LUXURY BABY !!!

We had a wonderful time and everything was truly perfect, starting form the staff at the reception, throw the beautiful designed room to the great location in walking distance from everywhere.

Great room, excellent food and staff were amazing.

Everything from the room, the staff and the location was exceptional. Our room was incredibly spacious, clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the courtyard. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel right at home. We also loved how centrally located the hotel is as it's walking distance to all the museums and sights, with wonderful tapas restaurants in the surrounding streets.

There was nothing that we didn't like.

The hotel & the staff are exceptional, it's a renovated palace and the hotel is relatively brand new. So expect it to be in pristine conditions, exceptional service from staff that is passionate to help. Our special occasion was taken care of and they made our day so much more special.

Service and food were excellent. Atmospheric building in a great location for shops, sights, parks and museums.

It was mid winter and very cold when we stayed. The heating struggled to get the room warm. No heating in the bathroom.

Service was impeccable. Friendly, helpful, professional. We loved the boutique vibe of the hotel but everything we needed and more. The room was incredible - gorgeous, spacious and restful.

We picked an expensive weekend to visit - rates felt quite high but this was across the city.

Decor maybe a bit too dark?

The suite was specious and amazing. Maybe the best suite I stayed at in Europe as it has a high celling which adds to the luxury and all details are thought off to make the guest very comfortable . Staff and location are wonderful.

The only thing was the AC as even when switching it on I could not feel that it’s on so we had to open the window but to be honest we did not report the problem

The Hotel is absolutely fantastic, in a very convenient location to visit Madrid. It is a hystorical building that was renovated in an excellent way. All the facilities are great and so is the room, which was large and extremely comfortable (the bathroom and the shower in particular). Highly appreciated the multiple amenities, which are rather uncommon nowadays. Last, but not least, the staff is very polite, welcoming, and efficient.

Luxury boutique hotel! Quiet, clean, exceptional service, friendly employees, impeccable! Great location and within walking distance from everything. You will not be disappointed. 10/10.

Wonderful breakfest!

We loved our 2 night stay at CoolRooms. It is a beautiful boutique hotel in the centre of everything. Such helpful and friendly staff who were so accommodating (casually asked concierge Chris for tapas bar recommendations and next time we saw him he gave us a list of bars and restaurants, so kind!). The room was very big and so well designed. The bed comfortable, and bathroom gorgeous. We didn’t have breakfast but enjoyed the poolside bar. Would be a bit awkward swimming in the pool as the restaurant patrons surround it (but you would only use it for a cool down anyway definitely not to sunbake). Didn’t still need from giving 5 stars though!!!

Everything, but especially the service from Chris and Evan at the front. I never touched a suitcase, they answered my questions and helped ma whenever they could. The room was huge, and spotlessly clean! They provided pool towels and a basket to take your things down. The pool area was beautiful for relaxing around, having a drink, and having breakfast.

Not a thing. Although I think for a multi day stay, offering one unique dish on the breakfast menu would keep things interesting.

An excellent hotel with a perfect location, just a short walk from all the main attractions. Its style and design are surprisingly for a hotel in the city center – a blend of aesthetics, uniqueness, and comfort. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a positive feel. The staff is friendly, professional, and attentive, always ready to assist with any request. Breakfast is good and well-balanced – not excessive, yet fully satisfying. Without a doubt, this is a hotel you’ll be happy to return to again and again.

We stayed at room 11 and entire Sun morning was someone slamming the door in the coridor in the way that glasses on the table were jumping and sleeping was impossible.

Very clean & ultra spacious 2 bedroom suite. Perfect space for family of 4. Staff was wonderful beds were ultra comfortable.

Pool is smaller than expected. No sun loungers so patrons lay at edge. Not great for family.

We had a wonderful stay at CoolRooms Atocha. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable after a long day of exploring Madrid. The location is ideal — just a short walk to Puerta del Sol and many of the city’s main attractions. Special thanks to Chris at the front desk, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. His warm welcome and thoughtful recommendations made us feel truly at home. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid!

Excellent staff, beautiful elegant rooms and excellent location close to many attractions. Attention to detail by staff was excellent. They were very helpful with restaurant and attraction ideas. The decor of the hotel is upper end artistic and fabulous for those appreciate classy decor.

Pool area lovely but water too cold for July.

It is a superb place with great facilities, located in the heart of Madrid, short walk to all attractions (Royal Palace, Retiro, Prado Museum, Gran Via and Salamanca district) and Atocha railway station. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We loved our room which was beautifully designed, having all you need, the bed amentities were chic and the bathroom like in a real palace with premium liquids etc. The a/c in the room was very quite. We really loved this hotel.

Nothing was bas at all. Maybe breakfast a la carte comes a bit pricy so it's worth opting for the breakfast included when you check-in, then you get a discount. I also suggested to add a rail towels hanger to the spacious bathroom to let towels dry quicker and not having to change them.

It was well located , very big comfortable rooms

We had a very nice room. Very quiet as we faced the interior courtyard and pool. Recommend that people request this when booking. We also loved the high ceilings, great shower and spacious room.

It’s a bit expensive and the interiors are on the dark side. There is a lack of privacy in the bathroom. Even for couples I think a private toilet is essential.

Absolutely LOVE this boutique hotel!!! Perfect in every way!

The only thing was the hallways were very dark outside of the rooms during the day but at night it was very cool with the pretty lighting at night.

Staff were all very friendly and the hotel is beautiful. Main attractions were all walking distance.

Breakfast was slow, but think that is intentional so you can take your time and relax.

Beautiful hotel located perfectly. The staff were super nice and helpful.

The shower door wouldn’t stay shut.

Service at the hotel was excellent from pre-booking offsite parking, taking the car there and back and even returning it with a clean windshield to the easy check-in and assistance with every enquiry. The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable and even though we were in a great city location was quiet at night. From the hair dryer and straightener to the toiletries provided all were 5*.

The room lighting did seem to be a little over complicated.
