Hotel Intercontinental The O2, London

The location is fantastic, 5 minutes walk from the 02. There is an access link to get you to the 02 quicker within the hotel, which is very handy when you are running late. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are spacious, well decorated and clean. The mattress is very soft however I had a great nights sleep. The bathroom has both a shower and a bath which is very unusual, much appreciated though. The breakfast is great lots of choice both hot and cold, served buffet style. Use of the hotel spa facilities is incuded in your stay, treatments are extra.

The coffee and tea tray has all you need, however the biscuits are the smallest I have ever seen.

It's gorgeous , clean and feels luxurious .staff are so helpful and attentive ..bed is huge and comfy ..location is amazing for o2 and easy for central London..

Freezer in apartment all frozen with ice, making it partly unusable. Would of expected totally clean

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently stayed at the InterContinental London – The O2 whilst attending the RAYE concert at The O2, and we had a fabulous experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful, with elegant décor and a luxurious feel throughout. Our room was comfortable and well-presented, making it the perfect place to relax after a fantastic evening at the concert. The location is also ideal if you're visiting The O2, with everything just a short walk away. What really stood out to us was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Everyone we encountered was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely eager to make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was delightful, with an excellent selection and high-quality food to suit all tastes. It was a wonderful way to start the day. Overall, we felt the InterContinental London – The O2 offered exceptional value for money considering the quality of the accommodation, service, and location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return in the future. Without a doubt, this hotel deserves 5 stars. Highly recommended.

the only thing i would knock is how long it takes to get there given the location, this would only be me being picky i still think its a fabulous place and i would highly recommend

I requested twin room and was given double, we were in a hurry as experienced two cancelled trains so didn’t bring this to anyone’s attention

The room was comfortable & quiet, the bed was large & very comfortable.

The bar upstairs didn’t serve snacks and the staff were indifferent. The DJ music didn’t really fit. The layout wasn’t comfortable however the views were excellent.

A superb welcome at the front desk and a very smooth check in. The room was very clean andwell appointed. we went to the restaurant and had great welcome and service there for the dinner and breakfast the following morning.

An excellent location for the O2! It has a walkway straight into the O2 so perfect for heading to a concert there. We felt so good walking back to our hotel 2minutes walk away when thousands had to queue for an hr to get on a tube! The view from our room was amazing of Canary Wharf. Stunning at night. Great bar serving cocktails. Staff were lovely too.

The signage to the hotel from North Greenwich tube… it wasn’t very clear.

Absolutely brilliant location, O2 was fantastic for the gig we were attending. Hotel is spotless. Breakfast was delicious.

The price for one night is slightly excessive but our stay outweighed this.

All staff were amazing from main desk Bar staff breakfast staff the spa was great. Even left a cake in the the room for the wife for her birthday didn't even ask for it.

We were going to a concert at the O2 and it was perfect to be straight at the hotel when it finished. Our room was spacious with fantastic views of the river. The staff were extremely polite, friendly and very helpful. We unfortunately were only there one night.
