Great location, right in the center. Ideal for exploring the city! The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy.

There was a very musty smell in the room, even though it was clean and tidy. My stay was for one night, so I didn’t mention it.

Good location, just choose a room away from the main road though. Good sized room with very comfortable beds and good daily cleaning/tidying room service. Excellent staff at both the reception and the cleaning crew. Great plum/lemon drink daily at the reception and it's free. Try out the giant slide, it's great fun for adults.

Only drawback is the noisy air con in our room but we were just too tired to care at night

Location was convenient to get to, it was 5-min walking distance from Bukit Bintang MRT station and the Bukit Bintang city center. Lots of convenience stores, shops and malls nearby. I was worried that the area might be noisy at night, but it was quiet and peaceful. The room was comfortable enough for a solo traveler.

The area around the hotel is quite run down and unclean, and I had to walk through some rubbish-strewn alleyways to get to the hotel itself. The hotel itself is well-maintained and clean.

The location is great, just outside the hustle of the main street. The rooms are very clean and offer a beautiful view.

The shower is a little smaller than expected.

Location - near the train station and there are plenty of food options.

The room design was excellent, but the maintenance standards were lacking. There was mold in some corners, and the towels, in addition to being thin, had small stains.

It’s very convenient, accessible for restaurants,bars everything. Easy access to pavilion shopping etc.

The staff were effective but not particularly welcoming or friendly during my stay.

We were actually on a 10-hour layover in Kuala Lumpur, so we really didn't have enough time to appreciate our stay in this hotel. Because of trouble getting a ride from the airport, we only managed to stay 3 hours in the hotel. 🙃 But the staff were fairly helpful. The ride back to the airport was double the price we paid when we arrived. I am not sure if that was normal as we booked thru the staff of the hotel.

Very noisy around the area. Hard to sleep at times with the noise. The air conditioning was extremely loud and outdated No coffee or tea in room. Had to go downstairs for it.

The hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful and the place was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was super fun with the rainbow shower effect

The location wasn't quite what we had hoped and it's down a very busy street, the second night we got moved to the other side of the floor cause the Aircon in our room broke and it was so loud every night from outside we struggled to sleep as it's right by some very busy party streets. There also was very little storage space for clothes making it very hard to unpack

the first night i was on 3rd floor and the aircon was very noisy as well as the sounds from the club reverberating through the room.

Corridors were conjusted, and rooms were too small.

Great sized room, comfortable large bed and swimming pool. Good sized bathroom and shower, liked the addition of the colour changing light. Location was really good, just around the corner from the main shopping mall and restaurants. Except the large slope you have to walk up and down.

One of my towels smelt musky/damp. Asked for a new towel that never came so asked when I met the cleaners the next morning. There were also big lumps of hair on the floor of the room. The pool towels are kept downstairs in the lobby. So when you go all the way up to the pool expecting them to be in the pool area, where there is a large storage space and the towel bin, you then have to go all the way back down to get one. Internet is poor around the pool area and the social areas.

Water in the toilet and washroom especially my king bed is so slow it difficult and takes time to shower and wash, hope the maintenance will ASAP.

Location and proximity to all major shopping centres and eateries was within easy walking distance. Hussien the floor cleaning supervisor ensured that my room was thoroughly cleaned and well supplied everyday.

Gemini room- Love the shower so much! With the changing colour light as background, love! And no doubt perfect location, near to the tourist attractions in Bkt Bintang, near to the MRT station🫶🏼

I would give 10/10 if the property has their own allocated parking spot, not easy to get grab in such busy area

Location just perfect, 2 minutes walk from main streets with all the food shops and night restaurants. Rooms was very clean and set up with everything you need. Very modern design and cute area at the roof top with the pool. Coffee and tea station at the reception. Staff is very helpful
