Treated with the luxury and professional care --standards from years past.
Staff in every dept went out of their way to assist me and my particular needs. Moreover, the front desk assisted with other amenities when available (e.g., treated me like a queen). I felt exceptionally safe, well cared for, and regal! Really enjoyed the fact that most of the hotel areas were quiet. What a nice respite in this city of constant noise.
Need more benches or just a few more chairs in that long hallway.

I would go back to the four seasons tomorrow if I could! loved everything.
Brunch was wonderful...! The staff was very helpful in every way, I needed a refrigerator to store my medication and they provided one in minutes.
Loved that they are super pet friendly, they provide bed, bowls, treats anything you need for your pet and are allowed everywhere..

We felt pampered and will definitely be back.
We loved the service and staff. Everybody went out of their way to make sure we were happy.
While we like the quiet privacy of the property location, the surrounding area was rough. Although that is Las Vegas, compared to other cities.

The service is attentive and there are plenty of activities for children at Christmas.
The accommodation experience is very good, the breakfast is very rich, and the children especially like it. Thank you again for giving our family very good memories during Christmas.
I feel that it is still far away from the best street view. I hope to have a room with a better and closer view next time.

Perfect balance between a relaxing vacation and a fun Vegas weekend
It was quite away from the casino but also very close wall to all the action at Mandalay Bay and a short walk to the allegiant stadium. Also appreciated the water fill station on our floor. Mini bar beer was the same price as a restaurant without having to leave the room. Loved that house keeping took the time to put my glasses on a lens cloth, attention to detail! Loved the pool, service was attentive.
There was a mini bar fridge but no fridge to keep my purchased water bottle cold. Trying to close my tab at the pool took a long time. I finally had to go to the bar to close out. Regardless, this would not prevent me from staying here again.

Warm, exclusive, beautiful hotel that you will be thankful to return to at the end of your day.
The service was very friendly and warm. The rooms and hotel were modern and well maintained. There was free water and little snacks to brighten our day. The gym was really good. Very glad that it had an exclusive pampering feel to be staying at the Four Seasons vs the other hotels.
Late check out could have been offered seeing that we have stayed there for 7 nights and our flight was close to midnight.
