we've stayed in many hotels and airbnb but citizen m tower of london has the best staff. every staff that we came across was super helpful, kind and attentive. the location is great for someone whose visiting London for the first time since the tube is right downstairs. housekeeping service was great, hotel lobby has a kitchen and we had ice cream there every night (lol). rooftop is an amazing plus! the view is so beautiful, we went up there every single night. would love to stay here again.

I think the bed sheets could have been a bit cleaner.

The rooms were clean and had new technology. The lighting system was very cool and unique. We had a great view of the Tower bridge as well. The staff were very friendly and allowed us to keep our bags in the lobby for the day before our check in. The hotel.is located right above an underground station which was very convenient. Overall a great experience!

The location, the downstairs welcome, the smart, comfortable room and the quality of the breakfast.

Very little….slight niggle that the Aircon didn’t cool the room sufficiently and the TV was slow to respond to channel changes, occasionally failing. But these are minor points with what is a brilliant product overall

The hotel is very well located, right above the Tower Hill metro station, which makes getting around the city extremely easy. It is situated in the heart of the Tower of London area, with quick access to major tourist attractions and public transport. The neighborhood feels safe and pleasant for tourists, and it is surprisingly quiet in the mornings. The hotel itself is clean and welcoming, with a lovely lobby and tasteful furniture. The staff was very helpful whenever assistance was needed. The room was clean and featured a large, comfortable bed, although the space itself was rather small, which made it a bit less comfortable overall.

The room is quite small, and opening two checked suitcases can be a bit challenging, although it is manageable. The bathroom has a capsule-style design, made of plastic and glass and integrated into the room. Despite its compact layout, it is functional.

Excellent location, right next to an underground station which is a huge advantage. Room is standard for CitizenM hotels - big bed, not much space further.

Expensive breakfast - you can get better and cheaper options outside the hotel. Automatic check-in works funny - we booked 2 rooms in one booking, 1 room was on 8th floor and 2nd one on 3rd floor (luckily corrected manually by staff).

Clean and spacious. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The view from our room was breathtaking. Will definitely go back. Great location.

Location brilliant

The atmosphere was welcoming, as was the decor and staff. The breakfast was plentiful with a wide choice of food.

The climate and tv in the room was too techie, and i am sure was not working or was just user error. Everything was controlled by and ipad.

The location is outstanding!!! Next door to underground and great neighborhood. Sightseeing starts as soon as you exit the hotel. Very clean hotel, great amenities, amazing rooftop.

Price could be a bit lower.

The breakfast is excellent and a good value. We really liked the top-notch barista coffee experience (included w/breakfast). The lobby is comfortable and lively. The staff are all pleasant, helpful, and yet unobtrusive.

No fitness center at this location. I knew that when I booked. Just seems out of alignment with a modern-style property such as CitizenM.

The location is top. You have Tower Hill metro station just next to the hotel entrance. Then you have Tower Bridge and The Tower of London in walking distance. There is also nice bar at the top floor with pretty nice views. Room was clean and most importantly for me quiet.

Loved this hotel. The rooms were a little smaller than they appeared in the photos, but they were fine. Bed was very comfortable. The location was fabulous. We enjoyed the lobby restaurant and bar and the 7th floor lounge. Well designed. We'll be back.

It's not that we didn't like it, but the opaque showers ae not for everyone. Unless you are traveling as a couple it could be awkward. But this seems to be a trend now.

I had a wonderful stay and would happily come back again. The staff were absolutely lovely — always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which really made a difference throughout my visit. The food was also a highlight. I especially enjoyed the breakfast — great quality and a really nice way to start the day. One evening, I stayed in and had a pizza along with a cocktail (I think it was called something like “Duffy” or “Derby”) — whatever the name, it was delicious and beautifully made. As always with CitizenM, the bed was a standout. It’s honestly one of my favorites — incredibly comfortable — and I love that they provide two different pillows so you can choose what suits you best. Overall, I absolutely loved my stay. CitizenM never disappoints, and I always look forward to coming back.

TV didn’t work properly -3 visits by staff but it still didn’t work- kept cutting out after about 5 mins- felt like we weren’t believed Fridge was hot inside so unable to store water - also reported but nothing done

The hotel is great and very well located. The public areas are fantastic, the bedroom is small but the bed and shower are exceptional. I didn't realise the size of the rooms but I wasn't in the room much so no problem for me!! The personnel were exceptional and a special shoput out for Duffy who went over and beyond!

Great location, right by underground, hop on hop off bus stop very close, walking distance to Tower and Tower Bridge, small grocery shop close by, lots of café options around. We did not need receptionist as check in and out was very easy but they offered help and were lovely. Room.was very clean. We would definitely come back. My daughter loved the light color changes in the shower, it was a great hit 😊 thank u!

The pillows were overstuffed for my liking. I prefer a flatter pillow. I found it hard to get comfortably to sleep.
