Great location, easy walking distance to all the sights. Hotel facility were beyond expectations for a city hotel (gym, indoor / outdoor pool / sauna). Breakfast had a good variety. Friendly, helpful staff.

When you can’t see which of the 5 touch sensitive buttons will turn on the bathroom during the night, unintentionally turned on the reading lights, then the main lights😂 Hot items in breakfast weren’t very warm.

I am very happy with our stay! The hotel has a really good location, walking distance to the city center, main shopping and sites but a bit outside of it in a seemingly local area with a lot of good restaurants where locals go. We loved the location! The rooftop swimming with views and sunshine was really awesome, the weather was warm in January and the weather was great! The indoor swimming pool was lovely as well as the sauna, not very big but perfect and there were no people when we went. The breakfast was a real highlight! Amazing selection with everything super fresh and warm. Only the self-service coffee machine wasn’t great. The lobby looks modern with nice furniture and design. The only reason I had to take down a star is that I expected more from the room. It was nice and cozy but very basic. I liked the light switches and that you could control everything with a few buttons. The linens however pillow and cover were pretty basic and didn’t reflect 4 star. Would have been great if the tv had a cast system. Also a coffee machine would be nice. Other than that everything was amazing! Very friendly and helpful staff. We just loved it and for the price in January it was an incredible value!

As above written the room seemed rather basic, the bedding could be better, a coffee machine as well. Putting a new toilet paper row for the new guests would be also good. But regardless of those remarks I highly highly recommend you book this hotel!

Lovely hotel, staff excellent. In a quiet area but about 15 min walk to the centre of Palma

Great location and great stuff. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel provided everything we needed. There is a small indoor pool, that we used on the rainy days. Also there was a spa. As a cherry on top, there is a rooftop pool, but we coudn't use because of the weather (we traveled in january)/

The only negative thing about the hotel, is that the hotel restaurant is open until 16.00. Since we were with our 2 year old daughter, we really could have used having a dinner at the hotel. But on the positive side, everything is within walking distance, so we were able to find another place to dine.

Everything was Really Good One Exception our Room wasn’t cleaned/serviced one night think an oversight had to ask for clean towels but they were brought to us immediately

The staff was excellent, Hotel Lobby and rooms are clean and inviting. Breakfast was outstanding. Indoor pool, steam and dry saunas were wonderful for Our January stay. The rooftop pool was too cold but the space is wonderful

Sauna and indoor pool was very nice. The room was clean and breakfast was good as well. Everyone in the hotel was so friendly, supportive and nice!

Out door pool is lovely and warm , friendly and helpful staff would definitely recommend

The bar closes early and no food available in the evenings which is such a shame as the lunchtime food was fantastic.
