Good location and good room. The gym was very smal with no ventilation

The property was well located, rooms were big and clean. Breakfast was good with an assortment of choices.

There was a foul smell in the hallways constantly.

Everything was great

We stayed 4 nights in a suite room. The housekeeping staff were excellent & thanks t them . Javier at the front desk was very warm, welcoming, nice & ensured the maximum comfort for us during our stay . The 2 male staff at breakfast buffet, bushram & another person previous day were very nice & attentive . Guest relations lady of 25/26th Dec was very kind , cheery & superb. Sorry for not remembering all the names but big thanks t all of you🙏🏼

The front desk lady on 22 Dec at our check in evening , was unprofessional . Drees(he was nice), her colleague was consulting her as guess she was senior - she gave us the worst suite room & even though we were extending our stay by another 3 nights, refused t give us a decent rate & suite room. We then booked from booking.com site. Wendy from breakfast service on 25th dec was rude , almost dumped a cold omelette plate at Me , that too after me reminding her t get it- it was made long back & she clearly forgot - she was unapologetic & did not even have an iota of remorse. The ushering lady at breakfast tried t make amends & was sweet but Wendy cudnt care less& her body language n behaviour was horribly demeaning & insulting t us . . The above 2 staff definitely need t b trained t b professional & nice t all guests.

Great location and friendly staff! Late night restaurant and rooftop bar were nice to have for when you don't want to fight the crowds of the city.

Facilities could have been a little more refine for the cost of stay. Small details to nitpick at but nothing to complain about.

Staff was awesome, bedroom was comfortable, hotel nicely decorated, champagne upon arrival was a nice touch.

Better gym, better lighting in the room, the junior suite living area furniture seemed minimalistic and lower quality. Could have made this a nicer sitting area.

The location is absolutely fantastic, the staff is exemplary, and their customer service is phenomenal! Thank you especially to Javier,Ali and Ana for all their guidance, patience & enthusiasm in making my husband Raul and I feel welcome. It was also special to connect with my great-grandparents Spanish ancestry. Muchas gracias y nos vemos en Junio 2026! ❤️

No iron or ironing board in room, but it wasn’t such a big deal after all.

Would have liked to have access to rooftop bar in hotel. Options to go next door was nice but not same.

The property is beautifully maintained and in a great location. The food was excellent, and the staff was kind and was generous with their time. Javi was so helpful and assisted us at every turn. Everyone was friendly and eager to help. We really had an excellent visit.

Our room included a cot. Our guest who slept on the cot said it was not very comfortable.

This is our 2nd stay at this hotel after coming back from Granada. We especially like the bed and pillows, so comfortable to sleep in. And at the breakfast in the mornings, they cooked the eggs to your order.

This particular room is not so good compared to last one we stayed in. The basin was clogged and the water was coming out from the shower cabinet when bathing.

The staff was absolutely incredible - they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were genuinely caring and provided excellent recommendations for activities and directions around Madrid. What impressed me most was how sensitive and attentive they were to our needs, even helping my wife overcome her fear of elevators. Their warmth and helpfulness made us feel truly welcomed. The hotel location is also excellent, making it easy to explore the city.

The gym facilities were quite basic and not very luxurious, which was disappointing. Also, the hotel doesn't have a pool, which would have been a nice amenity to have during our stay.

The NH Suecia location is top notch, close to major attractions yet situated on a side road, very quiet. We had a very comfortable 3 nites stay. Check-in and check-out is a breeze with very efficient receptionists. Housekeeping also very efficient- we asked for an iron and it came within 2 mins. 👍

The breakfast starts very late on weekends.

The hotel has an interesting history, which needs to be communicated more. It is conveniently located near the center of the city.

Breakfast needs to be improved, it has variety but lacks an appealing presentation. It can get noisy at night when people meet outside to smoke. The elevator to the terrace needs to be renewed. Business center in noisy and not well lit.

I had drainage issues with the shower and they came 3 times in order to fix it. In addition the place has a restaurant in the lobby and sometimes entering the hotel to get to the elevator is a little hectic

If you didn’t have the buffet breakfast, it wasn’t always easy to get service quickly and the other restaurant. The dinner restaurant I thought was very bright no ambience. The staff at the front desk were amazing.

The bathroom in the shared rooms featured frosted glass walls, which dramatically compromised personal privacy and made it challenging for occupants to feel at ease while attending to their needs. That created an uncomfortable atmosphere, as one could easily be seen from outside, leaving little room for a sense of security or solitude.

Room was spacious and with a city view and high standard of cleanliness. Breakfast was excellent with very good choice. Location of hotel was in the centre with easy reach of main attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Roof top terrace had great views but was busy as general public had access. Would recommend this hotel and will stay here again.
