Room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet.

No room in mini fridge for my own food, no body lotion, no fan in bathroom, room darkening shades were not completely connected so the light came through. Casino was smokey. Not enough signage to find where we needed to go. Tables were too expensive for beginning gamblers (me).

The hotel was beautiful and provided a nice respite from the craziness of the strip, while still including all the amenities you would expect. Staff was friendly and helpful and beds were very comfy.

No fan/ventilation in the bathroom

• The room size is good, we were actually upgraded to a strip view room upon check-in, which was a nice touch. I will say however, that the strip view is more of a view overlooking Aria's driveway. • The bed was very comfortable • The decor felt a little tired in places • Aria has lots of restaurants and amenities on-site • The bathroom was nice and the bath/shower combination room was really nice • We ordered room service one night and the quality of the food far exceeded our expectations

• The location of Aria appears good on paper, but we found that it takes quite a long time to get up/down, especially if your room is no where near an elevator like ours. We stayed at Vdara a couple of years ago, which I believe is Aria's sister hotel, and we found that much quicker/easier to get in and out of. • We had some included food and drink credit when booking and decided to use it for room service - we explicitly asked when checking in where it can be used and where it cant be used and we were not told that room service wasn't included. However, when checking out, the person on the desk did allow us to use the credit for room service, which was very much appreciated.

Sheets were a bit rough and no air in the room. Ac would not go below 64 and honestly it was not 64 at all. Air in the room was stuffy and dry

Every staff member our group interacted with was rude, short toned, or short of patience. My mother traveled with us and I noted that we needed a fridge for her medicine. The front desk was so rude to such a small request to early check in or if her medication could be stored. We asked for upgraded room he just denied us saying everything was booked. He had gave water to the people before us, when we asked for a water after flying in, he said he could try to find some.However the woman and husband that were before us checking in were being given everything they asked for. The attitude was pleasant for them. The approach of the front desk could have been way better since it was our first impression. Same was for the employees by the elevator checking room keys. Everyone seemed to hate their job, completely unhappy which made this experience we were so excited for not great.

Our room had spotlights from the nearby roof shining directly into our room. It was so bright it was very hard to sleep. We requested a room change but they were full so we had to make do.

Great Food options & not as large/ spread out as some of the other hotels & casinos

Getting to the heart of the strip during F1 weekend is pretty hard as walking to restaurants, bars and clubs is not always an option or would take 1h instead of a 10min cab ride

The room was truly spacious, very clean, with a large bed and plenty of space both in the bedroom and in the bathroom. The view over the Strip definitely adds value and partially justifies the high cost of the room. The hotel’s location is absolutely unbeatable: perfectly positioned on the Strip, with excellent internal connections and easy access to the underground parking. This level of convenience is great. We had an excellent dining experience at the internal brasserie Bardot, which was both beautiful and high quality. The 24-hour cardio and fitness center is also a strong plus. The location — and especially being able to watch the New Year’s Eve fireworks directly from the room — gave some meaning to the price paid.

Despite its appearance and reputation, the value for money is disappointing. Expectations for a five-star hotel are significantly higher. If this price point is considered reasonable by Las Vegas standards, then the level of quality offered feels surprisingly cheap. A five-star hotel should be impeccable, instead. Some of the furniture is worn or damaged, the corridors feel outdated, with heavy air and cleanliness that is not always up to standard — the extensive carpeting does not help. Costs are extremely high throughout the property, even for hotel guests. Bars, restaurants, casino, minibar, and parking are all expensive, with no real benefits or discounts for staying guests. Self-parking or Valet parking are not included unless you pay extra for both services. The reception desk was unable to make a reservation at one of the hotel’s own internal restaurants because no one was answering the phone. We were advised to go in person, which required long walks from the room, only to find the restaurant already fully booked. On the final morning, when we paid at check-out and still having two to three hours before the official check-out time, our room keys were immediately deactivated. We were unable to re-enter the room to collect our luggage or even exit the parking area. I had to return to the concierge — again covering long distances — just to have the keys reactivated.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, beds were comfortable, we liked the eating options and the location.

We stayed over 2 days and didn’t have our room cleaned at all. We always made sure to have the sign up for cleaning when we were out which was everyday, housekeeping did come once at like 9pm which we then asked if they could come back the next day but never did.

The main coffee shop/bakery is incredibly understaffed. Minimum 40 min queues in the mornings and afternoons. Amazing that a 5 star hotel can’t run a coffee shop

Overall, Aria is a very good hotel. The rooms are large, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel offers a huge modern gym, a great pool, and a wide variety of restaurants, which is a big plus. However, the experience was not quite what I expected from a top-tier hotel on the Strip. Check-in was extremely slow and took nearly an hour, and calling the front desk from the room involved a very long wait. There were also small details that could be improved, such as an outdated, non-adjustable shower head. Overall, the stay was very good, and I would likely choose to stay here again thanks to the location, cleanliness, and amenities.

The hotel looks amazing, very clean, extremely nice and well equipped rooms with nice view, big bathroom and nice furniture. Well located with all you need at hand.

We really liked the hotel. It was decorated so nice for the holidays and everything was so clean.

It would have been nice to have more food options when we arrived so late. Everything seemed to be closed by 10 - 10:30. It wound up being so nice out and there weren't enough pool chairs for people to sit next to the pool. It would have been nice if they could have had more staff for poolside food/drinks and a second pool open.

Room was nice Loved Carbone. The food was spectacular.

Spa was extremely crowded to the point where you couldn’t even sit down. That is not a spot I want to go to moving forward $300 for a 50 minute massage that was just OK. I wouldn’t recommend going to the spa here.

There’s lots of space in the lobby. We have a lovely view from our hotel window. Our room is very spacious and clean.

For me it is a little but far from the Strip. In the room, there were no slippers and only one bathrobe available. I am not happy about the fine print about how to use the $100 credit in out tab. Apparently, room service was not part of it.

1. Line to guest elevators were too backed up 2. Housekeeping came to our room on day of check out too early reminding us to check out on time …. That was not cool 3. Uber pick up area is a pain to get to 4. Not all of the controllers in the room for drapes and lighting were working 5. pai gow poker table limit set too high, should have some $25 options 6. Starbucks on Saturday too over 30mins to get food .. too long!
