Hotel Intercontinental The O2, London

the bathroom was absolutely spotless, very comfortable room and the staff were always really helpful

The room was on the 8th floor and had an amazing view. It was clean, the staff are super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was amazing. I really enjoyed feeling a little pampered.

I booked and paid for my room in May 2024, as this was a treat from me to me. When I was checking in I was told I needed to pay £100, which will be refunded. When I asked why, I was told that it’s peak season and they require it. I was a little taken back, since the full payment was made and there was nothing in any communication or terms that this would be done. Now I wait for the refund, of which was my holiday spending money.

Staff upgraded room without extra charge, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, after a difficult year this trip to the o2 and concert meant a lot to us and staff made it even more enjoyable

Very nice room with spectacular views, staff were polite and friendly throughout. Very convenient for the O2 where we were attending a concert, there's a connecting passage from the hotel to the venue which was brilliant.

We asked for twin beds but only a double was provided. Luckily sharing with my daughter but would have been embarrassing with a work colleague. Hotel was full so no point asking for another room and we were very limited time-wise. The mini bar had nothing in it! Again, no time to ask for it to be stocked, so we bought our own supplies later. Breakfast was very disappointing, only one toaster (hogged by a guy who kept putting in more and more slices), fried eggs were in short supply, food was greasy and it was self-service. Would have expected much better from a hotel at this price.

Great room with an amazing view up and down the Thames . Lovely clean room with everything you need . Restaurant in the evening had lovely food and service and was also great for breakfast .

Got charged a parking ticket for parking on the grass as car park is so small , so I payed the hotel for parking and also got a fine .

Rooms are beautifully appointed in perfect proximity to the O2, staff are welcoming and helpful.

Restaurant for breakfast has a spectacular view, but was given a tiny table in the middle at a very busy time. It was also a little bit too warm in the restaurant. These are minor gripes though, you will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here!

I boked a twin room as we are two female friends travelling together. When we checked in we were told we had been upgraded to a suite and would have two rooms available to sleep in. In truth it was a small flat with one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa in the lounge, that had we needed to would have been impossible to sleep on firstly as it was not comfy to sit on let alone sleep and there was no addtional bedding. It was fine to share but not what I had booked

When we woke in the morning and drew the curtains back we came face to face with a young man in high viz and a hard hat outside and then the same happened with the other windows. Also how hot does the hotel need to be OMG it was sweltering
