Shades to the windows where old and holy it let light in. We got placed 19th floor way at the end of the hall way walked about 5 minutes from elevators

The check in process was confusing and staff was not the most helpful. Forced to do self check in and we kept getting an error, we noticed everyone one was so you still had to wait for a staff member to help. self check was not self check!

The Hotel was located right smack in the beginning of all the strip. My Uber was able to drop me off at the entrance of the Casino. It was a little confusing because the entrance is through the Casino to get to the Lobby front desk of the Hotel. I also noticed that people are allowed to smoke in the Casino, but not in the Hotel. Besides the front desk clerks there was staff waiting by the Key machine to check you in and they made my check very easy and quick. Once I got my key card I headed to my room and it was a maze to get there but a nice scenic route. My room was clean and smelled good. Very big bathroom and comfortable beds. Great big Flatscreen TV, large room with a sit down area and a scenic view of their Roller Coaster. The a/c worked so well I had to raise the temperature because I was cold. You have a telephone in the room in case you need to get a hold of the front desk. Staff is usually in hall way which i needed to figure how to find my room, it’s big enough to get a bit turned around. I was glad to be able to get back to my safe, comfy and quiet room after having a day or night out in the heat of the day, tourist crowds, noisy traffic, Loud music and bright lights!

Well it was a bit of a maze to find the Front desk and get to my room but luckily it wasn’t a long distance. Also I was a bit disappointed that the Hotel Pool closes at 6 pm, I actually didn’t use it during my stay. I am more of a night owl myself. They actually gave you the option to use another Hotel’s pool (MGM) with your hotel key but it was a bit of a walk to get to it, I think that pool closed at 10 pm. I just felt too shy to go to another hotel to use their facilities. Take note that people can smoke at the Casinos which you have to enter to get to the Hotel.

Well, I wish I knew it was adjoining room because put it this way you can hear everything next-door and I wish I knew the room was facing a roller coaster because yeah it is up all night long till midnight. Yes and you will hear everything.

Great location ! Easy to access to and from the airport. Early check in through self kiosk was amazing . Room was a good size with lots of room to move around. Great food options and good sized gaming floor. Very easy access to MGM Grand and surrounding hotels within walking distance and Monorail.

No in room fridge and safe was unable to be reset to lock up valuables. Vending machine on my floor was switched off so unable to get any refreshing drinks during the night without going downstairs and paying more.

I’m surprised that’s it’s well kept, clean and comfortable! Parking was easy. Near everything ! Staff are helpful.

Registering and checking out was difficult. Their email to check out didn’t work. So went tor the tv- got through all the screens to then be told it wasn’t working.had to then go all the way down to the reception.
No suggestions about breakfast.

Location was great. Very unique and cool look. Really enjoyed our stay.

Its a little dated. Room had no fridge, no microwave, no coffee maker, etc.

Great location. A good size and easy to get around without getting lost like in some of the other casinos.

Pool area was not very impressive and was mostly closed.

The staff member that checked us in wasn’t very approachable. I understand it was around 11 PM and it was a late one but I felt rushed.

The room was clean and had all that was necessary. We liked the security of the elevator.

We got lost several times and it took almost 45 minutes to find our way out to the street! Hilarious!

The hotel is among the most beautiful ones, and having visited the others, I don’t regret choosing it.

There were no explanations on how to use the lifts to reach the room, and we weren’t the only guests who had trouble understanding how they worked.
Very little staff were available to help.
I found the room a bit expensive for the level of equipment provided.
I was disappointed with the view: I had requested a nice one, but our room overlooked the roller coaster and the airport.
As in many hotels of this kind, everything was extremely overpriced.

Rooms are clean, it’s a fun theme, easy location, gym was well equipped and clean, pool was clean.

Nothing really, small things were outdated and drab, but for the price and everything else it was worth it

The rooms were clean. The location was fantastic in the Las Vegas strip. Went to a concert in the Allegiant Stadium using the monorail across the street was very convenient and strategically located. Everything is a good walking distance and 10 to 15 minutes from the airport.

The casino area the cigarette smell, the smoke was a bit too much for a closed area if you are a non smoker. To go to the rooms you have to go through the casino so that I would was the only thing that I didn’t like.

First hotel that I got in and out without talking to anyone and it worked perfectly. The room is huge, just got a disappointing view.

Overall is a great hotel. View from the room was an indoor building, which is always a frustration in Vegas. It is really tough to have to go through all the casino with your luggage to get to your room. They should improve their direction signs.

Property was nice and in a great location! If you want to be right in the middle of the strip life, this is the hotel for you.

Parking was a bit of a hassle with getting into hotel and then packing luggage through casino and then finding the right elevators for your hotel tower.

America Cafe was good. Broken toilet handle was fixed promptly. Food court area was decorated nicely. Room was a nice size

TV didn't work, had to call twice to get it fixed. Too far from the activities that we had planned. Prices are high. Center casino restrooms look awful, were clean though.

The room was clean and comfortable. We used the free bell hop service to have our bags brought up to our room; the bell hop was really friendly! The location is excellent as it's right on the strip. I used the self check in kiosk, and it was very easy and quick.

There was no fridge in the room.

I wish the rooms had a coffee pot and a couple bottle of water.

Fab family resort - foodhall, pool, rollercoaster. Great location for exploring Strip. Felt safe and easy going. The food seemed expensive but we were expecting it to be anyway.
