Nice location, very polite stuff, tasty food

Air conditioning blows in your face, outside super noisy, walls are thin and you hear neighbors

Location is perfect. Clean rooms.

Overall the hotel provides slow service. The afternoon tea is very poor and half-hearted for the price. Boring decor.

Hotel and staff excellent. Nothing too much trouble. Breakfast was great. Dinner by Heston is an amazing restaurant in this hotel.

It feels a bit pricey for the size of the room. 1,200 would be fair price.

What’s not to like in this little slice of paradise. It’s an incredible hotel with a stunning interior and fabulous facilities. The service from the staff is extraordinary and on a completely different level.

The room and facilities were excellent, nothing was forgotten about. Doormen greeted us and took our bags which arrived into our room minutes after we did.

Staff could not do enough to help, every aspect of the stay was explained and made as easy as possible, turndown staff left a note as we had switched on do not disturb beside the door while we got ready for dinner, this let us call down to tell them when we departed for dinner that evening

The staff also made the trip incredibly special as it was our honeymoon. Asking about the wedding as well as small gestures to make every interaction special

The discretionary service charge on the bill at the end was especially welcome as the staff were beyond amazing. It would have been nice to know about this before the stay to know if wee could/should tip staff, and also have some information on how tips are split between staff and the property

The location of the hotel is excellent, just a short walk from Harrods, and backs on to Hyde Park. Loved the King's guardsmen parading past the hotel in Hyde Park, during breakfast, on their beautiful horses. The food at Heston's was exceptional. We had a suite which was lovely. Diptyque products were provided in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the bed linen was, as to be expected, of a high quality. Absolutely loved both the Dyson hairdryer and GHD hair straighteners provided, as it saved me having to bringing my own.

The bathroom in our suite was disappointing as it was just too small.

Every member of staff was friendly,helpful and professional. Reception staff the extra mile when they found out it was our wedding anniversary. Every area of the property was immaculate, the floral displays outstanding. Made for an enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Bear in mind that of the £930 cost for the night, A large chunk of that is VAT!

Everything was just perfect. The service is exceptional but discreet. The staff are clearly highly trained. What I particularly liked is that they were polite but not overly deferential. They quickly knew when to have a laugh or a bit of banter.

You are paying for the quality of the entire experience. The staff, the beautiful building, the location.

Spectacular interior design, excellent service. The Aubrey restaurant in the hotel was outstanding.

TV speakers were inadequate and motion detecting night light was not well designed; went off too soon to provide light when returning from a trip to the loo.
