It was a special treat for our Golden anniversary and we thoroughly enjoyed it.
The breakfast was very good but being charged £7 for water was excessive.

Excellent food decor and staff
The food was excellent and the decor was beautiful some of the staff was excellent
The person cleaning the room was a little over zealous she folded my underwear from shelves and put my dress shoes on top rather odd but the manager left us a bottle of wine

Exceptional service, incredible team. We weee disappointed part of it was closed as this was a once in a lifetime trip, but the team, the food, the American Bar and the room were fantastic

Great experience in this iconic beautiful hotel, with gorgeous rooms while some minor improvements could make it perfect
Excellent staff, great service.
We had a room facing inside, where we were bothered at night by some noise from the aircon units there.
Also the hot water pressure in the shower was so low that with a comfortable temperature set, the handheld shower head didn’t even spray when held “downside up”.

Incredible iconic hotel worth every penny
Beautiful hotel! The entrance is stunning and iconic. The service absolutely impeccable. They did everything they could to accommodate requests to make our stay and celebrations as special as possible. The pool and beauty facility is lovely as you'd expect (slightly surprised how small it is, but it was never crowded and the staff were great again). The location is obviously amazing - a stones throw away from the action of Covent Garden. You get your money's worth staying here which is saying something!
Not a negative so to speak, but we would have loved to have stayed on the river side for the views.

Brilliant as per usual! Thank you.
Everything was phenomenal as per usual: the duty manager at the reception—Abdullah Ismail was ever so kind,polite, caring and charming. He offered me an upgrate immediately.
The restaurant evening with my guest was also fantastic. The room cleaning service was perfect: my needs were met instantly and still water and esspeso capsules of plenty were delivered within five minutes of my arrival.
The gentleman at the frint foor are always so cheery, helpful, professional.
Thank you for another great stay at this iconic hotel.

Wonderful hotel & experience.
As it was a double birthday celebration, they upgraded us to a suite for free!! Soo thoughtful. Gorgeous room. Comfy beds. Very friendly staff. Wonderful decor. Reading room with free tea & coffee for guests.
Had dinner in the Grill. Lighting was too low. Waiter forgot to mention specials. Salad we ordered was forgotten. Starters were very good, chateaubriand was chewy.

Our room, cocktails, dinner (the Beef Wellington experience) and breakfast were all excellent. A small but important change - after our visit last year, we commented how tasteless and disappointing the bread served at breakfast was (whilst praising everything else). This year sourdough had been added to the options. Thank you!
It was all excellent. We look forward to our next visit.

From the moment we arrived it was 1st class treatment,Ben from London was magnificent Friendly,a true Gentleman,A credit to the savoy I have never found a hotel where everyone was 1st class
I ate in the river restaurant two nights while the food was superb, I was surprised at how limited the menu was ,
