Outstandingly refurbished architecture, best hotel bar in London with high quality selection of (Jazz) musicians.
Annoying accounts department fretting out on a few (literally!) pounds of exchange rate fluctuation and requesting urgent payment of a few pounds after we had spent a few thousand pounds in 2.5 days stay and checked out and paid without any complaints m. Who runs this place in the background??
