Luxury with a friendly atmosphere, very Cool!!
This really is a special place to stay, the attention to detail and the facilities truly are exceptional. The staff genuinely feel like friends. This is one of the best hotels we have ever visited and the room was just amazing!
There was literally nothing we did not like about the this hotel.

An upsetting first impression but ultimately a great experience
Very large room, excellent service, great bathroom products, very clean, amazing water pressure in shower, serene (small boutique)
No lobby, small reception, dark painted walls, dark carpet, and no a/c in common areas make a poor 2 or 3-star impression.
Our original room (#40) had bad a/c, sloped attic ceiling, small windows. Fortunately, they agreed to move us to better room with a/c (#37).

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Madrid
The hotel is absolutely gorgeous! It is very centrally located, spotless clean, the rooms are very large with the most beautiful showers/bathrooms. The hotel is wonderfully decorated and smells amazing everywhere. The staff is very friendly and willing to offer suggestions for Madrid. We only stayed a night but I would love to return to this place! One of the best hotels I ve ever been to.

Fabulous room with high ceilings and large shower with great products. Excellent central location if arriving by train. Helpful friendly staff.
Only disappointment was that the courtyard pool was closed for repairs. I was warned of this ahead of arrival.

Too much money for what it is.
The location is cool and central close to las Letras where you find great cafes ansld restaurants. Also, Walking distance to museums. Rooms are very big! Building has a lot of potential but poorly decorated especially at entrance. They have great amenities quality.
The lighting of the whole hotel is terrible!
Light bulbs with filaments in your eyes. Direction of lighting poor all over the room. Room is huge yet you can’t find an armchair to sit on! Desk has no electricity socket underneath. Noway to put makeup neither in bathroom nor bedroom! Ac can only be turned on when the hotel decides to make it function.

Excellent stay
Room was large, clean, well decorated and the bed comfortable. We especially enjoyed the large bathroom and wonderful dual rain shower heads. The location is central and within easy walking distance of most Madrid sites of interest. The price was quite reasonable as well.
