop area is very nice. Everyday, the evening service brought some complementary sweets.

The only downside is that the room door is not noise canceling. Hence, everyone can hear what you are saying outside in the hallway and vice versa which is something the hotel could improve.

Furthermore, the Spa area is very small so that you need to book your 45 min slot in advance. The days I have been there, the most convenient slots in the evening were already booked. Also, the hotel has no gym nor a real pool. If you like to do some sport, there are yoga classes at least.

The breakfast was nice but the dinner could have had more options.

A really super place to stay, 5 minutes walk from the heart of Palma Old Town. Rooms were spacious, clean, well-equipped and comfortable and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. A lovely old building.

Could have been a slightly larger selection at breakfast, but this is a very minor issue.

The scope for food was limited

I fell in love with this hotel - it felt like an oasis. I especially loved my room. The bed was unbelievably comfortable and the in room amenities are great. I loved the turn down service and the little notes that the staff leaves.

I booked use of the spa facilities but the hot tub was not hot by any means.

Great location with friendly staff, the property is lovely in itself with everything you could want. The ladies did a free yoga class with Irana who was really good. The rooftop bar was lovely and relaxing.

Stunning property!!! So unique and interesting. Loved the loft style room we stayed in, the decor throughout, the location, the staff, everything!! We stayed for two nights, which was a lovely taste and we need to come back for more.

The location couldn’t be better, very central but still quiet. We did the rooftop yoga class which was a great way to start our day. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

The room was spectacular. The staff was welcoming and very accommodating as we had some special requests. The location was in the historic area but far enough away that there was no noise but easy to walk everywhere.

We arrived late for breakfast and there wasn't much choice. There was one man working so hard but it needed more staff to keep everything topped up and to assist with how to make the tea or coffee.

Absolutely - nothing!

This property is absolutely wonderful. They very kindly upgraded us as we were on our honeymoon as well as greeting us with cake and cava. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a nice private spa to book into and lovely rooftop. The staff were also exceptional and very helpful with anything we needed. Breakfast was great as well!

The only complaint I have is the coffee maker at breakfast made quite watery, poor quality coffee, and I wish there were a few more fresh fruit options but this was made up for by everything else being lovely.

Great location in the heart of the old town with plenty of bars, restaurants as well as near the cathedral and palace. Small roof top terrace with sofas and sunbeds as well as a 24/7 bar that offers room service. Beautiful entrance in traditional court yard with spiral stairs and plants. All the staff were excellent, very friendly, efficient and professional - particularly reception and bar staff. Vey helpful at check-in as well as checkout where we could leave cases. This is a very small hotel. We were upgraded to a superior room which was lovely but not a great deal of space and looked out onto metal garage doors covered in graffiti. We wondered what an entry room would be like. The wellness pool and spa area on the lower ground floor is open to residents for 45 mins for each booking - we were constantly checking the time. Its also incredibly small although very clean.

A three night stay is appropriate for this hotel but it hasn't enough space or facilities for longer

Could have had a bigger breakfast selection, plus I was expecting to have the option to eat breakfast outside on the roof terrace but this wasn’t a thing. The breakfast room was dark and small.

Beautiful property - pictures do it justice! Room was incredibly comfortable (layout, bed, etc). Loved the rooftop for a coffee / drink, and a last pool day. Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Good WiFi. Perfect location - quiet street and close to anything you might want to reach. Access to buses for the beach are 10 min walk for either direction and come very frequently. Breakfast was a good setup.

If I had to nitpick, spa is a great idea but hard to plan for in advance as you need to reserve it, so was only used once during my stay. Shower water pressure could’ve been a bit stronger. For the price you’re paying, complementary water would’ve been nice.

Perfect location for exploring the old city.
