Saginaw customer service was poor

Access to freemont, variety of games and bars. Nicely decorated and well maintained.

The limitations at the pool. No one tells you the rules until you are up there and then you get turned away, multiple times. Really ruined our vibe.

The convenience and amenities offered. It created a fun and enjoyable environment.

More late night food options like pizza or bar food

Never had breakfast great location in Freemont and was a nice change to were we had been staying on the strip.

No bedside table on both sides of the bed. The shower was below average and the in room entertainment was crap

It’s very clean and staff is pleasant

The rooms were very spacious and they layout was nice. Felt very roomy and modern. Bed & pillows were comfortable.

There is almost no shade available at the pool - and costs for cabanas is too much to justify for a few hours.

Location, big clean room and the bathroom was fabulous! LOVED Stadium Swim!!!

Pool was excellent. I have no complaints about anything! So accommodating.
We walked in other hotels in the area since we had family staying in the area and there was no other hotel that compared to circa. We came for our wedding - our guests who didn’t book here REGRETTED IT.

Everything was sooooo pricey - if wanting to rent anything at pool spending limit was high. Bummer you can’t bring water to pool .
More activities/ games by the pool would have been great as well as shade options

Very nice rooms, great location, excellent sports book

Air quality was poor. We visited many neighboring casinos downtown and strip and the smoke was worst of all.

The bed was super comfortable lots of shower pressure and the extra security to enter the property

Check in was not very nice I didn’t get the circa swim view room even though the request was months in advance I had an expressway view and the room was smaller than videos

I do wish that there were more options to easily upgrade your room without any crazy fees, but that is a small issue that I have everything else was amazing

We loved everything about this 21+ property.

This property is located basically at the Fremont Experience and you will hear loud music all night.

Room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Views were great. The whole facility was clean and had a modern luxury feel. Staff was great! Pool was a fun vibe- even for those while don’t enjoy sports. Food was great.

Location is perfect, across the Fremont where there is free concerts and bars. The room is very clean, comfortable pillows. Wishing there is a tub in the bathroom, toothbrush/toothpaste. Love the rooftop overlooking the whole Vegas especially at night time, best party vibes, good music, bar.

Nothing serious, wishing they have more restaurants in the hotel, balcony options in rooms, poker rooms which my husband was looking for. He has to go to other hotels to play poker which i am not happy about.

Beautiful hotel and casino. Rooms were very clean and had beautiful decor. Stadium swim was very impressive. Great location right on Fremont!

The rooms are costly. Before entering stadium swim, they have a checkpoint and remove any items that are not permitted. The staff doesn’t tell you about providing lockers for items not permitted, they just take your stuff and you can’t get it back when requesting to after you leave. Once you try and request your things back, they then tell you that you could have gotten a locker for your things.
