Good location, relaxed vibe, bit dark
Excellent location, friendly staff, great to have free milk in the fridge, Comfortable and stylish public areas.
Personal taste but the decor in the room was too dark. Bed a bit soft.

Great location, great facilities, amazing staff, top notch breakfast, wonderful vibe. Highly recommend.
Stylish, comfy, classy, clean - our room was immaculate and the hotel as a whole was faultless.
The only thing we didn’t like was that we didn’t have a smart tv and very little choice for something to watch. First world problems!

Great location. Only a couple minutes away from the metro.
It was quite dusty which affected my allergies. For the price point it should be cleaned more thoroughly.

Rooms etc all good. Food food side & service not great.
Helpful reception staff. Cleanliness
Couldn’t get a seat to have coffee & something to eat at front, so we were seated in restaurant. Service was so slow. They seated us but then kind of ignored us.
A lot of people seem to sit around & hog tables in reception area.

Love the company and will be trying out the other three hotels in the London chain and definitely the one in Rome
Good vibe and very lively. Staff were welcoming and helpful and the room was very comfortable especially the beds!
Although it was very convenient for Old St tube I found the environs quite grotty… and the locals a bit threatening… apart from Spitalfields market which is nearby and fabulous!

Clean and friendly. very cosy for the cost but as expected for location.
surprisingly quieter than we initially thought as the music downstairs is so loud- buzzing atmosphere nevertheless. small clean room. great location and great staff. the facilities are extremely basic but if you’re just looking for a clean shower and bed to stay in then it’s a great option.

we'd liked the roof terrace & restaurant very much - people were very nice to book a table for us although it was quite crowdy - tx for that
room: normal & clean - however hairdryer would be nice to be able to use the hairdryer IN bathroom with mirror - sitting on the bed with the dryer wasn't comfortable

location, clean but far from centre - needed taxi - however, we knew that up front

The staff is excellent!
The propery was terrific. The one thing that stood out above all else though, was the amazing staff!! I was there the 29th, 30th, and 31st of October and the girls that worked the day shift those days at the check in desk were SO helpful!! They truly did make my stay so pleasurable!

Service at check in was brilliant- staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was nice, good shower. Great bar and fantastic location.
