Súper original diseño. Just fun to be there.

I really liked the large and comfortable bed, the excellent location, and the smart room layout. The closets and storage space were very convenient, and the room facilities were well designed and comfortable for a longer stay.

The The sink did not seem well matched with the faucet, which made it difficult and awkward to use. It was not very practical. Also, during showers, the water temperature kept changing suddenly from very cold to extremely hot, which was uncomfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We booked a wonderful suite, the breakfasts were excellent, and both the staff and the level of service were outstanding. The only minor issue was the lack of towel racks and a way to dry towels. We will definitely return to this hotel on our next visit to Madrid

Beautiful boutique hotel in Chueca with unique touches, great contemporary decorations, SUPER clean, friendly helpful staff, bar and cafe wonderful way to start and end your day roaming through Madrid, everything in walking distance in a hip neighborhood.

Pretty complex ground floor paths (map would help) and with many side areas to sit, unfortunately every day one or the other area was blocked off and the path to get in/out of the hotel has been switched around to accommodate private events. These events ended at around 10pm but pretty loud in your room until then. The wonderful atriums are filling interior rooms/spaces with light but also echo the sounds from below.

The location, staff and the facilities.

The rooms are very dark. We were offered an upgrade where the windows opened to the outside for €60 per night extra. After paying just over €350 per night, I thought that was a bit steep. As such, I declined the offer.

Many rooms face into a void - and staff putting out the recycling in that void at 7 am makes for a noisy wake up. Terrible synthetic pillows.

To my biggest disappointment we had a bad experience during our stay even though I was so much looking forward to it 😕. We had connected rooms on the first floor as we stayed with our children. In all honesty our children didn’t notice any issue and that was because their room was at the courtyard side. Our room on the other hand - a superior room nr 115 - was at the street side and I assume just above a personnel/delivery entrance. Me and my husband did not sleep as good as the entire 4 nights as there was constant noise from slamming doors moving /rolling stuff around particularly at 3 and 5 and 6 am every single night/morning. I got a discount of 50€ offered which is kind but if you look at the price we paid it’s really nothing (especially that I even paid a surcharge for the superior room) and it totally doesn’t compensate for getting back from our vacation as a complete wrack 😕

Stylish and chic hotel with really lovely staff in a fabulous neighbourhood.

The breakfast was lovely, lots of variety and I wanted my eggs cooked in a specific way and they were happy to accommodate which was great. Perfect location, I walked to all central sites and did not need to take transport. The room was spacious, clean with excellent amenities. The staff were friendly and helped me, I was on a long tour one day and took the packed lunch which was delicious.

A little expensive but worth every penny

The room was spacious. We loved the neighborhood. There were numerous restaurants, shops, and sights close by.

I was offered two rooms for an upgrade when I checked in. I chose the more expensive one and was told it was no longer available. I went with the lower priced upgraded room, however, I was charged for the more expensive room when I checked out.

Interior is great. But our room has no view whatsoever. The window opens to ugly building walls. There is unpleasant smell if opening the window.

Great location in trendy neighborhood, walkable to everything. Rooms were comfortable and service was exceptional across the board….super accommodating and helpful, and they gave great recommendations for local places to eat as well. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Such a stylish, fun and professionally run hotel ! Amazing location too.

The breakfast was nice, and had a great range of buffet and hot food. Every area of the hotel has a fun, but classy theme.

The room was an internal room with a window opening into a closed courtyard and was a little airless. I was with 2 clients and ordered drinks from the barman for my client, the barman then proceeded to serve 2 other people who arrived after us, and left our order until 3rd as we were not spanish. We didnt go to the hotel bar again after that.

Amazing property. So beautiful and the staff was amazing. So kind and professional. Its an amazing place to stay. Location excellent. The restaurants and facilities in the hotel were great. All day long you have somewhere to sit comfortably and have a snack.

The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we have ever had. The room was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the slightly quirky nature of the hotel.

There was a bit of noise in our room one night as the staff were moving furniture around after a wedding.

The bathroom should have a blackout curtain so the day light doesn’t get in the room early in the morning.

What a pleasure going back to Only You! We had a great time. The staff is really friendly and helpful, the hotel is so beautifully decorated and breakfast is something really wow! We stayed at the Blue Suite, super spacious and with its own patio,lovely. Located in the centre of Madrid, I don’t think this hotel I any less than perfect.

The staff is wonderful and very attentive. Our room was the garden suite and it was large, spacious and very comfortable. The location is walking distance to great sites and restaurants.

This was our second time at this hotel. We love the location, ambiance, and staff. We were a bit disappointed that they changed the bar/resturant into just a restaurant or event room. It used to be a wonderful place to get a drink and sit at the very appealing circular bar. Now, to have a drink at this hotel, you need to go to a smaller bar, that is not as relaxing. However, lots of great/delicous restaurants in very close walking distance.
