Quiet location. Really comfortable bed with big soft pillows.

Our room was small but very comfortable and quiet. The location is superb for Covent Garden and the Royal Opera House. Breakfast was excellent - a true 'continental' breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. And congratulations to Henrietta for being a 'TV-free zone' both in the bedroom and the breakfast room! Having a peaceful breakfast without the intrusion of a TV screen was a treat.

Our room had limited storage space. There were a few hangers, but no shelves or drawers. For one night this was ok, but had we stayed any longer it would have been a slight inconvenience.

Fabulous staff, very welcoming and extremely comfortable room. Very close to the theatre district and high value restaurants. Will go back.

I would have liked porridge as an alternative to cornflakes instead of one of the hot courses

This is an amazing hotel! Everything is brand new, clean, so stylish and cozy ❤️ I would definitely stay there again when come to London. Also the restaurant that serves the hotel is excellent. I really loved the speaker in the room, that played the relaxing music. Now I want the same at home :)

I woke up at midnight because of the fire alarm, was not a very nice experience :) Henrietta Street itself is quite noisy so you should be ready to that in case your room faces it

Bathroom very small. Bed too short. Very cramped feeling property with no lobby.

A very comfortable room in a really excellent location A

Being in an annex property across the street from the restaurant so it was not possible to just have somewhere on the property to just go downstairs and sit for a drink. Room service was available which I would have used had there been a nice dining height table and chair to sit at. I realise this is my personal preference most people would not mind the sofa and coffee table.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this hotel so much. Location is perfect but most of all it is the gorgeous room and all the attention to details like the lemon cookies and a little introductory gift from Sezane with a special discount. We got upgraded and the room is huge with massive window to celling across the bedroom and bathroom. Furnishing is beautiful, chic yet super comfortable. And the bathroom massive & luxurious. We really did not want to leave, it was decadent.

It was a lovely hotel. spotlessly clean, great location, room spacious and beds really comfortable and the staff went above and beyond their roles to ensure our stay was thoroughly enjoyable from start to finish would definitely recommend to others and I’d be very happy to stay there again in the future

Fantastic location beinng very quiet yet near all amenities of Covent garden

Excelent location in Covent Garden, a great walkable area with the added bonus of having many restaurants and cafes around. The staff is very nice and attentive, including the staff at the restaurant. Loved the espresso machine in the room.

It's important to know the street is closed after 11 am so if you have a lot of luggage you need to take this into account, although the staff helped us with ours.

Great sized rooms and bathrooms were quite a treat with a nice deep bath

Breakfast service was a little slow/unattended due to staff having to serve two buildings of rooms / guests. Feels a little inefficient, however, the staff were excellent generally.

Super cute hotel with lovely staff and great location (covent garden). The Floral Room was romantic and the bed was so comfy. Everyone was so friendly and it was lovely that they brought Cookies to the room in the evening. A lot of great restaurants in walking distance and near to underground and train station

Perfect location in a quiet side street in Covent Garden. All attractions we were interested in were easily accessible on foot. Lovely staff. Great breakfast. Charming hotel. Definitely recommend.

very quiet location for Centre of Covent Garden

Beds were exceptionally comfy. Location was outstanding - steps from Covent Garden! Rooms were surprisingly spacious, super clean, trendy decor, lovely bathroom with plenty of room and great products, also had a view of the London Eye.

The rooms are wonderful and surprisingly quiet given it’s located in the heart of Covent garden. The staff are wonderful, especially the housekeeping team whose warmth and friendliness made my stay.

I’m not a huge fan of Covent Garden as an ex-Londoner but the hotel itself was wonderful.

Lovely. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I booked a room for my parents for a special occasion. They were assigned a great room with a handwritten note and a gift. My parents were impressed and kept mentioning the hotel as it was "family".

The room, beautiful and with a view of the London Eye, was located in a new building. Breakfast is served in a different building just across the street (2 minutes walking). My parents did not mind and were very well pleased with the coziness of the room for the breakfast but if you are one of those who like to have breakfast before anything else, changing the building could be slightly annoying, especially if you have to put a coat on but you can always ask to be in the old building (same where the room for breakfast is located).

The Henrietta Hotel is lovely. It is the best location in Convent Gardens and lots of restuarants, bars and shopping just outside the door. However rooms are very quiet. Decor was really nice and staff were absolutely amazing. Breakfast was really good and the coffee was fantastic! Have already booked this hotel again for my 2024 visit.

Room was a little smaller than I expected. OK for 1 person, but might be too tight for 2 people with luggage.
