The View , The Service everyone was so friendly. Best was Comfy , Had best night sleep Only problem was the I couldn't stay another day haha I left a note in my room too because I was so happy with all of it Thankyou

Very clean and easy for the 02. Love the products in the bathroom gives it that top edge luxury. Would love to have used the Spa but didn’t have time. Beds very comfortable

Hotel was lovely and clean. Staff were amazing and very friendly. Breakfast was exceptional. Highly recommend paying the tray charge to have it delivered to your room. The link to the O2 made accessing it very easy. We will definitely stay again the next time we visit the O2

Great location with lots of parking around, hotel was amazing, clean. Rooms were massive, clean, comfy and lovely view. The hotel has its own door to enter into the 02 which absolutely perfect.

Very nice hotel with lovely views

Good location, the staff were all so kind and helpful. The room was ready early and they let us check in as soon as we arrived saving us about 4 hours of time! The room was clean, comfortable bed and a lovely view.

Great hotel. Very professional staff and very comfortable. Loved the sky bar. Great walk way through to the o2. 2 minute walk.

One of the windows overlooking the O2 was defective causing condensation which obscured the view

Location was fantastic for the o2, with only a5 minute walk from the hotel

The light switches were a little confusing at first, but I’m just being picky.

Price of car park

It was my second time staying at the hotel, loved it the first time and really enjoyed it now. The staff weee professional and helpful, the atmosphere was very pleasant too. The spa facilities were brilliant. The pleasant surprise of a slice of a birthday cake was a beautiful gesture. Thank you.

The room size was great (I chose it), however it wasn’t clean. There were rice on the carpet, some egg shells, the mirror had an I cleaned spot, the tap had scale and water marks. Bathroom didn’t bother me so much but to walk on someone’s left food in the carpet , wasn’t pleasant. Luckily there were slippers which were provided by the hotel. I wasn’t sure if bathrobes had to be provided although it was stated on the booking info but we never got them.

Location and quality

The location, cleanliness and staff were all brilliant.

My only negative was the cost of drinks in the sky bar, £30 for 2 drinks and they added on a service charge for me purchasing from the bar, it wasn’t even table service.

Location was excellent , breakfast was first class bars and restaurant was great Will definitely be back .

Everything was perfect, I was treated to a slice of cake in my room for my birthday which was a lovely touch!

Pillows very soft and felt thin when on it but that’s just my personal preference nothing to do with the hotel at all.

Perfect for a show at O2. Plenty of staff to tend to our needs. Great view from 18th floor bar.

Hardly worth mentioning as did nor effect our stay or rating. Only 2 coffee pods for our stay, had to request more. Took a while to get out of carpark as other drivers having issues with payment and had to reverse out of the way. So some minor tweaks needed.

The view was beautiful and enjoyed watching the sunset from the sky bar, bed was super comfy and perfect location for the 02

There isn’t much to be faulted about the property. The location is impeccable for the O2, the facilities are outstanding and the staff are all very helpful and accommodating. It is truly a treat and a pleasure to stay here and the car parking available is also really handy.

It is expensive but you do get quality for the money you spend.

Beautiful inside. A perfect location. Views were amazing. Room smelt so fresh and clean. Staff so welcoming and helpful. Short cut to the 02 was ideal.

Couldn’t get into the bar on the 1st floor which was a shame.

Bit costly but didn’t mind paying as the location was spot for getting back from boxing event at the o2.

Great location

Very expensive, also the at the end of our night there was a big queue for the lift (which is fine) so we opted to use the stairs instead, but we could only walk up toothed 2nd floor and was told the stairs don't go any further, so what are people on the higher floors supposed to do if there is a fire in which case the lofts will be out of service

Location and facilities were perfect for our visit Breakfast was very good and great selection conference facilities ere very good also

The proximity to the O2 arena was a big plus, but the hotel in itself is very nice too.

I have used the hotel a couple of times prior with no car park fee. Can you imagine my dismay to check out with a £52 parking fee for one night???

Everything was first class! Loved the spa, the breakfast, the location, the staff, the roof top bar…

£52 per night for parking is INSANE
