Definitely worth a visit! The hotel is located in the very center of Madrid, we were greeted by friendly staff, the hotel itself is very beautiful and clean. The room was gorgeous and with a beautiful view, I would also like to mention the excellent bathroom and comfortable bed with a large TV. The hotel service is thought out to the smallest detail such as shampoos, combs, delivery to the room and room cleaning when required. The breakfast is excellent, there is a choice, everything was fresh and tasty. We will definitely visit the hotel again 🫶

there could be noise outside the window, but I don’t consider it a minus since it’s in the very center and the windows had good sound absorption

The location is perfect, the hotel style is great, the staff is very nice, the price for value is excellent.

The bad was splitting to two bads, not so comfortable, but it’s ok.

It was indicated when we booked that we would get a room with views over the city, when we arrived they then told us it would be extra cost which needless to say we did not get a city view room instead we had no outlook.

Great location beside Metro Station, literally 20m away - Santo Domingo. Rooms were great, reasonable size with desk. Breakfast was fine - a bit overpriced for €19. Overall very good.

Bathroom door was annoying with the little door stopper jumping out of the floor. Must have stood on it 20 times. I had a room with a connecting door, which I didn't look for, and it was a bit noisy. Breakfast not worth €19

Given that its a 4 star hotel , there wasn't much of a selection for breakfast. Have had better ones on less star hotels

The location was ideal as it was right in the centre of Gran Via. The staff were fantastic. The rooms were lovely and comfortable. At the Sky Bar there were wonderful views of Madrid.

It was excellent!

Loved the design and it was super clean. When I requested for the room to be cleaned, they came within a few minutes and was ready until I got back (less than an hour). Room service was great! Everyone was really nice and helpful. I would go there again in a heartbeat ! The sky bar was stunning as well as the employees were outgoing and friendly❤️

The Emperador is a smart hotel located in the centre of Madrid. It is walking distance from museums, attractions and restaurants. It is smart and comfortable with a good breakfast and friendly helpful staff.

The only thing that was not so good was the shower. The pressure was very low when the shower was set on warm. Otherwise the room was very nice.
