We stayed here out of emergency as our flight was cancelled due to the storm. It’s a beautiful place in the heart of Palma with multiple nice rooftop area’s, amazing views and even a small plunge pool. If you’re looking for a nice place in the center of Palma this is the place to be. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Trip for two
Perfect location. Almost all infrastructure and sightseeings you may need is on 2 min walk distance, except of sand beach (beach - 15 min walk or 7 min by bike). Cozy rooms in good schape. Small swimming pool is on the top floor (but we preferred beach). Nice breakfasts. Free bikes and free beach towels. Helpful staff (helped us with car rental and advice us nice places to go).

One of the top hotels in old town Palma
Exceptional stay at Petit Palace in the heart of Palma. 5 mins walk from some of the best restaurants and all the main attractions. Beautiful courtyard to lounge and have the most superb buffet breakfast and a fantastic spacious room with a view of the courtyard. Also there is a great rooftop with a pool to relax in after a day spent exploring.
Would be great if there was more options for dinner and drinks as can be quiet. Maybe a small bar on rooftop or some music up there would be a great addition.

Absolutely brilliant, really positive experience and very relaxing.
The staff are amazing, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is brilliant, personal service offered, good choice of food and very well presented. The breakfast timings are flexible and the breakfast area was never crowded. The rooms are well cleaned and very well maintained.
The restaurant food selection is limited compared to how it was pre Covid. Hot tapas/food stops at 4.30 which means going out for food or dinner. In previous years hot food was available for evening meals.

For me A Shangri-La in Palma
excellent location in centre of Palma Old town . Located to many good restaurants catering for ever possible quisine
My main like was the staff. Top class service at all levels, nothing to much trouble, In particular May who was exceptional in help, Gabriella in restaurant and the barman whose name unfortunately I forgot, top class barman who knew how to make anything.

Our room was very comfortable, clean, and the room service to keep it that way everyday, was excellent. The breakfast is buffet style, and the staff are very accommodating. The location is absolutely perfect, with the markets, taxis, and a myriad of very good bars and restaurants all literally on the doorstep. This is an ideal oasis for a city break in Palma.
There is a tiny plunge pool on the roof terrace, so its not really an option if you wanted to spend a day sunning yourself up there.

Perfect location, great views
Perfect location to explore, close to lots of restaurants, all the sights, a taxi rank, and the view from the rooftop pool area is amazing. The breakfast was nice and the staff helpful, and the place itself was pretty.
