The massage service and gym are excellent. All culinary services are perfect. The shuttle to Paddington ststion provides much convenience.I particularly want to compliment Mr Isaac Ching of the Customer Service for his hospitality and sincerity.

The location is amazing, the gym was amazing too. The staff are very polite.
This is my fifth or sixth stay at the hotel. This time I was disappointed by the toilet in my room 611. The power of the water in the toilet seat was low and the cleaning of the room, attention to detail was missing like ( refilling used stuff, etc ). Also at few times there was a very bad smell in the gym. Also, response to phone calls from room was very this time and slow. I am worried that quality drops.

Impressive and very elegant.
The AC wall sockets are not suitable for use with European plugs. In many countries and places I met UK style socets useable with both plugs. Adapters was not in the room.
