The location is outstanding!!! Next door to underground and great neighborhood. Sightseeing starts as soon as you exit the hotel. Very clean hotel, great amenities, amazing rooftop.

Price could be a bit lower.

The breakfast is excellent and a good value. We really liked the top-notch barista coffee experience (included w/breakfast). The lobby is comfortable and lively. The staff are all pleasant, helpful, and yet unobtrusive.

No fitness center at this location. I knew that when I booked. Just seems out of alignment with a modern-style property such as CitizenM.

The location is top. You have Tower Hill metro station just next to the hotel entrance. Then you have Tower Bridge and The Tower of London in walking distance. There is also nice bar at the top floor with pretty nice views. Room was clean and most importantly for me quiet.

Loved this hotel. The rooms were a little smaller than they appeared in the photos, but they were fine. Bed was very comfortable. The location was fabulous. We enjoyed the lobby restaurant and bar and the 7th floor lounge. Well designed. We'll be back.

It's not that we didn't like it, but the opaque showers ae not for everyone. Unless you are traveling as a couple it could be awkward. But this seems to be a trend now.

I had a wonderful stay and would happily come back again. The staff were absolutely lovely — always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which really made a difference throughout my visit. The food was also a highlight. I especially enjoyed the breakfast — great quality and a really nice way to start the day. One evening, I stayed in and had a pizza along with a cocktail (I think it was called something like “Duffy” or “Derby”) — whatever the name, it was delicious and beautifully made. As always with CitizenM, the bed was a standout. It’s honestly one of my favorites — incredibly comfortable — and I love that they provide two different pillows so you can choose what suits you best. Overall, I absolutely loved my stay. CitizenM never disappoints, and I always look forward to coming back.

Excellent location, staff very helpful and friendly, lovely coffee shop on the hotel grounds. Rooms were compact but comfortable, very large double bed , towels good quality.

TV didn’t work properly -3 visits by staff but it still didn’t work- kept cutting out after about 5 mins- felt like we weren’t believed Fridge was hot inside so unable to store water - also reported but nothing done

The hotel is great and very well located. The public areas are fantastic, the bedroom is small but the bed and shower are exceptional. I didn't realise the size of the rooms but I wasn't in the room much so no problem for me!! The personnel were exceptional and a special shoput out for Duffy who went over and beyond!

Great location, right by underground, hop on hop off bus stop very close, walking distance to Tower and Tower Bridge, small grocery shop close by, lots of café options around. We did not need receptionist as check in and out was very easy but they offered help and were lovely. Room.was very clean. We would definitely come back. My daughter loved the light color changes in the shower, it was a great hit 😊 thank u!

The pillows were overstuffed for my liking. I prefer a flatter pillow. I found it hard to get comfortably to sleep.

Great location, close to everything we needed. Close to the Tower Hill Tube and several nice restaurants. Awesome view of the Tower of London from our room. Staff friendly. Liked the downstairs sitting area. Small rooms but was in my budget.

The toilet and shower had a bit of a port-loo plastic smell and vibe. Can't get any fresh air in the room. So it all got a bit smelly. Would have been nice if breakfast was included in the cost of the room and tea and coffee should have been complimentary

Most of the staff was fantastic and friendly. Great location, with a stylish and modern vibe throughout the hotel. I especially loved the funky design of the lobby, restaurant, and rooftop bar, which gave the place a really vibrant and contemporary atmosphere.

The room facilities and bathroom could benefit from some maintenance and updates. The bathroom curtain had visible stains and marks left after previous guests, and some of the shelves were broken. It would also be nice if the hotel offered special deals or discounts for in-house guests at the bar or restaurant.

Loved the value of money that you get. Excellent location. With TV, climate and controls being controlled by the iPad. Staff are friendly, lobby is welcoming. Didn't have breakfast but looked like a good choice. The bed was really big and comfortable.

The TV kept turning off by itself. I would highly recommend for 2 people for a short stay. For longer I would find this difficult as there is no privacy and the bathroom gets dirty really easily with the toilet being next to the shower. I wouldn't stay here with my family as it wouldn't be enough space or storage. For a one nighter, for a couple to get away, it's absolutely perfect. I also wish I paid slightly more for a better view.

It was modern and futuristic, The staff were excellent and the hotel was clean and really well located. The bed was an excellent size and very comfortable, possibly the best size bed in a hotel when sharing. One pillow was slightly lumpy but everything else was so excellent that I would still give it a 10!

Outstanding location right on top of Tower Hill tube station and with amazing proximity to watch the London marathon. Great aesthetic too and a lively lobby.

If you had two large suitcases, you’d struggle to fit them in the room.

It's in a prime location which was important as we went primarily for the London marathon. The reception area is spacious with lots of comfortable seating areas and Tvs. The bed was huge and very comfortable.E were also on the top floor so very quiet throughout our stay.

The rooms are small for two people...very little space to get dressed comfortably and shower area is separated from the room with a curtain.

Breakfast is one of the best in any hotel I've stayed. Really like the variation and quality of fruit, cereal, yogurt, plus the cooked breakfast is really good.

I got a room with a tower view, and it was incredible. The rooms are compact, but I had plenty of space to spread all my things out, including my giant suitcase. I loved that they provided glass water pitchers that you could take to your room and the blackout curtains were super effective! Staff was also very friendly.

Breakfast wasn't my personal fav so a little upset that I paid $30 for it.

It’s was a modern and efficient hotel with good use of space. The rooms were spacious for a city hotel, its was quirky and fun.

The ordering and collection of food wasn’t explained to us initially so we didn’t really know what the system was but good once we figured it out.

The location is outstanding and so are the facilities. I was a little cautious when booking and didn't want to leave the hotel at the end of the trip!

The view from the room is just outstanding but in addition the hotel has everything you need (24/7 coffee? The dream!) and the staff was just incredibly welcoming and accommodating.
