The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. All of the food we ate was amazing. Particularly the Mexican. All of the staff were extremely friendly

The pool loungers are very uncomfortable and for the quality of the hotel I was really surprised by their lack of quality in this area. The hotel is a little out of the ‘main strip’ so you’re a bit excluded but you don’t really need to leave as you have everything in one place, there’s also a really cheap bus that runs up and down the strip all day so it’s fine.

Customer service was top tier, room service was top notch and wonderful staff. The hotel itself was Clean and beautifully decorated. By far the best property I’ve stayed in Las Vegas!

Love the smells of the rooms, the toilettry the bathroom was the most heap I’ve been too in a hotel.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel; it is relatively new, and it shows in the facilities. Each day, you receive a $50 credit that you can use for room service. If you check carefully, you can use it on whatever you like. I would love to return.

Our room was outstanding and all the high expectation boxes were fully checked. Beautiful room, perfect bathroom, and a view to die for. First time visiting Vegas and this place made it all worthwhile. Highly recommended.

Had to leave to return home, could have spent more time with the accommodations. A bit removed from the "strip" but the monorail put us in the heart of it all quickly.

It is a bit far from the main strip and you have to catch ride share or taxi if you want to go to dinner or shopping. But that's only a minor dislike as being away from all the hustle is great.

I didn't like that they took deposit for room on multiple cards and then didn't returned it all back after check out as confirmed that everything was OK with room and nothing was spend on room. Still waiting for response back after 5 days. Responses were fast before check in and somehow very slow after checking out. I gave my card for deposit when checking in to be told it didn't go through when I check it did go through afterwards. I gave my partners card second time for deposit and this was never returned back but charged. Very disappointed that nobody is responding regarding this.

Food prices were very high, and the daily credit made it more reasonable.

Access to quick pantry items and toiletries was limited.

Small things really the touch panel to control everything some of the button in my room didn’t work the shower head didn’t move, you have to lean across the toilet to flush it and finally the vanity faucet water pressure is too low for the oversized sink making it difficult to keep the sink clean

Vary beautiful and lots of fun. There is plenty to do for everyone.

We had a wonderful lunch at La Cote and our server Joey AMAZING! He was helpful with the menu and drink selections. But most of all he was so friendly bubbly, and had a wonderful disposition, you could tell he loved his job and he is truly an asset to your establishment We also experience some incidences of the manager. Mercy was amazing and went above and beyond to help us out and reward us with a nice room credit for breakfast.

That they misplaced my luggage for about an hour, but did not give me comfort at all

Too much room spray - and overpowering "signature" scent in the hallways. My clothes and hair smelled of it when I got home. It was gross. My king bed was uncomfortable because it was caved in from overuse (?) on both sides of the bed.

This resort has a sophisticated & luxurious yet relaxed & comfortable atmosphere with an especially soothing color palette. The fragrant lobby is alluring, upbeat & pleasant. I would return!

First impression wasn’t the best because I called to ask about an artist that would be performing there and the girl on the phone was pretty short and rude with me. But once I got to the hotel all that went out the window.

Reception staff not very helpful and acting like they doing you a favour if you asking questions - which doesn’t suite the standard the hotel has - hire or train staff better as it gives bad impression

Clean rooms and property, great choice of restaurants, not overcrowded, the pool.

The room does not have any tea or coffee and the only option is to buy a tea/coffee in the cafe downstairs for 9 USD. Having even 2 bags of tea and coffee per day would make a huge difference.
