Beautiful location - room was stunning!

Definitely casino focused.

The location and view are magnificent! Pleasant greenhouse (but it's oversaturated with people) best time to visit night!

Soundproofing is not great. From a hotel of this class, you'd expect a warmer welcome in the room..., but instead, you get water for 24$.

I didn’t like that the room did not have a microwave. The staff at the front desk was not helpful. She didn’t seem to really enjoy her job or have the knack for providing great customer service.

The location of the hotel is ideal to see local shopping areas and attractions. The hotel facilities are superb

As a family I didn't like the fact that smoking was allowed and being exposed to passive smoking fumes wasn't nice. Especially within the Casino areas which we needed to pass through to gain access to the front desk and entrance to the hotel. This for me needs to be looked at if the Bellagio wants more family's to visit.

The Bellagio was overall a very good experience. I’ve been in Vegas already six times and can only recommend this hotel. It also has a nice gym… and the pool area is one of the nicest in Vegas with a couple of pools and the very good service at the Como restaurant… we will come back!

Room was generally nice.

The place is over run with people. Lines for food. Kinda getting a bit worn looking in places.

Make it more clear the room was in spa tower not the main tower when booking the room

Spectacular, especially if you get a high room at the front overlooking the fountains

Drinks, snacks and takeaway breakfast is sooo expensive

It is one of the best hotel in Vegas. It is in the middle of the strip. Lots of shops inside the hotel. The bathroom light always goes off !! They need to have a deep clean for both sinks 😕

We loved the location & the size of the room. The bathroom was excellent in our room!! Very bright & so helpful while getting ready for our day! The bell hops & transportation staff were above excellent!!

The smoke everywhere!!!! Had I known how smoky it was, I would never have booked there. Also, no market for needed items, snacks, pop, etc!! Every hotel has that, even high end ones like the Bellagio! Very, very inconvenient for your guests!!

Location and professionalism . Concierges were particularly good.

The shower hot water didn’t work. It was luke warm almost all the time. Once it was relatively cool. I asked for it to be fixed but whatever they did didn’t work. C’mon….for that room price you should get hot water.

The staff were fantastic, helped us out with a day pass so we could shower before our flight, as it was way after check out. The casino is not the best, its a bit boring. We loved COMO

The shower is a joke, one of the worst showers Ive ever taken.

Great room, great view, and very comfortable. Hotel could use some updating. The only thing I have to complain about is the shower. Small, old and with barely little tricking of water coming out. We called housekeeping and supposedly fixed it. We saw no difference.

Early access to room and security

1. expected a better view given my disclosure that we were celebrating our 44th Anniversary. Room overlooked the highway and was in the corner. 2. smoky casino (but I am an adamant non-smoker).

The room was beautiful and high quality. The bed was very comfortable. However it was impossible to sleep. The AC was not working in a stable way. We put it at 66F (the coldest possible) and it worked for a moment but then stopped which made the room very hot again very quickly to start again later. I am never sweating in bed but in this room, I was. If you add to that , drunk people shouting in the corridors, very loud banging doors (it is difficult to close that door without making noise.). And very loud cars deciding to make rodeo drives in the parking by the window for more than an hour in the middle of the night…..

Location is perfect to walk around the stripe. We got a room with amazing view.

Staff were very helpful. The location was wonderful.

I wish you had a coffee machine so I could have my tea or coffee. I wish the fridge had more space for personal items. I was also charged when I moved something in the fridge.

Ideal location. Very nice room.

They charge for everything. Wanted $40 a day to have a kettle in the room so we could have a cup of coffee in the morning. I normally expect coffee making facilities to be in the room in a hotel charging this much.

The upgraded room with fountain view. The Cirque du Soliel show 'O'. Pool area was sublime along with the conservatory - so lovely to smell fresh flowers! The valets were very helpful and accommodating.

The amount of people!

room was clean and spacious and hotel is located in the middle of everything we needed. our view was fine

we would've liked to have had the ability to have hot water for tea upon wake up in the room. most of the pools were closed and the one open was quite crowded.

Our room wasn't cleaned for two days in a row. We had to complain and demand that our bed linens were changed and new towels brought to our room.

Very nice location, room are excellent, we prefer the have better view, BTW better to mare a real coffee shop and not a patisserie

Could not afford the buffet…

Food prices were exorbitant. There was copious dust, pills, earplugs and garbage under our bed.

The location is fantastic and the pools are very nice

The property has a little bit of age about it with our shower head needing replacing - It was encrusted with copper residue and despite a lovely bathroom, delivered quite a poor shower. Beds super comfortable. An intoxicated guest kept slamming their door all night and playing music, but that's no fault of the hotel. Would stay again.

It is located in the middle of the avenue, and makes it really convenient to get anywhere.

Only the curtains and check-out way are modern. There is only a small space in the fridge for guests to use, as there is a charge if items are moved. The price of laundry service makes it look like a joke. The dry and wet separation in the bathroom is only half, and there is no exhaust fan. Most of the restaurants in there require reservations.

Good location on the strip, I upgrade my room to Fountain view which was impressive. Online check-in worked well and digital key made life easier as there was a large line at check in.

Smell of smoke in the bedroom - I hadn't realised that it was permitted. Hard to navigate the hotel after digital key / online check - in - I walked to the wrong tower.

Room size was good enough, Interior was good.

The shower head was so old and the water pressure was so bad. The towels were not clean. Housekeeping hardly answer and so late to bring what I asked.

The restaurants are fantastic. It was one of the cleanest casinos. The conservatory is mind blowing. Rooms were spacious and clean. If I go back to Vegas I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else.

Nothing

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are spacious and the beds were comfortable. The food at Snacks was very good. Being able to see O right at our own hotel was great plus the show was absolutely fantastic.

Some of the staff weren't the friendliest. I totally understand that the people working at Snacks were being worked to the bone, so that's probably why they weren't super friendly. I called down to guest services to ask about our bill and the lady working helped me get the information I needed, but she didn't even bother to say "bye" or "have a nice day" or "thank you for calling guest services," etc. The phone just went silent. Finally, our room was beautiful but I did notice some dust bunnies on the tiled section of the flooring plus the room had a faint smoke smell that came and went. With a hotel this fancy, dust bunnies shouldn't be included in the price. I don't know why the room smelled of smoke. Maybe it was a room near ours, people in the hall, or the filtration system in general that caused that.
