We were attending a concert at the O2. The location was fabulous. The hotel was connected to the arena and so made the whole experience amazing

Room was very clean, room service excellent. Staff very polite and helpful. Housekeeping was excellent room cleaned when asked to high standard. Spa facilities were excellent spent a whole afternoon relaxing. Location to o2 private corridor very convenient. Golf range only 7 min walk away. Lots of shops in o2 and plenty choices of food.

Bar and food in the hotel very expensive. 15 min walk to o2 restaurants.

The hotel's staff were efficient and friendly at check-in and informed us of a new feature they have implemented using WhatsApp. This worked a dream when we ordered a bucket of ice while on the underground, returning to the hotel - it was in our room waiting for us. We dined in the Market Brasserie with a window seat to watch the sunset (again booked via their WhatsApp chat). The breakfasts are fabulous, with a huge variety of hot and cold food. The direct link to the O2 is a bonus when attending a concert or simply going shopping!

The property was very spacious, very clean, very well looked after!! There was plenty of room in the kitchen If you were to have a long stay. The staff were so helpful ! Anything we had a query about they were able to help/ solve.

There’s not one bad word to say ! There’s easy access to the o2 the breakfast was gorgeous !! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff went above and beyond.

Perfect location for the 02 arena and transport links. Hotel immaculate decor, stylish, modern and very clean. We were upgraded to a suite, which was stunning with views of the Thames. Super comfy bed with good quality bedding Staff professional and efficient

There is nothing i didn't like. From check-in to check out, our stay was superb. 10/10 for customer service. 10/10 for room (had the best night's sleep) 10/10 for the breakfast (don't normally have hotel breakfast but so glad we did, worth every penny) 10/10 for location (attending show at the Indigo O2). The staff are a credit to the hotel. Everything runs so smoothly like a well-oiled machine. Definitely will stay again.

Excellent location for events at the o2, avoided the hustle and bustle trying to leave after a concert. Room was lovely, toiletries provided were an absolute delight, lovely to have full size items available to use. Shower was excellent and great to have a bath and robes provided. Lovely fresh, clean, large towels provided

Trying to use the lifts at night was difficult as many people arriving at the same time, can’t be helped but will know for next time. Bed a little uncomfortable but wouldn’t stop me booking again.

The room was at high standard, clean, spacious, the robes and slippers are a lovely touch. The staff are so so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The breakfast was amazing, so many options available and again the staff were fantastic. I would 100% stay here again.

I liked everything, Just wish I was staying another night so that I could make use of the facilities such as the swimming pool and gym etc....

Staff, Room and Service Exceptional. It's location next to the O2, with it's own walkway through to the dome, makes it perfect for events and shopping. The room itself was pristine, beds comfy, bathroom beautiful and relaxing.

The staff were super friendly. We really loved our room everything was amazing. Breakfast was delicious.

The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was kept at an optimal temperature. Check-in was at 3, and I arrived at that time. My room was available. I loved the fact it had a link to the 02, which was the reason for my stay. Room service was prompt when requested. I will absolutely stay here again. It is slightly more expensive than other places I have stayed in London but I feel it is worth it considering it is so close to many forms of transport links.

Air con, although a perfect temperature, was a slight irritant for me noise wise.

Unable to turn off heated mirror in bathroom and room can get very warm because of it.

Location , quietness of rooms with 18 floors. Friendly professional staff.

The 2 bars were too small to accommodate the amount of people that stay there.

Right by the O2 and it has a private entrance which takes minutes to get to O2. I would also highly recommend this for any tourists visiting London as it’s 4 min walk to the Tube station which in 10 minutes takes you into central London

The hotel checkin was perfect, great location for the O2. A perfect base to see a show with connecting corridor to the stadium.
