Nobu Hotel at Caesars Palace, Las Vegas

3570 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109, USA (show on map)

The Nobu Hotel at Caesars Palace, which opened in 2013, holds the distinction of being the world’s first celebrity chef-branded hotel. A collaboration between Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, actor Robert De Niro, and Meir Teper, this boutique “hotel-within-a-hotel” offers an intimate, zen-inspired sanctuary amidst the high-energy atmosphere of the Las Vegas Strip.

The hotel’s interiors were masterfully crafted by the Rockwell Group, drawing inspiration from *kintsugi*, the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold. This design philosophy emphasizes the beauty of imperfection and creates a refined, residential feel. Every detail, from the custom bamboo columns reminiscent of ikebana baskets to the meticulously curated artwork, reflects a blend of traditional Japanese aesthetics and modern luxury.

Guests enjoy exclusive perks, such as private registration, personalized concierge services, and priority reservations at the hotel’s massive signature restaurant—one of the largest Nobu locations in the world. The accommodations range from sleek rooms to opulent suites, including the expansive 10,300-square-foot Nobu Villa, which features a private rooftop garden and whirlpool.

Being situated in the heart of Caesars Palace, you are just steps away from world-class attractions. Iconic landmarks like the Bellagio Fountains and the Flamingo Wildlife Habitat are within easy walking distance. Additionally, the adjacent Forum Shops offer a high-end retail experience, while the legendary Colosseum theater ensures that some of the city’s best live entertainment is right at your doorstep.

Expert reviews

Fodors review:

“The hotel from celebrity chef Nobu Matsuhisa and partner Robert DeNiro is a sleek foodie haven tucked inside the Caesars Palace complex. The 181-room tower designed by David Rockwell features feng shui spaces and minimalist, natural-hue rooms.”

Featured as Fodor’s Choice in Las Vegas.

CNN review:

“Celebrity chef-turned-entrepreneur Nobu Matsuhisa and interior designer David Rockwell spared no expense in renovating the former Centurion Tower inside Caesars Palace to create their first hotel, and it shows.”

Telegraph review:

“Branded by chef Nobu Matsuhisa, this hotel combines all the advantages of staying at Caesars Palace casino resort with a more intimate and exclusive experience. The location couldn’t be more central either.”

Not professional, didn’t get what we paid for, cleanliness standards should be better

We paid more to stay at NOBU and they moved us to the ceasars part of the hotel, the room was not cleaned properly and there was old food still left in the fridge. There was construction on everyday at 11am so we didn’t get much sleep

Risky to try to book Nobu through Booking.com.

Location is central for Las Vegas.

Don't book room through Booking.com for Nobu! Nobu refused to honor the reservation, because it was through a third-party provider, and instead they moved us to an average room at the adjacent Caeser's hotel without giving any discount.

Everything - this is a nobu in name only. They didn’t even give you a bottle of water at bedside and there was no turn down service. Staff were incredibly rude and for the money I would stay at any other vegas hotel than here

Horrible experience with the smartly, snidely, rude staff. Zero for customer service.

Bathroom was the best part of the room, but that's not saying much.

Front desk staff was absolutely the worst. At arrival, it took more than an hour to get our luggage, but that was not the real issue. The front desk seemed geared to over charge and then expect you to really dig into details and make sure they had charged things correctly: a) at check out charged for drinks from the mini bar that we absolutely did not have b) they include 2 devices for wifi. At check out they had charged us for 2, but we only used what was allotted. When we confronted the front desk staff and specifically Daniel (assuming that is his real name, since they did not have name tags), he snidely noted to his other colleague that we used 4 devices, but he would take the charge off anyway. When I reviewed with my troop in both rooms, they indicated that we had used 2 devices, out of the 4 allowed (2 per room). I thanked the clerk for taking the charges off, but noted that we had not used the allowed number of devices. Daniel's insistence that we were in the wrong (even though he took the charges off) was absolutely unacceptable, since he basically called my guests liars. This shows poor systems at Nobu (not able to discern correct vs. erroneous charges) and poor training of their front desk staff.

One of the best stays we’ve ever had.

Exceeded our expectations, we were upgraded to the Sake suite and as we were there celebrating a birthday- it was the perfect way to start our trip. We were impressed with everything about the suite. Anthony- who was at the front desk- was exceptional.

We loved everything

Nice room but overall experience disappointing

The hotel is in a fantastic position right in the middle of Caesars Palace with easy access to the Strip and the forum. It is a little haven from the madness of Vegas. The rooms were lovely. Spacious, comfortable and very clean.

We found the whole place was very much about how things worked for their convenience rather than that of the customer. For example if you want to order your car from valet parking to be picked up at a certain time you can’t. Because you need to use a little ticket to retrieve your car which only works when you want the car and so on check out day we couldn’t ask for the car to be there on a certain time we had to instead build in extra time to allow for the car to come up. They were also the only hotel we stayed in in our time in USA that didn’t provide a fridge to put milk etc in. There is a fridge but it is full of their drinks. If you move them you get charged as if you’ve had the drink and they charge 75 dollars if you use the fridge for your own use. Outrageous. There is a coffee machine in the room but no coffee or tea etc provided. Wifi You are allowed only two devices per room on the wifi each day. Anymore than that you have to pay a daily charge. Not great when there are two of you staying in the room with an iPad and phone each. Also the wifi was awful. It kept logging you off if you didn’t use it for two minutes and sometimes when you were in the middle of using it. Pool. We thought the pool was very very crowded and a long way from Nobu. The hotel uses the main Caesar Palace pool and doesn’t have its own. So you have to walk though the casino and shops to get there. Then when you do get there not all the pools are open so forcing everyone to congregate round the same two pools. It was heaving. Also there was no shade unless you paid for a cabana which at 450 dollars per day plus tax was very expensive.

If you are rich and want to dump your money into a trash bin, this hotel is best.

Location.

Pricy. WiFi is not free. Quality is not worth the price.
