My new favorite hotel in London
Fantastic hotel. Their attention to detail was impressive. I returned from dinner to a beautiful full turn down complete with classical music playing, perfectly fitting slippers, and a bed spray / sleeping tips.
The food was fantastic and despite booking one of the classic rooms, I felt it was very grand and luxurious.

Excellent location, great room with comfortable beds. Really nice cocktail bar.
The mimi bar was nit great? No diet coke or chilled water? Sound proofing wasn't the best.

A very welcoming and calm place to stay, makes you feel special
Despite the hotel being large, the staff go out of their way to make you feel like you’re the only one staying at the hotel. We stayed for two nights and can’t wait to visit again in the future for a special occasion. It’s a beautiful building, very well decorated and maintained, cannot fault it.
It’s difficult to choose anything I didn’t like, everything was amazing. Maybe the spa could have better facilities, for example there’s no jacuzzi, and the steam room and sauna are within the changing rooms. However this, in no way, spoilt our visit.

Excellent location and service
The service, the amazing ambiance and smell! The bar and the general attention to detail. I am a repeat guest. Every visit has been special. Rodrigo was great at the reception. Was able to think with me what would be a great room for me and was able to check-in early. That was an unexpected plus!

Interior is bit outdated, hotel should go either more modern or historical classical, now interior looks like it's stuck in 90's.
