The overall aesthetic of the property. I stayed in the Ruby Tower and it was such a lovely chamber suite and styled so cute!

I thought everything was great! Wish I had had a longer stay!

Very big and vast, had a need to explore property

The pool felt very private, didn’t feel welcoming due to all reserve sections and little to no public areas.

Full secured because security was everywhere in the building. Pet friendly. A lot of restaurants and fast food inside the property. Also, fun activity and outside the property a lot of food as well you can check it out through walking distance.

Front desk wasn’t smile and slow to check-in. I wish there is kiosk and easy to check-in and out. Also, front desk didn’t tell me where to park easily go to my room from hotel registration to Opal Tower. I was glad the lady security was in charge by high limit room helped me where should I go to opal tower that I parked in Harmon Parking Garage. Bedsheet wasn’t clean, hair dryer was broken and one of the wall plug didn’t work.

Location is good. We personally didn't want to be on the strip.

The Valet parking was a turnoff for me. One of the reasons we didn't want to be on the strip. It is just a pet peeve of mine that I should be able to park my car and get it without having to give a guy a ticket (expecting a tip). It is probably to be expected, but because we weren't on the stip, I thought we might avoid it. Everything in the room is very modern if you like that type of thing. The refrigerator you couldn't use because it is full of the hotel's drinks, and it was very pointed not to move anything around because you would be charged--it is a sensored refrigerator. They charged a 50 dollar resort fee for all the extra great things they provide---I didn't know that until a couple of days prior, they sent an email letting me know. These are probably all things expected in Las Vegas.

Location/ connectivity to the strip. You pretty much have to take a cab for going anywhere.

It was even better than I expected. Super clean, amazing pools and service. I felt safe my entire trip. Just the right amount of Vegas with resort vacay vibes. Would 100% stay here again!

Bed was bad with a dip in the spot where people sleep and room layout wasn’t great.

The parking garage is a bit older, and the lines are not updated.

What a welcome break from the manic Strip! I love that check in is right by the front door and is next to windows. The staff is so friendly and the vibe is relaxed. Smoking is allowed on the casino floor but you can't smell it so the arrival just feels fresh and clean. My room had a lovely little juliette balcony and is well-appointed with the comfiest bed. I enjoyed everything about staying here

Check in lines very slow, disorganized with special key pick up line that’s used by initial check ins. TV in rooms do not pair easy with devices. Need a better sync process for Netflix and Prime with QR Code.

Quick to uber to the airport, nice outdoor area and multiple pools, Nobu entry from lobby, not smoky or stinky

Closet/Bathroom vanity desk layout felt awkward (auto-lighting of closet, vanity shutter/chair crowds the walkway)

Beautiful inside. Updated rooms. Comfortable beds. Located off the strip but a close uber/Lyft to everything to do on the Strip. Enjoyed the restaurants on site and the coffee shops on site.

Not having glassware and enough towels for each registered guest on arrival was inconvenient. Our check in time was 7:30pm and for some reason concierge wouldn’t bring us glassware when I called down. We had to walk down to the pizza restaurant on site (not close by) just to get a vessel to drink out of. After a long day of travel. I found that to be bit ridiculous when the rooms are quite pricey compared to a regular hotel. I expect the small touches to be part of the stay. If a guest asks for something reasonable. You bring it.

The room was nice and clean. The hotel was clean and easy to find the theatre venue. I didn't get to use the pool, but the pool area looked nice. I like that there is free parking.

The girl at the front dest when I checked in didn't seem to know her job too well, and didn't listen when I spoke and talked over me. I'm hard of hearing so that is very frustrating. When I walked up and gave my name, I gave my last name first then my first name. She said she couldn't find me under that name. Apparently she looked it up by my first name because when I haneded her my phone with the booking info she looked again and said "ohh, it's because they put your last name first". I gave her my information in that order, so apparently she wasn't listening. The Pizza Forte was just as frustrating. I first tried to order online and it wouldn't go through. We went downstairs to order and pick up food and it was completely confusing. There is no direction on where you oder or what to do. I finally got that figured out and one of the "Chefs" asked me to verify one of the items, it's really busy and loud in there so I didn't hear her (like I said hard of hearing) sso I said "I'm sorr, I didn't hear you?" and she looked at me with a very impatient look and then repeated herself. This is the worst experience I have had at that hotel. We also had problems with the TV (or cable) in the room. The picture kept breaking up.

Great views from the top floor (we asked to be moved as they initially gave us a low floor)

No tea or coffee facilities in room.
The pool bar / restaurant is very expensive and the service wasn’t great.

Clean spacious rooms, friendly staff.
The deposit (300$) was paid back immediately after check out. Good selection of games, slot machines. Also a plus to have its own free parking

I was not expecting to see so many dogs in a hotel, even though it was in hotel description it was a suprise to me.
Newd to be careful about the sensor-activated fridge and snacks. It would be nice to be able to use the fridge for our food

The rooms are very large. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Close to the strip and the airport. I will stay here again. Free parking.

They should give you a map of the hotel when you check in. It is a large property. The food prices are high. We ate all our meals out of the hotel.
