Clean room, beautiful view of mountains, nice bathroom,food court had great food

Too much room spray - and overpowering "signature" scent in the hallways. My clothes and hair smelled of it when I got home. It was gross. My king bed was uncomfortable because it was caved in from overuse (?) on both sides of the bed.

It was overall amazing. The room was perfect!

The valet service was terrible. The system itself needs to be evaluated and corrected.

This resort has a sophisticated & luxurious yet relaxed & comfortable atmosphere with an especially soothing color palette. The fragrant lobby is alluring, upbeat & pleasant. I would return!

First impression wasn’t the best because I called to ask about an artist that would be performing there and the girl on the phone was pretty short and rude with me. But once I got to the hotel all that went out the window.

Reception staff not very helpful and acting like they doing you a favour if you asking questions - which doesn’t suite the standard the hotel has - hire or train staff better as it gives bad impression

The room does not have any tea or coffee and the only option is to buy a tea/coffee in the cafe downstairs for 9 USD. Having even 2 bags of tea and coffee per day would make a huge difference.

The property itself was absolutely amazing. Staff were very helpful and nice. Worth every penny. Fantastic location. We highly recommend and if we ever came back, this hotel would be our only option!

In my view the fact there was no kettle/mini coffee machine was a bit disappointing. I personally don’t drink alcohol but morning coffee is a must for me so I missed the ability to make it first thing. Also the food itself was not great (excluding Vida restaurant and an amazing room service where food was delicious). The fact we couldn’t get warm milk for the child to be able to prepare child’s own porridge was a bit surprising to me and we found restaurant staff not fully understanding of this situation and looking at us as if we landed from the Moon. Chicken tenders at the “award winning burgers” restaurant were raw and went to waste…

The hotel and casino were incredibly beautiful and clean. There were so many options of restaurants and shops. All of the staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable, and luxurious with a wonderful view. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice property. We stayed there in March 2026. I hoped that the rooms would be bigger. The bathroom was nice but there was no jakuzzi. The water pressure in the shower was above expectations (bot the water pressure in the sink left much to be desired. There were some hairs around the room (which is not quite acceptable for a Michelin property of 5 stars). We were offered $50 daily resort credit but we could not spend it at any restaurants and cafés - only SPA and some souvenirs were allowed. Elevators were fast. The food was good but somewhat overpriced.

There was wait staff at the pool that were not interested in waiting on female customers. The wait staff was noticeably concerned with their male customers. Definitely discouraged by the service at the pool

The Fontainebleau Las Vegas was fabulous. The hotel was beautiful, my room was very comfortable and stylish. The staff treated me like royalty! I highly recommend The Fontainebleau Las Vegas.

There was not A thing I did not like about the property.

Expensive with no complimentary breakfast for the price of the hotel. You have to pay for everything. There was no stove barely a refrigerator to store food just drinks.

Check is was great, very easy and the attendant was very helpful. Everything was wonderful, just had a stain on the sofa in my room and some hair on the bathroom floor.

The paint in the shower peeling. The little pillow was dirty - there was an ink stain on a sheet. Made me wonder if they’d been cleaned lately.

I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the interior space of the rooms were and how well appointed.. I truly appreciate the attention to detail.

I thought the pricing of drinks and foods were a bit on the high side. We paid almost $8.00 per day per coffee and I feel this is just excessive. Cocktails were a minimum of $25.00 and my salad at the bar $42.00. It just about 20 percent too much.

We liked everything! Room was a good size, bathroom was large, everything was very clean, great food and variety of bars and lounges and staff was friendly.

It’s a little further up the strip than I thought if you want to be in the heart of things - but we enjoyed the hotel so much it did not matter.

Spacious, clean, well-appointed rooms. So many good food options within the hotel. Fantastic service from everyone we encountered.

Location is a bit of a walk BUT that’s what we wanted, just an FYI for others. Food in hotel is ridiculously expensive, RID.IC.ULOUS.

We love the newest hotel in LV with the sphere view.

I wish I could have a kitchen and washing machines since my family spent more than a week living in the city.
