citizenM Hotel Tower of London

Brilliant location. The hotel was very modern and clean. Really wide selection at breakfast. The room was very quiet and comfortable. The shower was perfectly powerful.

The views from the bar are priceless. All of the staff were brilliant, courteous and attentive, happy and well trained. Nadia in the bar was a credit to the citizenM brand and company ethos. This was not our first experience with the brand and will not be our last. We will be visiting this place again. The only problem we had was with the tv, but this was not important to us. Awesome experience

Great hotel incredible location just outside the metro station, modern facilities and friendly staff

It is hard to find anything to complain about CitizenM. In our 2 nights stay we had a wonderful time. Friendly staff, good breakfist, fast Wifi, incredible view, spectacular roof-top-bar, nice checkin and checkout procedure. The room also have different power sockets. UK + US + EU? + USB type A for charging mobile devices.

Ipad in room didn't fully work. Couldn't control tv or radio.

Location of the hotel is great, right above the metro station and a few minute walk from the Tower of London. Perfect if you are staying for a business and you have to be near the City.

The room was small but comfy if you are alone. The only issue was the elevator. Usually one was not working and it might take you some time until one arrives.

It was great location! Very attentive staff, especially Joseph and Anna who made my birthday stay very memorable. Ultra modern hotel.

The property was very central and a stone throw away from the underground so it was very easy to get around the city and back.

The only issue I had was that there was a sewage smell coming from our sink in our room especially when we ran the water

The property is stylish, very clean and the staff are so polite and welcoming. The roof top bar is exceptional, the views are incredible at night and the bar man that served us was so friendly and brilliant at his job!

This was excellent! Perfect location on top of Tower Hill metro station. Nica view of Tower of London and Tower Bridge. Nice options around for food and drinks. We loved everything and plan on returning. The decor and vibe was very cool.
