Everything - this is a nobu in name only. They didn’t even give you a bottle of water at bedside and there was no turn down service. Staff were incredibly rude and for the money I would stay at any other vegas hotel than here

Horrible experience with the smartly, snidely, rude staff. Zero for customer service.
Bathroom was the best part of the room, but that's not saying much.
Front desk staff was absolutely the worst. At arrival, it took more than an hour to get our luggage, but that was not the real issue. The front desk seemed geared to over charge and then expect you to really dig into details and make sure they had charged things correctly: a) at check out charged for drinks from the mini bar that we absolutely did not have b) they include 2 devices for wifi. At check out they had charged us for 2, but we only used what was allotted. When we confronted the front desk staff and specifically Daniel (assuming that is his real name, since they did not have name tags), he snidely noted to his other colleague that we used 4 devices, but he would take the charge off anyway. When I reviewed with my troop in both rooms, they indicated that we had used 2 devices, out of the 4 allowed (2 per room). I thanked the clerk for taking the charges off, but noted that we had not used the allowed number of devices. Daniel's insistence that we were in the wrong (even though he took the charges off) was absolutely unacceptable, since he basically called my guests liars. This shows poor systems at Nobu (not able to discern correct vs. erroneous charges) and poor training of their front desk staff.

If you are rich and want to dump your money into a trash bin, this hotel is best.
Location.
Pricy. WiFi is not free. Quality is not worth the price.

NOT at all worth the hype, neither exclusive nor accomodating as several other properties
Most of the staff at the Front Desk and Desiree, the Manager, who adressed our negative reception at the hotel.
1 Our reception- staff named Daniel- was condescending and disrespectful on our arrival, (and when we checked back for our room, sneering "your category is not ready". It started from the point we rejected the upgrade he offered. 2. The nickel and dime approach to everything! (Coffee maker in room but the coffee was $20.00 - OUCH!) 3. The elevators were a common topic with everyone riding them. The system is terrible - you are trying too hard to impress (we got stuck going between 2 floors several times) Bring back the reliable "push-button"!

Unfortunately not what I have come to expect from Nobu and disappointed with my choice of hotel
The location is good being based within the main hotel
Unfortunately really disappointed, the facility's within the room were excessively priced and the fact that you would expect the coffee and water within the rooms to be complimentary at a 5* hotel, however $22+ per coffee kit and water at $10. We were warned that if you took things from the mini bar then you would be charged as they were on sensors, which was fine, however we were not advised about the options are that are on the work top, some of this was moved during the holiday whilst we tied our room and this was all added to our bill.

High expectations meets less than adequate stay
The location inside Caesars Palace is great and you don’t have to wait in the lines to check in.
The elevator was just not functional we will get stuck on our floor, not able to go down, and when we would come to the ground floor, elevator to go up to our room it was non-operational almost every single time. I feel that the employees really didn’t go out of their way to say hello or make eye contact outside of the check in experience which was positive. The rooms were subpar small very dark. Yes it’s right next to the Nobu restaurant within Caesar’s Palace but you feel that should be receiving an elevated experience by staying at Nobu hotel. Really not the case and I felt that for what we paid it fell very short.

Location was great and the room was nice
The staff had no customer service, I don’t know if the man at the front desk was In a bad mood but he was not accommodating at all and even answered questions with an attitude. I won’t return there are too many other options to go back.

Not worth the money!
The staff was really nice and helped us with everything.
I couldn't believe they charged the wifi on your computer. And for a bottle of water!! Even Holiday Inn give you complimentary water. The bath didn't work, and the shower was super cheap. The AC never worked well, the room was freezing the whole time. Overall, I expected a lot more from a Nobu hotel, it was just like any other average hotel.

the hotel location, the privacy. The front office effectiveness. The independent entrance to avoid the long lines, and the crowed.

Fabulous
There was no shower near the pool. It was uncomfortable when you are checked out and want to spend the rest of the day at the pool.

There is no concierge on staff.
The shower.
It costs $75 to use the fridge, per day. Now imagine that across all hotel services.

Disappointingly predatory while providing the bare minimum of services.
Good sized room and nice bathroom despite no bath. It was also nice to avoid the crowds of the regular Caesar's Palace check-in/check-out expierence.
I lived here for an entire month... for a hotel presenting itself as an exclusive luxury experience, it feels very slimy that it still has those predatory automatic minibars that bill you for even looking at the snacks. Maybe people going to Vegas expect to be gouged but when you book a place like this you expect better. They still charge for internet, bad internet at that, in 2022, and you have to re-register every 24 hours. You have to go to another floor for ice (the look on my wife's face when she called room service for ice and they told her to get it herself on a completely different floor of the hotel was... cold). On that note, room service is only available via delivery charge (expensive uber eats basically) from a few of the vendors in Caesar's Palace. And perhaps worst of all, there is no actual concierge to talk to. Hundreds of dollars a night, and you have to talk to a robot, annoying named Ivey, for every little thing. There is typically only 1 person on staff at the front desk and they are more often than not busy checking folks in and out to help with anything a normal concierge would deal with.

very disappointing. it’s basically staying in a nicer room at ceasars. it’s not a separate hotel and service abs facilit
rooms were nice
receptions and facilities were poor. basically just rooms in ceasars. not really it’s own hotel. there’s one check in desk by the elevator bank - inadequate. service was poor. they didn’t even clean our room, change towels or make the bed! when we complained they didn’t seem fussed. when we asked for a porter or a trolley they said that takes 20 mins as they only have one.
