The staff are excellent, we were delighted to see Phina still working in the restaurant after many years. The views are fabulous and the rooms are extremely comfortable. The food is good and the leasure facilities are good too.

The prices of meals are on the high side but the service and quality makes up for the price.

A few small goofs by staff: recommending a restaurant that was closed, sending our luggage to wrong room, sending a birthday cake to wrong room, confusion over correct payment to guide--all very minor.

It’s a truly magic place in Deia with beautiful premises and breathtaking views. The staff in the restaurant El Olivo has been outstanding, the sommelier Adam is worth being mentioned separately as is Noemi. Chapeau, and we thank you for a very enchanting experience

We had booked the hotel for our anniversary. Unfortunately the hotel wasn’t able to provide me with the bouquet of roses that I had ordered well in advance for the next morning. So for the first time ever my wife didn’t get any flowers upon wake up on our anniversary :(. I was told that someone had tried to reach me to let me know, but since I had returned all incoming calls and since no one mentioned it to me, I clearly couldn’t know - and the in-room telephone was broken and it didn’t get fixed during our stay. When I came down to the desk in vein to pick up the flowers the reaction has been pretty flaw by the staff on duty. I would have expected that a hotel in which we spend 2.5k EUR for a 24hours stay would bring up some more empathy or creativity to find a good alternative solution or compensation. That did not happen.
On another note, an evening event was prepared (Tory Burch Sublime perfume presentation) while we were there. This led to a mix of guests that were rather ‘unusual’ for such an upscale hotel.
Porter knocked on our our door 30min and 15mins prior to agreed check out, which we considered to be a little inappropriate.

We preferred the original style of flexible sunbets by the upper side by the mail pool - the flexible ones were more comfortable when adjusting the shadow

Bucolic luxury, impeccable service, delicious food. Perfectly situated next to charming town with access to the sea. Jaw dropping views from room and everywhere else. Super comfy bed. Insanely gorgeous pool area. Extraordinary nod to the arts and local culture (shoutout to musicians at bar). Inspiring hiking trails on property. Fantastic activities - sunset sail, art galleries (Miro collection in lobby), olive oil master class with head chef, gazpacho lessons, hike with very devoted manager. Appreciated the daily gifts - still enjoying the lavender salt and olive oil tea.

Wish the rates were more reasonable - would have loved to stay longer...or move in permanently.

Exceptional service, staff were so friendly and helpful at all times and made our stay so special.
My daughter and I loved everything about the hotel and hope to return soon.

Cannot fault it. If I was to say one thing it would be the stairs. But even that was not a problem for us.

Rooms 18 and 19 up a high staircase. There should have been a handrail for safety.

Layout is a bit confusing; for example, finding the gym. There are too many ways getting to one destination.

Stunning hotel in an amazingly beautiful location. Great art throughout the hotel, wonderful personal touches and great service from the staff. Breakfasts were delicious.

The only thing we thought was not up to par was the La Tromantana Grill restaurant where we ate our first night. Very overpriced for food that was nice but nothing special.
