Hotel Bellagio, Las Vegas

Amazing hotel, in the middle of the Las Vegas strip, perfectly located. The hotel itself is a landmark of the city with its fountains and fountain show. Hotel amenities include restaurants, bars, casino, high end shops like Prada, Hermes, Channel etc.

Buffet breakfast is overpriced, the food choice is really diverse but not of much quality.

Central locality is perfect place for a home base, also convenient to catch the Duce city bus 🚌 that goes to the Welcome Las Vegas sign from the North to the “Fremont st” old downtown to the south.. the musical fountain ⛲️ and views are terrific

No fridge or kettle so had no choice e but to buy drinks on site. That said, loved the patisserie! (Apart from the queues)

We had a room with 2 queen beds. We could hear other guests talking outside so loud and clear, just like they were in our room. It was very noisy.

Easy digital check-in on the app no need to wait at the lobby. Room was very spacious and comfortable. A must when you come to vegas.

Exceptional property everything is great the only thing needs to progress is the air quality , the smoke from the casino area is all almost up to 18 th floor , smell is unbrearable , i wasnt able to breathe from front desk to the other edge , they need to work on the AC system

The Bellagio is stunning from far but when in, the hotel is really huge and amazing .

We had such a lovely stay at the Bellagio Las Vegas. The hotel itself is beautiful, and our room was so comfortable and nicely presented. When we checked in, the staff saw our four-year-old daughter and surprised her with a little teddy bear, which she absolutely loved and now carries everywhere with her. It was such a thoughtful touch. All of the staff were warm and welcoming throughout our stay. The location was fantastic, with so many food options nearby and everything very convenient. Overall, it was a really pleasant stay and we would happily return.

Amazing.

We enjoyed the strip/fountain view from our room, the proximity to the elevator, and the overall room decor. The hotel pool area was also spectacular. Very nice for sunbathing, grabbing a cocktail/lunch, and strolling along the paths.

The main gym was under construction, which was an inconvenience. Difficult to reach guest services from the in-room telephone when assistance was needed.

I upgraded our experience to a fountain view and we were not disappointed. spectacular I could not stop looking out the window at all the sights from the view. The staff was outstanding. From the front desk to the Housekeeping. All were professional and polite. We dined at two restaurants on the property (Lago / Harvest) both exceeded our expectations.

we did have an issue with our room keys becoming deactivated and taking three attempts to fix the problem. The great customer service overshadowed any negative feedback. your team ROCKS! they know how to identify when we were having a problem and jumped into action to fix it to our satisfaction.

All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Not enough seats when buying breakfast

Location was good. View of Fountain and Strip was very nice.

No coffee in the room!! Mini fridge in room was filled with items for purchase. Not enough room for personal cold items. Felt “nickeled and dimed”, which cheapened the experience. Food options were expensive. Shops all high end with no one shopping.

Cigarette smoke hitting you right in the face when you get off the elevators, need to have defined areas for the smokers, Would love to see more $15 blackjack tables instead of all $25.00 Need more quick hot food options. Need more signs in pool area to pick up towels hard to tell what was a saved seat versus someone leaving their pool towels behind, had to deal with a nasty woman at pool who felt we took her seats (despite the fact we took seats from a group that just left) not to mention her smoking poolside Disappointed the spa didn't have the amenities we love, still enjoyed our massages, could have offered a discount there are no amenities

Fantastic room overlooking fountains...Good value room for great location.

No coffee in room. Pricey to eat and drink in hotel but lots of options nearby. We liked Henry's in the Cosmo for breakfast.

Stayed in a Fountain View King. Large, clean room. Highlights include the Casino, Pool area, Fountain Light show, Cirque du Soleil & The Pinky Ring room.

Only issue was that there was a bottle of half drank champagne from the previous guest in the refrigerator. This should have been checked by the cleaning staff before we checked in.

The hotel itself if stunning and ideal location with being only 12 minute taxi from airport and centre of the strip easily be able to just spend a whole day exploring the hotel but also links with many other hotels and the horseshoe on the strip. We did get put in the wrong room but spoke to Charlotte on reception and she refunded us the difference and gave us a voucher for food and drink in any bellagio restaurant as well as late check out to compensate.

The fact the mobile check in didn't work and also the room doesn't come with any water or fridge space as you have to pay extra for this

Housekeeping management; ladies in the floor are great but phone “service” is not: no replies or emptypromises

Loved the view over the fountain and the strip. Bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful. You couldn't hear noise from other guests, but you could hear the people on the strip and the fountain exploding... Guess we were trying to go to bed too early by Vegas standards! The location was really central and close to lots of attractions.

Had to walk through the casino to get to the room... It smelled of cigarette smoke and was super crowded.

Lovely hotel - I even won on the roulette table. Really liked it (overall).
