This is the best hotel in the area! Great location for Liverpool Station. Great to meet up with local friends. Modern and quiet.

It's not the cheapest hotel, but you get what you pay for, although I did get a last minute deal

I liked the cozy room, tasty breakfast, and excellent location near Liverpool St. station. The bathroom had some style as well, it felt proper luxurious. Bed was comfortable.

Not a fan of the random "small enough charges for customers to not complain" on the bill, e.g. there was a donation added to our bill, as well as gratuity for the cleaning staff. All of those can be taken off on request, but I am not a fan of 1. introducing tips for cleaning staff, likely to be able to pay them less; and 2. small donation added for the tax benefits of the hotel. This bets on the fact you will not say anything and just accept the bill since its just a few pounds extra, but I would reject it out of principle. Also not a fan of the price cap for the breakfast, i.e. if you spend over a certain amount this is no longer under included breakfast and will be added to the tip. Even then I really liked the hotel and will stay again, these are just minor annoyances to our otherwise perfect stay.

Location and vibe of the hotel

The girl serving in the rooftop bar was so unwelcoming telling me seven times within twenty minutes the place was closing. Clearly wishing I wasn’t going to have a drink, go away and so she could close. Haven’t quite felt so unwelcome in my life. Everyone else on the service side was good, friendly and accommodating.

Room was amazing & so close to my office & tube station.

The room was stunning and so comfortable. The double shower was amazing! I was very impressed that we were also offered a cocktail as it was my husbands birthday, nice touch.

We were unable to use the bar as there was a private function. Unfortunately, the bar was a huge attraction for our choice of hotel as we were looking forward to using it at the end of the evening but were unable to do so.

There was a very annoying ventilation sound constantly which made me mark the hotel down.

This was my second time staying here, much better than the first time I stayed. My room was beautiful especially the bathroom. I slept great because of the blackout blinds and the staff were very good to me. Check in and check out was speedy which I really appreciated.

There is nothing I did not like but sometimes the rooms are very expensive.

Location Cleanliness Friendly staff

The bath was really nice along with really good water pressure and the room was furnished well. One staff member in particular was quite helpful although i didn’t catch her name

Maintenance needed in the rooms. Our one was nice but let down by small things such as bathroom extractor not working, bathroom door too stiff to close and although it didnt affect us silicone around the bathtub was no good could cause problems down the line. We also left our room at 10am and lit the ‘service room’ light hoping for it to be done on our return but we came back at around 4pm and it hadn’t been done. So just an accumulation of small things that would sway me not to stay here again

As always, the location being centre in the City is great. Bed and bathroom are great.

Rooms are a bit worn out and could do with an uplift.

Response from the concierge by email never happened despite a few trys. Breakfast was expensive, better to go to the train station, lots of options there We stayed twice during our visit for 3 days each time. Same price but second room was quite a bit smaller.

Everything we needed and more. Excellent comfort.

Just one occasion one Staff member was not very helpful or interested in a request for taxi service info. Plus not keen on publicly being asked for 5percent tip for Staff as we checked out.

Great property/facilities and location

There was some sort of party in the hotel that went in far too late and seemed to be under our bedroom. We had to complain as simply couldn’t sleep.

Modern, friendly staff and quiet location on a weekend

No room service after 9.30 and no bar after 11.pm. Arrived for nightcap at 1055 and bar closed. Disappointing…

Warm staff and made every effort to get us a room early.

It was close to quite a few tube stations n especially the elizabeth line (a walk of less than 10 min) which is brand new n takes us directly to heathrow airport . Hotel staff was very helpful too .

The breakfast was outstanding, as well as the lunch; however, there were not to many lunch options on the menu. The location is great as there are many stores near by, within a 15 minute walk radius. The rooms were very comfortable, modern, and clean. Service was great and the restaurant was extremely fast.

The services such as the sauna and steam room were not working during our stay which was frustrating. The gym was good but lacked some basic equipment such as a pull-up bar. The mini bar could have used some healthy snacks, but that wasn't a massive issue.

Shower over the bath - no idea why any hotel wouldn’t have a walk-in shower

I would like to give a big shoutout to the front desk staff, Daria! 1. Due to the deposit requirement, I noticed some stains on the chair cushions after checking in and immediately reported it to the front desk, explaining that it wasn't caused by me. Daria promptly responded, saying, "Please let us take care of it!" 2. After checking out, I needed to store my luggage until the evening. I asked Daria where I could buy a cardboard box. Seeing me with multiple bags in the rain, she first took me to a comfortable changing room and told me I could repack and organize myself there. She even helped me find the perfect-sized cardboard box. When I offered to pay for it, she insisted that it wasn't necessary. Later, I couldn't properly thank her as the shuttle arrived, so I decided to publicly acknowledge her exceptional service here. Her performance deserves to be recognized by everyone! Respecting guests, understanding their needs, going the extra mile, and always wearing a big smile – she is the best hotel staff I have encountered in the post-pandemic era! I am truly, deeply grateful.

The rooms was amazing, staff were amazing and breakfast was amazing I will be coming back soon.

The service charge added to the room, and also the 15% service charge added to the bar bill. The room SC i've never seen that before and 15% to the bar bill again was in my mind excessive (10% or even 12.5% is ok)

Location is 10/10. Perfect for couples. The room has a wide range of additional items you can buy which is a nice touch. Drinks, food (good stuff as well), an ‘intimacy kit’, earphones, adapters etc. All of which are nicely presented in drawers. The radio in the room can connect via Bluetooth to your phone, so play music. Good choice of films on the TV

There could have been more plugs. There are adequate plugs already, but found myself having to unplug my charger to plug in hair dryer etc. The TV remote, whilst modern, is so heavy that it could be used as an effective ‘club’ in a life or death situation.

Staying at room 607, a noise that could be heard at night like it was a ventilation or chimney blowing from above or opposite the room.

Great location- 5 mins walk from Liverpool St Station. Very clean- lovely bedroom

Reception staff on check - in asked for £120 deposit on our credit card- even though I had paid upfront in full!! They said there were expensive items in the room that people steal!!!! I didn’t like the implication we would take ANYTHING from the room! this was before we had even arrived in the room.

The property was clean, accessible and in a perfect location to the areas that we wanted to visit in walking distance.
