The pool area is amazing!

The location, the pool & the staff…the fact that we got an upgraded room was greatly appreciated!

No one could doubt the convenience and facilities of this lovely hotel in central Madrid. The pool area, in a heatwave, was like an oasis.

It was expensive and more than we would usually pay but it was a real treat!

No light from the window which faced internally to the building and was a very small room (but NB, this type of room was possibly much quieter, which I wanted, so it might be a trade-off).

Stayed with spouse and teen. Room was a good size. Coffee/tea in the room replenished daily. Wonderful rooftop pool and restaurant. Perfect location for our holiday in Madrid. We did not get the breakfast option as we wanted to freedom to roam and try other things. Lots of places to eat nearby. Even though Gran Via is always bustling, our room was quiet.

There is some noise heard between rooms - the sound insulation isn’t 100% - but not really a big deal.

The hotel is stunning, we felt we had arrived somewhere very luxurious and grand. The room was the same. The photos do not do justice to the rooftop area. The pool is really nice, you get a towel to use on arrival, first come first served for hotel guests but we went twice and didn't have much trouble finding a lounger. The views and the bar are stunning and not what I expected. I had been looking for a rooftop bar to visit whilst in Madrid and didn't realise we had the perfect one at our hotel. Loved our stay

Location, staff, room was extra nice, amenities were good.

Blow dryer-it was connected permanently under the sink and hard to pull out far enough to use along with having to hold the button the whole time I was drying my hair.

Poll deck restaurant is pricey for what it is. Disappointing that lifeguard didn't tackle large bunch of loud young men who were repeatedly jumping into pool, drinking beer in pool, and making unpleasant environment for other guests

Very small issue. Not a criticism but a suggestion - a more varied selection of fruit in the morning for breakfast but all in all a great hotel for a stay in Madrid. Staff were great.

The hotel's location, staff, and cleanliness were excellent. The breakfast was very varied. The poolside area was also a great place to relax during this hot weather.

Great hotel in the heart of Madrid. Easy walk to so many things - restaurants, parks, Prado Museum, Royal Palace, Plaza del Sol, etc. Very nice lounge/restaurant/pool on the roof, with great views of Madrid. It had the best breakfast buffet of any Spanish hotel we stayed in.

Everything! Location was amazing, so central. The room was so spacious and perfect room temp in hot weather. Super clean. Staff extremely attentive. Rooftop is worth going here for alone but everything was superb! Really appreciated the unexpected room upgrade and little birthday treat for my Mom. Attention to detail here is 100%!
