Every single member of the staff is incredible. They remembered our names and took extremely good care of us. We felt like guests in the true sense of the word. Every detail was handled and no request was too much too ask.

Only thing I did not like was hall lights were on motion sensors so coming back from dinner the elevator opened on a dark corridor

The room was large and comfortable. Restaurant was amazing and staff was very helpful.

Very inviting atmosphere. Helpful reception service as well as the doorman.

No smart tv. Small bathroom with a shower and tub combo. Difficult to go in and out of the tub. The shower head in the bathroom was broken and did not fit the hanger. No toilette brush. They did not change the towels nor the bedding regularly.

All staff went above and beyond in their service, the hotel is boutique, quiet and luxury. Upgrade without asking. This hotel and the team that run it should be training other 5 star hotels and how to give service and how to make guests feel special.

The breakfast was very nice, but could have been cheaper. 35 eur per person is not what we expected.

i liked everything. Perfect location, facilities and services.

I was given a room that was a bit dirty in the shower. I called the reception and they upgraded me to a bigger nicer room. everything was perfect except for this very uncomfortable event that takes confidence about cleanness away. However after my second day at the hotel I realized that it was a mistake of the cleaning team and that the hotel cared about cleanness and a proper guest experience.

Everything is perfect, the location in a charming and calm street but very central, the amazing breakfast and the elegant and extremely comfortable room. We had an impeccable competent service delivered in a very personal and welcoming way by Jacob and all the team, including Jonathan.

The hotel is very elegant and beautifully furnished. The staff were extremely helpful, they go out of those way to make sure all your needs are catered for. The hotel is a true gem.
