The location was perfect- right across the street from London Towers and right next to the subway station. Very clean and friendly! I highly suggest!!

Efficient

We travel to London to celebrate new year! In our hotel we were not welkom to take a part of party in the roof restaurant. So we were outside at 12 am midnight New Year’s Eve. Pitty dat hotel does not have priority for their guests. It was already fully booked.

Perfect location to all attraction’s

It did not have tea / coffee facilities in the room

On arriving our room wasn’t quite ready however the staff member named Athena was very polite and apologetic, they even sent us to the bar and let us have a drink on them while we waited. We only waited 20 minutes so it wasn’t a big inconvenience for the both of us. Very generous hospitality

We had stayed here before but found the third time now abit dated and average. Maybe due to busy Xmas season.

The toiletries in the bathroom were empty and pumps didn’t work. This is the second time this has happened.

if there's citizenM in a city, I'm surely staying there. their interior design, thoughtful touches, content marketing and a perfect amount of independence in experience is just what I need. also the rooftop bar in this particular hotel is worth checking.

Location right next to Tower Hill so very convenient for tube, Uber boat and bus. Room initially looked compact, but it was really well thought out - great shower, comfy bed, lots of room for clothes. We had great view over Trinity Square. Hotel staff were exceptional - so friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere there too.

The hotel was right on top of the tower hill tube.

The room was not cleaned well during our stay... hair in the bed after it was changed.

Perfect location, right next to tube station and across the road from Tower of London! Great rooms and comfy beds. We are return guests and will be back gain!

The only advantages of this hotel were its great location and the polite, friendly staff.

The room was much smaller than I anticipated, and the view was directly into other hotel rooms, which lacked privacy. There was no cleaning service provided in the room during my stay, which was surprising. The poor soundproofing made it difficult to rest

Everything was very nice, clean and great facilities. Exceptional location. Very friendly staff, always there to help.

Maybe a bit noisy in the restaurant on the last floor - but minor detail as there were plenty of good places to eat around Tower of London.

Check-in and check-out are intuitive and practical. The staff are very attentive. The view from the rooftop is fantastic. Everything was perfect. The bed is large and comfortable.

The air conditioning in my room was not working. But I could have contacted the reception, but I didn't. But the temperature in the room was pleasant (for me).

This hotel is in a brilliant location above the Tower Hill Tube station. We had a standard room with a view of the Tower of London. There are a lot of helpful staff. The bed was very good, it is high and fills the width of the room so cannot walk around the bed. This maybe a problem for some people. The rooms are compact with a shower pod and the sink is outside the pod. I had breakfast on one day and it is very good. The hot and cold options. As a city hotel in an excellent location for public transportation or walking to explore central London it is fantastic.

There is no fitness room. Otherwise no issues at all

Well located contemporary hotel on top of a tube station and across the street from the Tower of London. The staff was very nice, polite and professional. Our room was compact but very comfortable and well dressed. We had a view of the London Tower from our room and there was an ipad that controlled everything. Excellent experience!

Room rather small. Location conveniently near the underground station, but a bit far from main shopping and restaurant areas in the west end.
