everything ok only minor problem could be not for some people because of the stairs but they have a lift after the first stairs to the entrance.

It was a great, old, well kept hotel with amazing staff.
The hotel went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was top-notch. I've stayed in some very high end hotels and this one was excellent. The breakfast was actually amazing. I will be back for sure.

Excellent traditional hotel. Would stay again.
We stayed for one night because our Villa wasn't ready. What a lovely hotel. Very clean, comfy bed. Great room temperature. We used the jaccuzi the roof which was lovely. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast. The room overlooked the main square so there was a lot of noise but that's not the Hotel's fault. Would definitely stay again.
Only the fact that there were a lot of festivities in Pollenca that night so it was very noisy throughout the night, but we were only staying one night and we always travel with earplugs so it didn't really bother us too much.

Nice small hotel right in middle of town.
Small but comfortable hotel in the heart of Pollenca, right in front of the town main square. Breakfast ok, but not fabulous. Staff was very helpful, but important to note that reception is not open all day.

Truly authentic hotel in the heart of Pollença
I had to book this room at a very short notice. there was only one room left on the website and I’m not surprised. This little hotel met all our needs for the short stay we had - including a scrumptious meal in their downstairs restaurant.
I’d also say location cannot be any more central, sharing the town’s ‘plača’ with the iconic view of the church.

Perfect Authentic Mallorcan Hotel
Very clean, lovely double aspect room with views of Puig Maria and Square. Bed firm but very comfy, air con quiet and worked very well. Breakfast delicious, nicest omelette I’ve ever had. (Choices available) Breakfast on the square was a lovely surprise.
