We had a junior suite and we loved it. The location of the hotel is close to a lot of stuff especially shopping and food.

Wonderful experience
The place is located in a great part of town with restaurants and entertainment. The hotel is a high end boutique one. The room was very large and comfortable. The bed was great and the decoration ideal. I felt pampered. I would go back!

worth the money
the room is incredibly spacious and well decorated, it’s really fancy , everything is provided, room service is 10/10 , we ordered a dinner and breakfast, both are really good

One of the most well appointed rooms we have stayed in. Extremely tastefully done.

Huge super comfortable suite (room 20)
The perfect location for walking distance to all Madrid sites, restaurants and in general great area.
Super comfort incl garden and bar (didn’t try the restaurant). Front desk staff was exceptionally service oriented.

Nice hotel, bit noisy. Great staff.
The staff were really nice and helpful. Room was beautiful and very comfortable.
Our room was situated next to two noisy rooms - one room had drunk people coming back at 1am making lots of noise and the other made lots of noise early in the morning. This was a bit unfortunate.

What an amazing place and fantastic value for money.
The room and especially the bathroom were incredible, and the overall quality of the room was excellent.
The staff is very friendly and helpful and above all Diego, who helped in every way possible.
Definitely coming back soon!

Great location but horrible way to start a 3 week European trip.
Great location
There is a major safety hazard at the front entrance to the hotel in the form of an elevated concrete slab that I tripped over in the dark upon first entering the hotel. I had my iPhone in my hand and when I fell it cracked the glass cover. Two other couples also visiting with us commented how dangerous it was. While there a wine distributor was carrying a case of wine and tripped on the same slab and essentially broke every bottle in the case with wine spilling everywhere.

Excellent location and terrific bed rooms
Superb location which was in walking distance of all of the main attractions. Size and comfort of room and ensuite. Quality of breakfast.

Beautiful rooms in Huertas
Beautiful hotel, luxurious rooms with all amenities one could ask for. Front desk staff deserves 10/10, warm, friendly, they make you feel very welcome. This is not something found in many hotels in Madrid. Nice garden with pool.
