Apartosuites Jardines de Sabatini, Madrid

We really liked the location of the apartment. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a king-sized bed, which isn't common in Spain. The TV had a variety of channels including ones in English. Everything worked well and was clean. I used the laundry room too and it was easy to use. The breakfast was worth the 16 euros.

The only thing I missed was an in-room coffee maker of some sort.

Though Apartosuites is located on a busy street, our room was very quiet, even with leaving the windows open. The rooms are very tastefully decorated and comfortable, and the location is quite convenient with with lots of small bakeries and restaurants and less crowded by tourists. The staff was very friendly, courteous, and ready to help when we had questions or needed recommendations.

The only "problem" we had was figuring out the faucet/shower appliance in the bathroom. I think it would be very helpful and spare your guests some unwanted cold/scalding showers, if you had some instructions as to how to work the faucet and the two shower heads. Though it is nice to be able and get breakfast right there, we found it a bit costly especially for people who do not eat big breakfasts.

Very large rooms, views over the palace and gardens, convenient parking under building. An easy and delightful walk to the centre of town.

Property is on a busy main road. Although there is lively pedestrian traffic, an easy crossing over to the gardens and several shops and restaurants nearby, the traffic noise is an issue when windows are open and the view from the lower floors is unattractive. Ask for a higher floor room at the front, or a rear facing one

Great location, right next to Plaza de Espana and walking distance from all tourist attractions in the central area. Cosy and clean apartments with spacious rooms. Quiet hotel with great rooftop bar.

It is well located if you like walking which suited us. The facilities were good and the bedroom comfortable.

I would like a greater variety of fruit available at breakfast.

Location with amazing views to the palace and excellent access to everything including public transport, local parks and food. The terrace is a bonus with great views, food and drinks on certain nights.

The hotel is located in an excellent area for exploring Madrid, right by the Royal Palace. The room was a comfortable size, clean and comfortable. The kitchen worked fine for a cold breakfast every morning and the hotel provided a stovetop espresso maker. The bed was comfortable, the linens of nice quality and the shower pressure and temperature were great. It was nice to have a reception desk that was staffed 24/7. It seems many hotels are getting away from that which I think is a shame. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

We did hear a little bit of noise from the people upstairs but it didn’t really negatively affect our stay. The hotel needs to update their list of restaurant recommendations. We went to one that was highly recommended and had a terrible experience. The restaurant has started accepting a busload of tourists every night but haven’t adjusted their staffing. We arrived just before the busload and once they arrived, we were basically ignored. I don’t blame the staff - they were doing their best but it was a very negative experience. We let the reception staff know so hopefully they have updated the list.

The location is excellent! It's very close to the Metro and within walking distance of the city center. The view from the rooftop is stunning, and the room was lovely, clean, and quiet.

Location was fine. We walked to museums and we could not have stayed any closer with a car, without paying a lot.

When I saw the photos, I thought they were exaggerated - like it was too good to be true. But the room, the rooftop terrace, the breakfast… fantastic! And the most amazing staff - warm, helpful people who made us feel so welcome, like at home, or like truly dear guests. I won’t even look at other options if I ever come back to Madrid (which I would love to do!).

The location is fantastic. It’s right across from the Palace, with amazing views, and minutes walk from everything. Absolutely beautiful hotel, the rooms are gorgeous and very spacious and clean.
The breakfast was fabulous. As much as you wanted to eat, very generous and excellent quality and a huge variety of breakfast food every morning, both hot and cold and all the drinks you could want.
I also loved that we could have tea or coffee all day long. This was very generous. Lovely atmosphere and very nice staff also. 10 out of 10. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to family and friends.

Well furnished rooms, and breathtaking view of Sabatini garden and the Royal Palace of Madrid.

1. The gym provides an elliptical machine and a treadmill, and low weight dumbbells and a mat. The room is in a basement section removed from the hotel and not covered by heating so it was freezing. There is aircon but set on cooling, and the staff tried but wasn’t able to change it to heating.
It would have been workable had the room been warm enough.

2. The lifts don’t stop at reception level so luggage’s have to be carried up or down from the next level.

Awesome service, fantastic family room, good breakfast. We had a lovely view of the palace. Warm comfortable rooms.
