I don’t like the internet super slow

Staff were friendly even when it was very chaotic.

The opal wing was a very long walk for our group.

Toilet was falling off wall, moved when you sat down, pillows were like bricks.

The experience we had was really great! I loved the atmosphere and decor. We also enjoyed the dining options provided within the hotel.

Our view wasn’t that great, our room overlooked a part of the hotel roof and there was a red light that was always on that filled our room. I didn’t realize how close the hotel was to airport, normally I wouldn’t mind that but planes were constantly flying over, making it hard to sleep. I would advise the hotel to perhaps but sound machines in the hotels in case guests want to use it! We have traveled to several hotels where we’ve seen sound machines in the room and it’s always super nice! Also was charged $10.50 for a bottle of water from the mini fridge that we never took being we didn’t want to spend an arm and leg on a water. Good thing we looked at our receipt, and were able to catch that before we completely checked out. Took pictures of the mini fridge when we arrived just to be safe, so good thing we did.

Amazing room it was huge and loved the makeup area and large wardrobe, comfy bed and all amenities on site.

We asked for a shower only but had a bath and no curtain to contain the water. The noise from planes is annoying but nothing you can do :-)

I loved the gymn. The hotel atmosphere was great.

The housekeepers were friendly but annoying. I was asked several times if I wanted room service. I was told to press the privacy button when I called the room service button on phone. Due to language barrier, signage written in Spanish door hangers requesting no room service might be helpful. I had two times my doorbell was rung aggressively. Quite intrusive behavior. It would be great if there was a no smoking zone in the casino. The non smokers aren't given the rights of a non smoking environment. It's as though our health isn't as important , but making money is more important than our well-being. I could also smell cigarette smoke in my room. I am very sensitive to cigarette smoke and chose your hotel because your description as no smoking hotel.

I was charged for a water I didn’t drink. I took the water off its pad. They told me they would check and they never did and charged me $11.

Horrible experience at end. Waited 45 minutes for bellman - to take luggage. They never showed up.the guy told me they all called in sick

Whole hotel was new & clean. The room was very comfortable with plenty of AC/USB outlets. The bathroom was nice and the shower had a grab bar and I was given a shower stool to sit on

The amenities were great. The room was lovely. The restaurants downstairs were delicious and appropriately priced. The cleaning staff was amazing. My toilet had issues but they helped to resolve them.

My room had a horrible view of a wall. The sensory mini bar was traumatic. If you breathed on it you potentially were charged. Initially my toilet was running and not flushing.

Check in the staff member said I can't help you because my name didn't register. Even though I had a clarification email from Virgin. He said because you booked with 'Booking' give them a call and sort it out we can't help you. I said by chance is my name backwards! Well yes it was...guy had a real problem when I suggested he may remember to check this in the future. I took it up with his Manager while walked away frustrated. Manager was great..staff 'member' was well below standard.

Modern and nicely designed rooms, creating a relax atmosphere. Because of a late arrival i didn't get a room with view on the Strip as i had booked but this was corrected the following day as soon as a suitable room became available; on the 17th floor with a great view. Great offer of nice restaurants. Fantastic pool area.

Customer service is poor. The front desk personnel are not friendly, and felt like you are bothering them when you approach to ask questions or clarifications.

Room size was nice. Staff in onsite stores were very friendly and helpful.

No bathrobe or coffee service in room. Says it’s a non smoking property online, but lots of smoke in the main floor casino, which you must walk through to get anywhere. Resort fee is very high for what you get. Didn’t appreciate finding that spa prices are higher on weekends and they add an automatic 20% service fee — neither of which is mentioned on the booking page. Kind of makes the “20% discount” on spa services “included” in the resort fee a joke.

Our room overlooked the beautiful pool area. I love the vanity with lighted mirror in our room. Loved everything about our room! Loved the spa and massage! Food was great and all the staff were so friendly! Can't wait for our girls trip back to this hotel in the Spring!

Design great. Facilities great.

Quite expensive for location/service.
