Central property. All of the staff are lovely and friendly and really helpful. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious

Excellent menu for room service, the food was delicious as was the very generous and high quality breakfast buffet. The staff were amazing. I loved how they continually called me by my name, opened doors for me

A secure internet connection would have benefited me. I was unable to make some transactions, such as book a hire car from the hotel, as my bank did not allow transactions through an unsecure internet connection. I would have felt more secure from hackers etc while at the hotel, doing my banking online.

We have booked Superior King room which should be 28 sqm but felt much smaller. Reception staff is poorly trained. Long waiting time for the elevators.

Could not fault anything and the staff were so friendly , especially the valet guys always greeted us with a big smile and the upmost welcome 🤗

The location is good, and staff is quite nice.

Rooms spacious, good size bed and very quiet. Couldn’t hear any noises which was great.

Pool was lovely. Great temperature.

Is it worth it? Well you know its expensive but little touches do make a difference and we were treated very well.

I would have preferred a larger shower head if I am honest. Shower head was just a normal small size. But was still a good pressure.
Toilet paper wasn’t that luxurious either, I was expecting better quality tbh.

Neither spoiled the stay though, and even with a slight cleaning mishap with our room which was rectified with lots of sincere apologies didnt spolt it. So I cant fault the excellent service and would definitely recommend.

The hotel is historic and beautifully maintained. The location was great—we walked everywhere. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. The attention to detail is remarkable. For example, individual sweetener packets are enclosed separately in cardboard sleeves on the breakfast table. Never saw that before.

London is an expensive city. The Langham was fairly priced we thought.
