Such a pretty property in the heart of palma, the breakfast was amazing, the rooms were lovely and the people were so kind! All round amazing

Lovely central hotel right in the centre of the old town. Well designed and spacious bedroom & bathroom. Excellent buffet breakfast. Small but lovely roof terrace to bask in the sun.

Location is perfect for being in the middle of Old Town. It’s a quiet hotel in the middle of Palma.

The pool could have been bigger, but we never had an issue. In the height of summer you may find it difficult to get a sun lounger or chair. Breakfast doesn’t have a huge selection & is difficult for those with allergies or intolerances.

Breakfast could be improved. Very cramped around the Buffet area, could be spread over 2 areas.

The courtyard was gated at night. It was stuffy and lifeless. It needs passers by to come in & buy drinks. Wilson was an excellent bartender. Full of smiles and a sense of humour.

We loved this hotel. The location is central, the staff very responsive and helpful, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff booked reservations at a restaurant that was one of our favorites of our whole month-long trip. We also appreciated learning that parking was not possible and that the hotel was in a special area that required a permit every time one approached. We discovered that it is on a narrow, pedestrian street that was even a challenge for our taxi. This is definitely a taxi-only hotel! We canceled our rental car and booked a tour to get us to the Dragon Caves on the east side of the island that we had intended to drive to.

The rooftop pool is miniscule and awkward to get into.

Room was well appointed and had everything we needed. Enjoyed the breakfast, small bar and sitting areas outside. It was located in an excellent area. The spendiest leg of our trip for 1 night but understood as in the city.

Perfect location in old town to explore Palma with restaurants all around it. Rooftop with splash pool was lovely. Felt very secure at the hotel , staff were always friendly and helpful and the breakfast choice was great.

There is a bar next door which can give some noise in the evening but really didn’t bother us at all. You really need to visit that bar though it’s stunning!!!

Perfect location, great rooms which were very clean and tidy. The most amazing breakfast. Lovely having the small pool on the roof too. Lovely courtyard as you enter right off all the action.

My only complaint is there is a proper coffee machine but guests have to use substandard automatic machines rather than a staff member making real coffee from the machine that sits there turned off.

This hotel was just perfect. The bed was sooooo comfortable and the breakfast was so tasty.

The hotel was lovely. My husband used the gym daily whilst I lounged by the pool. The hotel is so central to everything.

The staff were incredible, breakfast great just what you need before a day of sightseeing, we had a small double room which wasn’t that small as a couple we had lots of space the terrace was lovely with an incredible view. On our last day we flew late and were able to come back and have a shower and leave our cases at the hotel. Finally the location is perfect just off the busy streets but in the heart of the old town.

The bathroom door is a curtain which was uncomfortable and the sun loungers weren’t very comfy.

The room was incredible, luxurious, had everything needed, very modern, well decorated, just perfection. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cafe downstairs has a nice atmosphere, excellent food choices, juices etc.

The location is amazing, couldn’t be better situated for exploring Palma! The rooms were comfortable and clean and the staff were very accommodating!

Great location in the old town area of Palma. Friendly welcome even at midnight when we arrived. Smooth check-in. Lovely room, comfy bed, super shower room and nice soap/lotion/shampoo provided. Charming mini pool with superb view of the cathedral. Excellent breakfast with choices for just about everyone, I imagine.

Noise from the place next door carried at night. Mostly classical music but still obtrusive with the windows open. Air con very effective solution.

Our room was too hot and there was no power socket near the kettle, so we had the choice of using a small bedside table or the bathroom, which is not ideal

Nice hotel, however, we were assigned a small and dark room, after complaining about it, and paying more money, we were changed to another acceptable room.

I think that a hotel like that should not even offer these type of rooms. I had another issue. I asked for a camomile tea and they told me that they were out and send me to the supermarket to get it. Completely unacceptable. I went to the reception to complaint and the person at the desk went to the restaurant to check it up, and the tea showed up. Two problems, a gust is sent to the supermarket to get tea, and the complaint works in the front desk but not in the restaurant.

A very enjoyable stay, our room was the standard double, which we found perfect it was clean and well equipped with everything we needed, the hotel itself was amazing and staff very helpful and welcoming, as other reviews the breakfast was brilliant with plenty of options with the staff making sure it was regularly topped up. Location was great ATM opposite, supermarket 1 min away and lots of restaurants on the doorstep all offering great food.
