The location is convenient. The room is clean and spacious with high ceiling. The bed is comfortable. The Wi-Fi is good. There’s device connection to the tv for which you can watch any Netflix or Apple TV shows.

The restaurant is very pricey. The Mexican food is good. The breakfast is very expensive.

Staff were super helpful and friendly. Suggested tours and very good places to eat

Great location and beautiful pool on the rooftop with very comfortable beds and spacious rooms with excellent service and staff.

The cocktail room, which we love was closed and the furniture in the upstairs bar area could be updated.

Too many private events and you can not enjoy in full the restaurants and bars of the structure

Superb hotel with immaculate service. Josephine on front desk was in particular, one of the most fantastic staff members I've ever encountered at a hotel. She is an absolute star and made every aspect of our stay brilliant.

pool was too small and not enough chairs for everyone there is miscommunication between the staff specially at the reception.

The staff was phenomenal at helping us enjoy our short time in Madrid. We were able to get a reservation in a short turn around time. They helped plan activities that the teens enjoyed. And planned walks so we'd see the most getting from point a to point b.

The rooftop bar is really amazing, full of greenery - this is the best feature of this hotel. The gym is spacious and equipped with almost top of the line Technogym equipment Also the toiletries are exceptional but that is very much it.

The decor of the rooms and interiors of the hotel is inadequate for a 5* hotel. Rooms are lacking luxurious feel and are quite basic in terms of furniture and fit-out style. Hallways upstairs are dirty due to the walls being covered only with white paint which is prone to dirt. When you arrive in the hotel you are struggling to find the reception - it is crammed into a side area of the bar in the lobby. Breakfast is a la carte only and the selection is rather basic, so it's worth trying to find something outside (for instance Amazonia Madrid which is 300m from the hotel). All in all - unless you want to spend all day in the rooftop bar/pool area then perhaps other 5* options will probably make better choice.

Beautiful decor, a great bar with a large dining table to have a drink and do some computer work without feeling like I had to be stuck up in my room. The staff made me feel very welcome to catch up on all my emails. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

No in-house dining is available before 10 pm at night unless you want your party to be the only one in the restaurant. I didn't like the furry blanket they kept putting on my bed. Not sure how often this would get washed. It seems impractical for a hotel. The first things to be thrown off my bed are the quilt and cushions that don't get washed with every guest. Not sure why hotels keep including them.

Clearly design of the hotel is cool. The staff were all friendly and kind. The amenity of Le Labo made me so excited. The scent of the hotel was amazing (I bought a diffuser). I was looking forward to going back to hotel every night…

The box of tissue was ran out quickly and a bit uncomfortable to tell the staff for such a small thing (I didn’t ask them of course). Although the amenity were great, but provided a big bottle so I could not bring them back to home and I could not purchase them neither as they were sold out.

In my eyes an overpriced breakfast offering. Why is this not included in such a hotel price category?

On Sunday they had Madrid Marathon in the city, we ordered a taxi one evening ago, before we leave the hotel next day and they did not share this information with us. Luckily we went to the airport on time. And please make sure that when they make preauthorization it can be some confusion, to check the card numbers will be much guaranty for the later issues.

Room was good and bed very comfy. Slightly noisy but to be expected. Slightly on small size but ok.

property great and staff great, only felt that while checking in I told the check staff that we were in the property to celebrate my 60 th birthday and my wife”s 55th birthday, disappointed that there was not even a single effort to send a card of wishes, a small flower bouquet or even a small cup cake, it is just the thought in such occasions which is important to make your stay memorable with a small gesture from the hotel staff, I even updated my Marriott card with all my details which showed my DOB, lastly the same check in staff had a problem with our check in and it took almost 30 minutes for the same staff to check us in, as while discussing with him I did mention that I was staying in the property for my 60th and wife”s 55th and would appreciate if the check in could be quicker.

MEXICAN BREAKFAST AND LUNCH

WELL ALL WAS GREAT UNTIL MY NECKLACE DISAPEARED. I LEFT MY BEAUTIFUL PENDANT BY A WINDOW AND SADLY FORGOT TO PUT IT IN THE SAFTY BOX TOGETHER WITH THE REST OF MY VALUABLES. BY THE NEXT DAY IT HAD DISSAPEREAD. I ASKED CONCIERGE TO SEARCH ALL STAFF, IT DID NOT APPEARED, ALSO I DONT THINK THEY MADE AN EFFORT TO LOOK FOR IT AND SEARCH STAFF.
