The Beaumont Hotel, London

Perfect spot for central London shopping and bars. A traditional styled hotel which was perfect for a Christmas break, but it’s the staff that makes it.

Room decor feels dated, but that’s subjective.

Excellent location, short distance from Selfridges. Although its central but it quiet and very safe. Refurbished clean hotel with heated bathroom floors. Staff are friendly and lovely.

In general our stay was very good. The location exceptional.

Check-in was very bad. We had to change two rooms, one with scaffoldings on the window and the other blind (the window totally sealed with plastics), waiting for 30 minutes while the reception manager was “looking” for another room, and when we said that we are leaving and will not check-in under these circumstances, they gave us a descent room. Attitudes like these, ruin the hotel’ s reputation.

Location is great, just 100 meters to Selfridges. Looks new. they had a great cigar lounge (outdoor) and good choices, better supply than Selfridges.

Rooms are a little bit small, so bathrooms. You don’t have enough selections at breakfast, you have limited choices. I asked the free driver service 5 times, every time the answer is sorry it is not available (for 5 days). Staff was very kind but surprisingly not smiling. Especially concierge, they did not even make an eye contact with me while I was passing???

This is the third time I have stayed at The Beaumont and it is faultless each and every time. Superb staff and fantastic location!

Brilliant hotel, perfect location and the staff couldn't be more friendly, helpful they really made our stay exceptional. Loved the character and the Magritte bar.

Would have preferred to have breakfast included as it was quite expensive overall. Our room was a little on the small side for a couple on holidays but the use of space had all the usual comforts

The best thing about it was the staff; they were truly personable, friendly, and sweet. They made my stay! Other than that, the location was fab (moments from Oxford street but in a quiet area) and the room was spacious. Next time I’ll try the spa!

Breakfast was wonderful. Christian took extremely good care of us and made the mornings very pleasant and cheery.

The the lighting system in in room 208, were hard to figure out. It would be really helpful if some sort of little tags were on the switches so you knew what switch turned what light off. That is the only thing in the whole experience it was a little difficult.

Our 1st room was noisy due to building works next door , staff were extremely accommodating in relocating us to a beautiful quieter room . Excellent 5 Star ⭐️ service from the Doorman on arrival to the General Manager on departure . Best stay every in a London Hotel . We will definitely be back .

A concierge sent to one shocking restaurant. - Italian Greyhound. It wad loud, for kids sharing pizza - no tablecloths, tiny round caferteria style tables, shockingly poor. A terrible disappointment. No place for grown ups looking for a pleasant dining experience. Breakfast scrambled eggs didn't include toast - toast was extra. Left a bad impression.
