Amazing pool area, breakfast really good quality, rooms really comfortable, and hotel location is great to explore Palma

The only area I would say is the slowness of the breakfast staff clearly up tables for the next guests. The staff were friendly and polite overall.

Our room was small but really well equipped. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable I have ever come across in a hotel. Loved the rooftop bar.

Could have done with some music at the rooftop bar.

Modern clean and well situated. Appreciated the rooftop pool and bar area, not always available in the middle of a large city. Good size room. Liked the fact that there were slippers and bathrobes and, a particular necessity for me and my ageing eyes, a magnifying mirror!

Only small things like lack of face flannels cotton wool pads and cotton buds. Would have expected them as standard in this class of hotel but it did not adversely impact on our stay.

Great location walking distance to cathedral and main restaurant area. Fabulous roof top pool, great relax and sunbathe. Breakfast was delicious and covered all tastes.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at while travelling abroad. First of all, about the staff, they were absolutely perfect, kind and helpful. I personally want to thank Abril who did her best to help us with everything we needed, from things about our reservation to tips about Palma. Secondly, the place is clean and tidy. The rooms are very modern, warm and cozy. The beds were nice and we could sleep well, although I wasn't a big fan of the pillows. I would suggest a normal size pillow. The bathroom also had a nice design, although it could be a little awkward as you could see part of the body of the one that has a shower from outside the bathroom. The location is very nice, and even though it wasn't in the heart of the town centre, it was in walking distance from everything. The breakfast was great, very rich and tasty with a wide variety and even had gluten free and vegetarian/vegan options. The price of the hotel connects well with what it offers! We didn't use the rooftop pool but we visited it and it seems lovely! If I ever stay in Palma I will choose to stay here again and I recommend it to everyone.

The only negative thing was that the room we stayed in had an interior door connected to the room next to ours, which was locked. It was not an issue of safety but we could hear the people living next door. They were mostly quiet so we didn't mind but it could be potentially a problem if more noisy residents lived next door!

Great location, delicious breakfasts with a wide selection of options, including for people with allergies, and wonderful staff. The heated rooftop pool was a big advantage, and the room itself was spacious and very clean. Parking was also available.

The only downside was the poor soundproofing from the hallway side - conversations from other guests late at night were quite audible and made it a bit harder to fall asleep. Other than that, I have no complaints and overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Good room - but could have done with more hanging space for towels and bathrobes. Very comfortable bed. Housekeeping staff were very good too. Reception and restaurant staff were helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was a bit average. The "hot" options were luke warm at best and there could have been a better selection of fruit and heathy stuff.

Our room was fine. Breakfast could have been better, cooked breakfast not always hot! Good location.

We found this to be half the price of some other hotels in Palma. It was lovely location too and a really nice restaurant street up around the corner. The hotel was clean, modern, lovely indoor pool & sauna. Rooftop pool was perfect for the sunny days too.

The pillows were a little strange on the bed.

- Breakfast area was very noisy and very small part os designed for where the food can be placed, so it becames crowded and you have to wait to grab some food. Also the choice of food is not massive. All basic things but nothing special.
- The back side view is not great but the design of the windows and blinds makes up for it, so it was not a problem for me.

Great location, fab rooms and lovely staff. The pool area was wonderful after a day exploring. Location was great for key areas and lots of restaurants and lovely squares for drinks

First day I was skeptical, why this place was rated so high. It didn't even have room service.

but over the days, the staff and hotel changed my view. Didn't face any issues at all. Place is next to the police station and walking distance from the shopping areas. grocery across the street.

We loved the generous quality breakfast, lovely rooftop area with pool to enjoy the sun and the very attentive staff who were extremely keen to help in any way to enjoy our stay.

Everything was great!

Great location and good room sizes. Very convenient for everything you want to do in Palma and 30 mins from the airport via bus and including a 3 minute walk from the bus stop.

Spa and rooftop is excellent and perfect for a tan

The rooms can get very steamy and a little bit musty over a few days staying in the same room when you have a shower as there isn’t a fan in the bathroom. This however is minor and everything is excellent

Superb location in a quiet area. Welcoming and attentive staff. Cleanliness and modern room decor. Facilities on offer like the spa and top floor pool and lounging area. Variety of choice for breakfast.

Not much to dislike in my opinion. Would have appreciated a daily complimentary bottle of water.

Beautiful hotel just a 5 minute walk from the old town. Our room was very spacious and clean, with a large comfy bed.
It was amazing having access to the spa during the stay. We also used the massage service too which was a wonderful end to our trip.
Breakfast had a enormous choice of food and changed daily.
Staff were very friendly and approachable.
Brilliant location for getting on/off the airport drop off route.
We would highly recommend for a long weekend to explore Palma.
