Awesome interior and atmosphere, need a little renovation of the rooms

The concierge could not book tickets to an event at the hotel. It took more than one hour after a long day. I would appreciate a refund of the three tickets for The Cirque that I waited so long for, for the inconvenience. They were booked under the last name of Pale.

Bellagio is located in a very accessible location, and the bridge crossing Los Vegas Blvd takes you directly to the hotel. The lobby was adorned with a magical flower show which was truly enchanting🌷🌷🌷🌸🌸🌸💕.

My only complaint is that there are games for gambling everywhere, which takes away from the elegance of the hotel.

Room was big with amazing views Bed was very comfortable and big, room very tidy great big bathroom Location you couldn't get better

Everything Apart from the deposit that they still haven’t returned .

We payed usd 150 as a deposit (extra from the room fee) which we were told would be returned 14 business days after checkout.This was over more than a month and still haven’t received our money back

It was the best stay i’ve been to date ! Love the location right in the middle of the strip, absolutely easy access to great food courts like the ones in the cosmo. The rooms looked better then photos, which is usually never the case.

Would love a a-little more variety for food choices within the bellagio.

We had to wait when we arrived because they did not have a room available. This was despite having booked 2 months in advance and then having taken one nights payment in advance and us arriving at 6pm. They threatened that we might have to wait a while for a room - not good service. Although once we insisted we only wanted Fountain View a room became available

Location was great. Pool was excellent. In room dining was fabulous.

No fridge, a very small shelf in minibar (hold 4 cans or 2 small bottles of water) Towels and bedding were stained. (Clean but stained) which i don’t expect in a 5*. One towel was so threadbare it had 3 holes in it. Pool opening times too short. 9am until 7pm.

Perfect treatment from arrival at the hotel, through the stay, the view and the comfort of the room. Everything was surprising and enjoyable. A truly memorable experience.

The service was really good We had an incredible upgrade . The room was beautiful, modern . Location is central , perfect The hotel is stunning . The fountains at night are beautiful . Breakfast in the small French bakery was really good.

I booked a fountain view room and it was fabulous. Also an ideal location to get everywhere and the taxis were always available.

Room service was a bit slow

Great location. Clean. Comfortable beds. Pool was lovely.

Smoke walking through the casino. Also smelled it while dining at one of the restaurants. But it is a casino hotel so I guess that’s to be expected but was off putting.

The staff were very friendly and helpful

Our room wasn’t serviced for 3 days and we had to request a service. The smoking throughout the venue was uncomfortable for us as we travelled from Australia where smoking isn’t allowed indoors.

beautiful hotel with attractions, at the middle of the strip

no complimentary parking , no coffee making pot, no bedroom slippers. practically you have to additionally purchase everything. for the price of the hotel not worth staying again

It’s a beautiful property and well-maintained. My top choice for Las Vegas.

The shower in our room was luke warm if that. The TV channel for the music for the Fountains in the evening was not working. The mobile checkout was not working.

Room very good. Didn't try the restaurants. The casino is as good as I remember it.

We had to leave a day early and would have expected some support from Booking.com or the hotel. Sadly, neither stepped-in.

Rooms were great size we got an exceptional deal on booking but got there and they needed us to upgrade because the room wasn’t available. We did and it wasn’t an issue but it could be for some people thinking the price you pay on booking is what you actually pay at hotel.

The room we initially had for some reason bad odor Customer service was able to quickly move us to a different room.

Staff for premium guests very helpful because of a small issue, location, “prestige of the place”, the brand lives up to its standards.

We ordered some room service the last day and the man who delivered was extremely friendly but turned completely unfriendly the second we gave him a 10$ (the last cash we had left) tip because it supposedly wasn’t as much as he expected. My girlfriend cut her foot on the carpet floor because there was broken glass everywhere on the window view side of the room. The management, premium front guest office and security handled it incredibly well. The regular front desk wasn’t helpful at all and clearly didn’t give a crap. Not bothered by the glass but more by the way they handled it compared to the “premium front desk” (A lady originally from Salvador who was so understanding and sympathetic!:))

Becoming overpriced as they cut back on room amenities. Also to ask a question regarding your stay or check account amount (as not working on the room tv which it should) you have to queue with new guests checking in which can take an hour, they should have a separate area for this

Amazing hotel, in the middle of the Las Vegas strip, perfectly located. The hotel itself is a landmark of the city with its fountains and fountain show. Hotel amenities include restaurants, bars, casino, high end shops like Prada, Hermes, Channel etc.

Buffet breakfast is overpriced, the food choice is really diverse but not of much quality.

Central locality is perfect place for a home base, also convenient to catch the Duce city bus 🚌 that goes to the Welcome Las Vegas sign from the North to the “Fremont st” old downtown to the south.. the musical fountain ⛲️ and views are terrific

No fridge or kettle so had no choice e but to buy drinks on site. That said, loved the patisserie! (Apart from the queues)

The theme of the spring and the fountain. Friendly and helpful staff. Big and clean bathroom.

We had a room with 2 queen beds. We could hear other guests talking outside so loud and clear, just like they were in our room. It was very noisy.

Easy digital check-in on the app no need to wait at the lobby. Room was very spacious and comfortable. A must when you come to vegas.
