Overall, a satisfactory stay.
Overall satisfactory, we loved our room, the service from the front desk and concierge, the bar (mainly from the lady with the glasses) and the attention my child received (small gifts and all), which is something I really appreciated.
The dissatisfaction was mainly food related, twice in the breakfast area and once in the lobby/hall area.
Unsanitary food handling should not be permitted at all.
And service should exceed expectations all the time.

A wonderful hotel that matches up to its listing and the management of the hotel is an example for all.
The location , the rooms and beds ,pet friendly, restaurants and the service was superb, everyone at the hotel make you welcome and are very polite and friendly.

Perfection, luxury and sweetness all the way around!
One of the best hotels. As in very best. They thought of every single detail right down to robe sizes (gleaned from our passports). Full, glorious bar, my favorite luxury skin care basics in the bathroom. Most of all every single staff person was friendly, sweet, helpful and attentive. Also, fresh fruit and flowers!

Amazing hotel
pure 5* hotel experience. All was perfect ( except the breakfast and breakfast service level that was poor). All the rest of the hotel is very beautiful and the location is perfect.

I would go back to Madrid just for the hotel. Incredible experience!
Everyone was so friendly. The breakfast options were the best I've ever had! My room was cleaned everyday no matter when I left the room. As for the location I would walk to all my destinations it was perfect .
