Stylish hotel located right next to Tower Hill tube. Super quiet room on 7th floor, comfy bed, good shower and spotlessly clean. Room is on the small side but I’m fine with that as I stayed in a work trip. Staff are so upbeat and helpful - check in was cool and easy.

Hotel certainly has a character of its own from check-in (assisted self-checkin), decor and lighting options in the room. Breakfast was fantastic and the roof-top bar added a nice feature

Would definitely benefit from tea/coffee making facilities in the room, although you can get hot water from the bar. The room we had was only wide enough for the bed, meaning you have crawl on and off of it (and over someone)

Great location for exploring East London, getting around on the tube, and I had a fabulous view of the tower from my room.

Price was very high for the level of “services” provided.

The hotel was very well located, stylish, comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean, quiet and excellent automatic blackout blinds. The staff were friendly and helpful. I found this hotel by chance, will definitely book again!

Nothing really. As I had forgotten to book in for breakfast it perhaps would have been good to get a cup of tea/coffee as that isn't possible in the room. Maybe also a bit more info about availability of ironing facilities (which we found by accident) and other things (that we didn't find).

The staff was really attentive. The location right beside the subway is amazing because you can move anywhere else from there. The rooftop has a beautiful view of the tower of London. A comfy bed, fluffy towels and a clean bathroom are part of the package.

When we asked for room service, it seemed that they just changed the towels and set the bed.

It's dirty in the corridors

Modern hotel-quiet clean, located near shops, restaurants, easy access to public transport. Rooms are very small, enough space for one person only or mother and a child. Recommend this place 👍🏻

They didn’t offer the single use room flip flops. Quality of shampoo and soap could be better.

Superbly located. Not just on the doorstep of the Tower of London but literally around the corner from Tower Hill tube station with the Gherkin and Tower Bridge all walking distance. This has got to be the quirkiest hotel I've ever stayed at. There isn't even a reception desk, it's all done self-service.

The yoghurt at the breakfast buffet gave me diarrhoea so word of warning to others: don't eat it.
