Like an oasis in Las Vegas. Everything you need is there and it's a nice base to see the strip and other sites.

Room was clean

Clean spacious rooms, friendly staff. The deposit (300$) was paid back immediately after check out. Good selection of games, slot machines. Also a plus to have its own free parking

I was not expecting to see so many dogs in a hotel, even though it was in hotel description it was a suprise to me. Newd to be careful about the sensor-activated fridge and snacks. It would be nice to be able to use the fridge for our food

The rooms are very large. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Close to the strip and the airport. I will stay here again. Free parking.

They should give you a map of the hotel when you check in. It is a large property. The food prices are high. We ate all our meals out of the hotel.

Large spacious hotel with lots of restaurants, large clean room. We were looking for a hotel not on the strip that would be a little quiet and pleasant and this met our requirements, we got around with taxis/Uber which was quite easy and simple.

I loved the calm environment being it’s a hotel a mile off the main strip and also the cleanliness and the pool area was incredible! The sand in the pool gives off a real paradise in the middle of a big city.

The rules for the pool area are very strict.

First time in Vegas - definitely great location close to the main LV Blvd. Enjoyed the FREE parking ramp close by - choose this option. Rooms were unique and comfortable.

Honestly - not much. You could tell it's a very busy place, staff seemed a bit overworked as well. But, overall - nice amenities and location.

I loved the room, it was gorgeous on the inside the pillows and sheets were huge, cold and very comfortable. The shower set was amazing. The view was just the cherry on top. Housekeeping was very nice, they did an amazing job. The property over all looked amazing.

Well the AC/ Heated in my room was annoying it kept making a loud clicking sound.

The pool was nice, but only one was accessible to guests.

Have both pools accessible for guests. Spa makes it accessible for guests too, without paying extra.

The suite was phenomenal, the decor and cleanliness was top notch. We needed facilities assistance w/the wifi and they were very knowledgeable and helpful. Very efficient!

Room amenities in the Ruby tower are amazing. You get a living room area, two TVs (back to back) and a spacious bed. The two person tub is a big plus and the main reason I pretty much try to get the Ruby Tower during my stay. I also liked that the parking structure is very close to the hotel rooms and you’re at the opposite side of the hotel for a quieter experience.

Sometimes the room location doesn’t have a nice view and the ice machine can be a bit far relative to where your room is on the floor.

Room was clean and very spacious. Upgraded room was very nice with modern decor. Bed was very comfortable.

TV did not work. Phone light kept blinking. Slot machines were very tight. Lighting in room was very confusing to control.

The room was very comfortable. The location was away from the Strip but not too far. The staff was very nice. Favorite place to get a bite to eat was Pizza Forte…extremely good food and wonderful staff!

Was not aware of how the “do not disturb” or “make up room” signal worked. Our room was not made up for two days and could not figure out why. Wish we were told about the signal light at check-in.

The property is clean and well decorated. We look forward to using the pools, when they’re open, on future stays.

Good location, nice facilities and big rooms.

I booked and paid for a king room and was given a double queen room that had an adjoining room. The people in the other room were having quite loud conversations at night, and because just having a door in between, I could clearly hear their conversations, as if they were in the room with me.

Like the location and the facilities. It's clean and there is no smoking in the casino area like in other hotels in the city. Room is very spacious.

While I know the room I booked was a certain category, I asked if we could get a higher floor or a different room. The answer was a straight "no" due to a sold out night. While I understand the category I paid was the one I got, the hotel was def not sold out (there are no sold out hotels in Vegas, especially during low season), so there was no effort made in this regard, simply a denied request. They provided a $50 credit, which is OK but it forces you to eat there so you can use it. Finally, they had asked me beforehand what was the occasion of my trip and the answer was an anniversary, they set the expectation they'd do something nice for us (so I didnt plan anything), only to find that the staff simply promised and underdelivered.

The room was very good and I was imemdiately changed when I told the staff there was too much noise outside the room I was assigned to.

Beautiful rooms

Convenient to the airport. My wife was happy about the room.

No refrigerator or coffee maker. Pool was under repair. Some of the furniture in the common areas was a little dirty, also the carpets.
