The location was perfect for us. We’d booked tickets for Mama Mia the Party at the 02 next door. The breakfast was lovely and we really appreciated the staff had noted that I was celebrating a big birthday, putting a happy birthday message and piece of cake in our room on arrival. Thank you!

It would be helpful to be able to pre-book parking.

The hotel is excellent. It has a price tag to match but is well worth the money. Really nice to be able to attend an event at the O2, and walk for five minutes back to your hotel room and immediately go to bed. Breakfast was very good with a large variety of options. The pool and spa area are also very nice. The room was clean and comfortable, and staff were very friendly and helpful.

The tv did not connect to any apps like Netflix or Apple TV or able to screen share with iPhone. We called the front desk and they said we had to have an android. The cable tv was out of region / possibly Middle East? For the price paid, this is pretty unacceptable and would encourage the hotel to upgrade on the television in the rooms.

Location for 02, good facilities and breakfast

Parking was expensive £52 per day, and hotel expensive too.

The location was excellent! Hotel lovely, the views from 17th floor just breathtaking. Breakfast busy but fantastic selection.

There was a party on somewhere in the hotel with music going on till midnight. Loud enough to disturb sleep.

Lovely comfortable bed, great view from our room, rooftop bar with views over the city and river. Walkway into the 02 great for convenience.

The room was very clean and provided all the amenities we needed. The staff were very attentive and happy to help.

Reception and Staff were all lovely and extremely helpful. Very friendly which made my stay comfortable and easy, Emilia on reception was very helpful and informative and made our stay easier! Thank you. Also Abdul the concierge was very friendly and helpful 10/10. Will be staying again!

Very friendly staff (reception, concierge, cleaning staff), sizeable room, excellent water pressure, easy access from Jubilee line.

The tea and food served at one of the indoor establishments was lukewarm, staff was hasty, tables were sticky. Very unlike the set standards for the hotel.

Staff were extremely courteous and helpful. We had an upgrade which was lovely given we had travelled 6 hours by car to get to the hotel.

Was unable to pre book parking so to be aafe we parked at the arena car park 1. Which is a bit of a walk to the hotel with luggage.

It was close to the O2 and all staff were helpful and friendly. The room was stunning with a nice shower separate from the bath and a very comfortable bed. We really enjoyed breakfast and sat at a table next to the window facing the Thames.

The link to the o2 arena is super handy Room service was ordered after the concert which was delivered pretty quick. The pizza wasn’t too good,very dry and extremely pricey.

We came back after a show and there are only 6 elevators in the whole building. So we had to queue for a while to get back to the room
