Great location, always stay here when visiting the O2

The view of Docklands was incredible. Bed great, shower power and a cocktail on the 18th to round it off nicely.

It didn’t look far to walk the Thames path from Tower Bridge…. We laughed, we cried, we blistered. But we didn’t give in to the temptation of a ride. Made the comfort all the more welcoming when we arrived!

It was clean, spacious and delightful. Excellent access to the O2, staff were friendly and the room was comfortable, clean and the air conditioning was amazing during the heatwave.

Nothing to dislike.

Lovely room with large glass window overlooking the river. Very comfortable beds and beautiful bedding. Good facilities in the room, easily controlled temperature. So convenient to the O2 and North Greenwich station.

Breakfast superb - staff super friendly and helpful - room very comfortable - spa and pool area excellent (bit crowded at weekend)

Clean, comfortable room. Welcoming staff. Great location. 18th floor bar had great views of the city. Excellent breakfast.

Spa disappointing as jacuzzi did not work - no jets and cool. Broken windows awaiting repair. Not quite the luxury experience expected.

Fantastic stay! Every aspect of our stay was exceptional. The service, comfort, and attention to detail were second to none. It was, without question, the best hotel stay we've ever had. We can't wait to return.

Nothing it’s my favourite hotel

Easy access to the 02 arena via a short interlinking passage way. Clean and beautifully presented. Air conditioning which was a necessity in the recent heat waves. Amazing views of Canary Wharf from the room. Breakfast outstanding.

Not much else around except a lovely walk down the Thames. An hour to get from Euston Station to the hotel which via a taxi bumped the cost of the trip up.

Location is brilliant for attending an event at the arena.

Massive conference on while I was there and the delegates were everywhere.
Also building work meant that parking was unavailable.
GB News is not an option as a news channel - most popular news channel in the uk at the moment !!
Tv kept turning itself off but it was dealt with quickly and efficiently by reception - thank you

Very handy for O2 . It is a five star hotel at least and you are treated like royalty as soon as you step in the door

Nothing it was perfect

Professional friendly staff who welcome you as soon as you enter. Clean and smelling fresh hotel , so close to the o2 it has its own walkway to the venue so very safe at night.
We got an upgrade room to a studio apartment room. Apartment had all kitchen essentials available to use.
Sofa comfortable and the bed was very comfortable with fresh white linen bed covers.
Bathroom had a large shower and extra hair and body products to use.
Breakfast was room service and had loads on the the menu.

Maybe check that people have their hotel key card to use the private walk through to and from hotel to the o2 as there was alot of people using it to cut through at the end of the night.

I liked everything about the property tbh, very comfortable stay and the staff were wonderful.

Nothing fell short of my expectations tbh

I'm short and partially disabled. Check in were great in getting me a room near lifts and a room with a lower bed. Didn't know how to get a hot drink. Would have preferred a kettle. Almost slipped off desk chair as slippery. Lovely lounge chair in corner but had i "laid" down would not have been able to get up.
Back from concert and coffee bar was shut!!! Too early.

It was elegant , clean , easy accessible and all the staff were so lovely and welcoming

The location is fantastic, 5 minutes walk from the 02. There is an access link to get you to the 02 quicker within the hotel, which is very handy when you are running late.
The staff are very friendly and the rooms are spacious, well decorated and clean. The mattress is very soft however I had a great nights sleep. The bathroom has both a shower and a bath which is very unusual, much appreciated though.
The breakfast is great lots of choice both hot and cold, served buffet style. Use of the hotel spa facilities is incuded in your stay, treatments are extra.

The coffee and tea tray has all you need, however the biscuits are the smallest I have ever seen.

Freezer in apartment all frozen with ice, making it partly unusable. Would of expected totally clean

The location was excellent for the 02 arena and everyone were very warm and friendly

Being a large hotel i found waiting for a lift a bit long

We liked it all, room, staff, breakfast it was all lovely.

Not being able to book the parking at time of reservation - I have a disability care and the car park is first come first serve basis.

Breakfast options were good

The room was comfortable & quiet, the bed was large & very comfortable.

The bar upstairs didn’t serve snacks and the staff were indifferent. The DJ music didn’t really fit. The layout wasn’t comfortable however the views were excellent.

A superb welcome at the front desk and a very smooth check in. The room was very clean andwell appointed. we went to the restaurant and had great welcome and service there for the dinner and breakfast the following morning.
