Very central location, easy to walk to most sites. Room very comfortable and helpful staff.

Beautiful building. Great location. Free coffee and snacks in the afternoon. Only negative was that one night we returned to find that housekeeping had left a keycard in the room, a stained towel in the bathroom, no plastic bag in the bin, and a lanyard on the counter. I suppose the cleaning person got distracted by something - could even have been something urgent- but it was a little creepy.

Customer-oriented and very polite stuff, super comfortable beds, good amenities and facilities. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

The hotel is located in an area full of bars and restaurants, during the weekend it can get noisy till late into the night, but that was somewhat expected. It's just a thing to consider if you're a family with kids or you're sensitive to noise.

The room and bathroom were both big, well equipped and beautifully decorated. The bed was excellent, big, comfortable and with very soft high quality bedclothes. All the staff were kind, efficient and lovely to us. Situated in the heart of the city surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops, independent businesses and museums.

There is only one high window in the corner of the room. For more than 300 pounds per night I would expect to be able to see if it is day or night

It would be difficult to fault this hotel as the staff and cleanliness were excellent. I was somewhat disappointed with breakfast, although there was plenty of options for me the "fry up" was not great. I like a fat (Lincolnshire) sausage but the sausages were skinny like chipolatas and were overcooked. The bacon was undercooked and fatty. We had to ask for eggs, we asked for fried eggs which came out with the edges burned crisp instead of white which meant that they had been cooked in deep fat which is not my style. I mostly had the cold meats and cheese as they were better. Bread was great.

The location was excellent. The room were a fabulous size. We were room 403 but just remember to request a double bed! Had lovely extra touches like free afternoon snacks etc.

Location was perfect. Beds were California kingsize and the room was huge. Nice to have complimentary food and tea/coffee downstairs from 4 to 7pm every day for all clients.

Our first room was a problem as this part of Madrid seems to have sewerage problems and we could smell it in our room coming up through the sinks and shower. We called downstairs and they moved us immediately to a larger suite which was beautiful as well as two glasses of complimentary champagne in the bar downstairs for our troubles. Very nice, and swiftly dealt with via a smile and an apology. Very impressed with the front desk.

Wonderful staff, beautiful room & great location

We were upgraded to a suite, despite only staying one night, which was extremely welcome and made our stay very special. They also have free snacks during a few hours in the afternoon, which was a nice touch. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, we were able to leave our bags at the hotel after we checked out, because we had a late flight.

The hotel met my requests for a quiet room and twin beds. The beds were very comfortable, the room and bathroom very clean and well-equipped. The area is perfect for us since we spend lots of time at the museums. The staff were extremely helpful and obliging. We loved the breakfast, and the snacks in the afternoon were a nice touch.

Clean, beautiful hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Our room was fabulous. Alexandra who served us drinks was really nice as well.

We love this property and have stayed several times. It’s so well located with the most fabulous bars and restaurants close by. It’s just the perfect size for a hotel, so the staff are very welcoming. We feel very much at home when we are here.

There’s not much you can do dislike about this hotel. Everything is charming

We had an excellent experience.The room was very spacious.We have booked for the double room and they have upgraded us to the premium.The stuff were really friendly and very helpful even providing us some extra informations about what to see and where to eat in Madrid! The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable!Every day they were even leaving us in the room mini chocolates with a bottle of water with no extra charge ! When we ll be back in Madrid we ll definitely book again The location is strategic.. in the heart of the old town but still really quiet and near to all the must sightseeings.The hotel meets all the expectations for a guest,an absolute gem with classic moderne charm!

Had the most beautiful suite with a mural on the ceiling. Cake and coffee in the afternoon. Perfect location near shops restaurants sites.

Location is great, room spacious and clean, breakfast was fantastic with several choices available for people with intolerances. Nice gesture of the management offering free snacks every day at 16:00 at the lobby.

The heating system cannot be shut down. Within the room temperature is not pleasant (26 or more). Your only choice is to open the windows but then, outside noise is annoying...

Wonderful hotel in the heart of the city. I liked everything about this hotel. The location cannot be beaten, it’s a 15 minute stroll from Plaza Mayor and you pass many great restaurants on the way. There are great restaurants within 5 minutes walk of the hotel! It is an easy stroll to Del Prado museum and to the metro if you want to go further afield. The rooms are spacious and quiet, well maintained and the bathroom was equally good with a large walk-in shower All of the staff are friendly and courteous and breakfast is very good. All in all a fabulous stay. Highly recommended.

Checkin went smoothly. The staff were warm and helpful all around. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect - easy access to everything we wanted to see. Plus, getting a taxi on those occasions where a taxi was need was very easy.

This hotel is located walking distance to outstanding restaurants, shopping, entertainment and sights. The value is outstanding (shouldn't say this as they might raise the rates!)

I wish my stay lasted longer, it was great :) I was offered an upgraded room without any additional cost. The room was incredibly comfortable and clean. The hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect. I slept like a baby and I loved the big shower! I'll be back soon for sure! Thank you

My stay was short, and I didn't experience any negative aspects. Every person of the staff was kind, professional, and attentive. I'm very obsessive about cleanliness, and I have nothing to say about it in this case. Super!

The rooms were large and well laid out. Beds v comfortable. Very clean with a turn down service. Loved the afternoon free tea coffee cake and sandwiches. In an excellent buzzy area with so many tapas bars but easy walking to all sights. Happy and helpful front of staff team.

The staff was lovely and helpfull, both in the reception and in the dining room - they all were super nice and welcoming. The location is the best, breakfast was very good and the overall experience was great!
