Best location and perfect apartments.

Big room, clean bed, nice bathroom, good location.

Thin window doesn’t block any noice from the street. Too much noise made me feel sleeping on the street. Woke me up every time when a police car pass by.

Enjoyed a 3 night weekend stay at this hotel with the family. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable with the hotel situated in a great location. Good facilities in the room, including a small kitchen area, TVs in each room and strong wifi signal. The hotel provided a good base for us to explore the city. Enjoyed visiting the rooftop bar on one of the evenings which had a great view of the palace

The hotel was good and the stay enjoyable with no issues. Would stay here again if we decide to visit Madrid in the future

Excellent views!! besides, there was a pharmacy, a small supermarket and a restaurant nearby, very conveniente. You can walk from there to many atractions and the subway station is very close, so you can go almost anywhere.

One morning at breakfast, a Turkish gentleman was talking so loudly in a video call while he was eating that I couldn't talk to my wife even though I was at the other end of the room. No one from the staff intervened to draw his attention to the fact that he is not polite to the other customers in the restaurant.

The property is in an ideal position to visit central Madrid. Only 5 mins walk from Plaza Espana and 10 mins from Opera. We were lucky to have been allocated a room with a view of the Palace.

Nice solid option right next to the Royal Palace. Apartment was clean, a good size for the price and a large clean bathroom. Breakfast was convenient and decent value.

As with many of these options, the fold out bed wasn't ideal. Otherwise a nice option in Madrid if you want a larger space.

Location, view, terrace (very pretty with bar/food service on certain days/times), nice lobby. Ample room with big sofa, table, key appliances and comfortable beds. Friendly staff.

Coffee/pastries in lobby should be free for hotel guests (1EUR). If you are driving a car, parking can be a little complicated and expensive (even with the 20% discount for hotel guests it is at least 20EUR/day). Not an issue if you are not driving a car, of course (recommended not to drive as hotel location is great and close to metro/train stations. Next time I will Uber/taxi to hotel/airport.

The location was great in the heart of Madrid and easy to reach by walk all destinations. The studio was beautiful and as well the view. It met our expectations. Plus the receptionist were very friendly and helpful.

You probably will not find another 3 star hotel in Madrid that offers what Jardines de Sabatini has to offer. The staff is almost uniformly excellent, the beds are comfy, the rooms/bathrooms are spacious and the mini kitchens are functional. Breakfast is good, and cleanliness is excellent. WiFi worked well and TV quality was excellent. Rooftop Terrace is excellent and offers some light food items and brunch on weekends, however, read below. Hotel location is very good, including proximity to restaurants, pedestrian only areas, the Royal Palace et al., parks, monuments, Metro stations and Principe Pio train station. There are various supermarkets within a block or so from the property and at least 3 pharmacies. Palace views are lovely, but try to get the rooms on the higher floors to minimize street noise and pollution-Cta. de S. Vicente is a noisy and extremely busy street, although the room terrace doors keep most of the noise out. The room furniture needs some updating, but this is a minor complaint.

We had an unfortunate incident with a rooftop Terrace brunch greeter, who unceremoniously evicted my wife and I from the Terrace after sitting there for 10 minutes and after we were told at check-in that guests had unlimited access to it. We never returned to the Terrace after this because this lady treated us as common intruders even after we told her we were guests, and embarrassed us in front of other patrons and guests. The incident kept us away from an enjoyable part of the property for over half of our two week stay and we almost moved to another hotel! There was simply no excuse for treating guests like that! For this reason alone, we are not giving this hotel a higher rating

Like the proximity to all sites. Like the breakfast at the hotel. Liked the recommendations from the reception desk on the restaurants. Room were spacious with kitchenette options inside. Heater option was great during the cold nights of November. Clean rooms and comfy beds. Close by Flamenco show was very good. Some museums can be free on the certain day of the week. For some museums or tours make reservations in advance to avoid long lines. Plan ahead and do your homework. Close by “VPT tours” allowed us to go to Toledo for a day trip by bus.

Very friendly and helpful reception staff, clean and well-furnished rooms. The location of the apartment is excellent, very close to Plaza Espana and the historic center and a beautiful view of the Royal Palace from the terrace. Appreciated the complimentary instant coffee in the room and the little cleaning kit. Kitchen facilities were adequate for our two night stay, we were very comfortable. Toiletries were provided- even a dental kit and the hand soap had a lovely scent. We opted for the buffet breakfast and considered it good value. A couple of hot egg items, cereals, fresh fruit and many bakery items were laid out.

Bath towels had a slightly funky odour.

Breakfast buffet was very limited. Internet was super weak, I complained about it a couple of times to be told there was nothing they could do, that was the fastest it can be.

Great location for exploring Madrid.. Spacious room, very clean and comfortable. Nice bathroom. Helpful, friendly staff. We didn't use the breakfast option as there were places nearby that we liked to explore. The Terrace Bar was great though. Fabulous view, great staff and a nice relaxed atmosphere to enjoy drinks and tapas.
