Location. Staff friendly and helpful

We had no hot water in the morning of our second night. Staff were sorry but all we had as compensation was a late check out. Needed a shower as we were going home but not till 3 15 in the afternoon. So had to leave by 2pm for our train No tea or coffee available in our room. Always like a tea in the morning.

Fantastic location. Rooftop bar was amazing with views over the Tower of London and the city of London. Cosy room with I pad controlling everything.

The rooftop bar wasn’t open in the mornings so couldn’t enjoy a hot drink with great views.

Our location was good breakfast was nice.

Fabulous modern hotel with lovely roof bar. Very comfortable beds, very clean. Great location and good transport links.

The room was too small. The bed was very large but was against the wall meaning one person had to climb over the other to get out of the bed. Very high tec lighting system which was silly as you could not turn on the bathroom light without illuminating the whole bedroom which during the night.

Got stuck in Lift i’m very little sympathy, got fed up of doing everything by technology and not being able to talk to people

Absolutely fantastic hotel in an amazing location, every single member of staff was so helpful and friendly our room was lovely and clean and I love the iPad controls. We had an amazing stay and cannot wait to return.

Just a place you like to get back after the day out. Very small rooms but just big enough and friendly looking that you don’t feel like in a prison cell.

Good location close to the tower hill underground. Good amount of pubs and places to eat.

We didn’t get told what number our room was on for the lifts as sometimes places aren’t always as simple as floor 1 means rooms 100 plus. And we didn’t get told you had to use your key card to chose your floor number.

Great location, great decor and style. Fab rooftop bar and lounge area. Loved the king size bed! Easy check in and out with no ques, all digital and everything controlled with a tablet.

Could have done with getting a cup of tea in bed in the morning. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Also needed extra pillows and had to ask three times before getting some.

My daughter who is 12 paid full price for breakfast although she could barely eat anything My booking through booking.com was not fully registered ( my daughter was not booked and I could not access my reservation on citizenM system, a fully remote system)
