Boutique Hotel Calatrava, Mallorca

Superb location close to all historical monuments, sights and the nature (Mediterranean) in Palma. The size of the hotel is perfect to enjoy the personalised services and feel the non-industrial hospitality. Rooms are huge big and very comfortable. Staff is extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast served in the rooftop terrace (don't forget to try the freshly squeezed orange juice, orange is harvested in Mallorca)!

One of the best hotels we have stayed in Europe. All the staff are wonderful, friendly and professional. The manager of the hotel must be doing a fantastic job keeping the great people and maintaining the high level of service.

The hotel is lovely with a fantastic roof terrace. Stunning view over the sea. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, walking distance to the busy centre but in a quiet square.

I like to exercise when I’m away so a gym would have been 👍

This cute boutique hotel is very accessible from Palma airport by car, and the city center is easily reachable by foot (about 15 minutes). Rooms and lobby are curated with some artworks. F&B (lunch, breakfast) was of good quality, and the lovely and efficient staff is going out of their way to welcome and help you.

Overall the hotel building was pretty small (only 15 rooms in total) and rooms aren't wide either. Despite being well-connected, the area where the hotel is located looks some kind of Palma surburbia, it is quiet/residential, yet a bit empty and certainly lacks some flair (no shops nor restaurants nearby). Given the neighborhood, it feels even a bit unsafe to be walking in this area at night. We wouldn't stay more than 2 nights in this location.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Not that we ever saw them but the housekeeping staff were excellent ensuring an immaculate room at all times.

Outside of the property’s remit perhaps but in the narrow lane at the back of the hotel was a loose drain cover that when ran over by a vehicle (which was not at all often) made a very loud double bang which woke one up early in the morning and was annoying when it happened during the day. Perhaps a word with the city authorities?

Amazing Hotel by all means, they upgraded my room to a wonderful suite, the staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. Rooms are very clean and, everything was beyond perfect! Will definitely come again!

the only thing i didnt like is the noise of housekeeping and some guests in the early morning.

a quiet location, but a very short walk to the busy centre, with a really chilled atmosphere and staff that were brilliant. Nothing too much trouble and made our stay outstanding.

The room was beautiful and spacious. The location was within walking distance of restaurants and attractions. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Our room was cleaned each time we left.

That the toualette just had a glas (like a shower door) door to the room.

The hotel was stylish and understated. The staff were all very kind and helpful and we were made to feel very welcome. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Our room was large, really clean and well equipped and the bed was extremely comfortable. The roof terrace was a delight with an amazing view over the bay and city. We enjoyed drinks and tapas there along with the delicious, plentiful and beautifully presented breakfast. We also enjoyed use of the spa. The area around the hotel was quiet but a short walk and you were in Palma old town. There was an issue with our spa reservation (outside the control of the hotel) but the staff worked hard to resolve this, provided us with complimentary cava and made it possible for us to use the spa later the same day. Overall, we would heartily recommend this hotel if you fancy a relaxed but great quality break in Palma.

Only slight issue was a little noise from the paved street outside and a tiny nit outside out room one night. This was minor and the room was very quiet once the window was shut.

Breakfast, poor service and had to ask what was available. When I booked with booking.com I was informed I had a discount of 173euros making a total of 948 euros to pay,the hotel had no knowledge of this so i paid the full amount of 1121euros for the stay.
