Great location, right next to Plaza de Espana and walking distance from all tourist attractions in the central area. Cosy and clean apartments with spacious rooms. Quiet hotel with great rooftop bar.

It is well located if you like walking which suited us. The facilities were good and the bedroom comfortable.

Location with amazing views to the palace and excellent access to everything including public transport, local parks and food. The terrace is a bonus with great views, food and drinks on certain nights.

The hotel is located in an excellent area for exploring Madrid, right by the Royal Palace. The room was a comfortable size, clean and comfortable. The kitchen worked fine for a cold breakfast every morning and the hotel provided a stovetop espresso maker. The bed was comfortable, the linens of nice quality and the shower pressure and temperature were great. It was nice to have a reception desk that was staffed 24/7. It seems many hotels are getting away from that which I think is a shame. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

We did hear a little bit of noise from the people upstairs but it didn’t really negatively affect our stay. The hotel needs to update their list of restaurant recommendations. We went to one that was highly recommended and had a terrible experience. The restaurant has started accepting a busload of tourists every night but haven’t adjusted their staffing. We arrived just before the busload and once they arrived, we were basically ignored. I don’t blame the staff - they were doing their best but it was a very negative experience. We let the reception staff know so hopefully they have updated the list.

The location is excellent! It's very close to the Metro and within walking distance of the city center. The view from the rooftop is stunning, and the room was lovely, clean, and quiet.

Highly recommend this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect—very, very walkable to central Madrid, making it easy to explore the city. Everything was spotless, clean, and comfortable. We didn’t end up using the kitchen, but it was well appointed and had everything you’d need. A nice touch was the complimentary sparkling water—such a thoughtful perk! And the rain shower head was absolutely amazing. We had a very early flight and needed to leave for the airport at 3:30 AM, and the staff went above and beyond by preparing a delightful breakfast to-go for us. Such a thoughtful gesture and a perfect way to end our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location, well equipped room and great roof top terrace

Great Location, well priced, breakfast and staff were fantastic. Rooftop bar was superb. Very clean. Couldn't fault anything.

Location is amazing for anyone interested in sight-seing. Rooms were overall clean and equiped with everything needed. A lovely receptionist (I believe her name is May) was very helpful, kind and answered all our questions. We were able to leave our suitcases after our check-out, which was great as we had an evening flight and it saved us a trouble of finding locker for our bags. We are very happy with our stay.

There are not enough places to hang towels in case multiple people are staying in the room - even an additional small hook on the door would mean a lot. Also, an additional chair/seating area would be nice.

I liked the location the most. It is close to the metro, which has connections in all directions.

We were a bit disappointed with the cleanliness in the room (there was quite a lot of dust on the floor and elsewhere). At night, we could hear water flowing through the pipes.

The location is very close to the Royal Palace, and the Sabatini Gardens are right across the street. We were lucky enough to get a room facing the street, which was bathed in sunlight and had a beautiful view of the Royal Palace. I imagine the view from the balcony at night in the summer would be wonderful. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The hotel was absolutely lovely; I would love to stay here again if I could.

The only downside is that the mattress is too soft, and I feel some discomfort in my lower back. Thank you.

Location was fine. We walked to museums and we could not have stayed any closer with a car, without paying a lot.

When I saw the photos, I thought they were exaggerated - like it was too good to be true. But the room, the rooftop terrace, the breakfast… fantastic! And the most amazing staff - warm, helpful people who made us feel so welcome, like at home, or like truly dear guests. I won’t even look at other options if I ever come back to Madrid (which I would love to do!).

The location is fantastic. It’s right across from the Palace, with amazing views, and minutes walk from everything. Absolutely beautiful hotel, the rooms are gorgeous and very spacious and clean. The breakfast was fabulous. As much as you wanted to eat, very generous and excellent quality and a huge variety of breakfast food every morning, both hot and cold and all the drinks you could want. I also loved that we could have tea or coffee all day long. This was very generous. Lovely atmosphere and very nice staff also. 10 out of 10. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to family and friends.

1. The gym provides an elliptical machine and a treadmill, and low weight dumbbells and a mat. The room is in a basement section removed from the hotel and not covered by heating so it was freezing. There is aircon but set on cooling, and the staff tried but wasn’t able to change it to heating. It would have been workable had the room been warm enough. 2. The lifts don’t stop at reception level so luggage’s have to be carried up or down from the next level.

Paying through Booking was not possible - which is not explained anywhere - and we had to do a transfer to the hotel after checking with Booking the process…

The location was incredible and the room very comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best we had in Spain.

The room smelled like smoke pretty badly. It wasn't their fault, but obviously the person there before us had been smoking in the room. They gave us 50 Euros to compensate.

Gym, I expected more

Location was just perfect for exploring the old city where most of the museums and royal buildings etc are. The rooms were just what we needed, very clean and the bed was comfortable. Mini market and cafes close by for breakfast etc Staff were all very friendly and very helpful

Loved everything. The service is really exceptional. The rooms beautiful and the location so nice as well.

Everything n really appreciated we are able to get some hot drinks , juice and snack in afternoon, no additional charge.

Could not have asked for a better location! Nice large clean rooms. Staff was very polite and accommodating. View from the room was great. View from rooftop bar was even better. Room was fantastic, very spacious and kitchenette was key, although there are so many places to eat close we barely even used it. Didn't get to try breakfast, but the coffee in the breakfast room and at reception was delicious!

Friendly staff and huge rooms. The terrace bar was a delight. Sadly it closed down on our second night for renovations. Great location next to the palace. A tour of the private car collection was an added bonus. This can be booked everyday at 11.00 am
