Location is great, right beside changkat bukit bingtan and jalan alor but without the noise

Central location. Easily found. Efficient lifts and cosy if small reception lounge area. Housekeeping staff were very hardworking and friendly. Almost no eating options at the hotel, but surrounded by numerous other options. Excellent laundry facility right beside the hotel, but totally in dependant of it.

No wardrobe in room, only a rail with 2 clothes hangers. A fridge was offered and supplied when reminded, although it very definitely was a mini fridge. A deposit of £Gbp 50 was required on arrival and was returned on departure. The requirement of a Rmb 200 deposit was made known previously. £50 is in excess of Rmb 250. Very limited number of sun loungers provided by the small roof top pool. Business like hotel, but with no real warmth or welcome.

Hotel is centrally located and is good value for money.

The size of room is fine for solo traveller but it will be tight for space if there are 2 guests in the room.

It was great. The only think was the safe under the sink in the bathroom was damp and my bag with passports in it was wet.

Very clean, strategic location just walk few minutes to Pavilion, big bed, they have baby coat if requested, they have big slide, skylounge (we have at dinner in here)

This is a lovely and clean hotel with great staff. The rooms are spacious with the most comfortable beds ever! The shower pressure was insane absolutely amazing. The views were spectacular and we could see the towers from our room. The pool and lounge upstairs are a great addition and we were often up there on our own. The location could not be better so close to everything you could need around you. The room was quiet also. I would happily stay here again for my next visit and is super reasonable for what you get.

Not so much a dislike just some inconveniences. There was one plug in the room with two additional usb chargers. The lounge upstairs does not serve any drinks or food which is a shame as would make it so much better. We ended up bringing our own up.

I like the ambiance toilet rainbow lights was my 1st experience

This hotel was so close to Bukit Bintang, the room was comfortable and staff were super helpful. We did have a slight issue with some bugs in our room but the man at the front desk just changed our room no questions asked. Value for money was more thsn we could have asked for.

The street this hotel is on is one that I would be wary of as a solo female traveller, lots of men hanging around in groups. We had no problems at all even coming back late at night but I think it would be good to know about.

Great location, close to shops/malls, food night market, and bar strip! Room also comes with amenities which get restocked each day, would definitely stay here again on my next return to Malaysia. We had the twin bed room, decent size room but may be abit small if you have larger cases. Pool was great on the roof top and there are also water stations at the top and bottom for free use.

On a small hill, some people may struggle with this but didn’t bother us

Really good location, very central. Lots of food options nearby. Lovely view from rooftop, clean and trendy rooms. But if you are a light sleeper - there’s a club that blasts music every night.

Central location in local neighbourhood. Walking distance to all key attractions or a short metro/monorail trip away. Rooms at the front are quiet (away from the bars/night market). Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Nice neighbourhood view from room. Small but suitable rooftop pool.

Good location. Nothing is far from the location of this hotel. You can easily walk to Bukit Bintang crossing.

Slow check-in process Didn't get the dark decoration of the room right. It could have been better even with dark colors. Insecure WiFi connection

Very nice hotel, good location and the view from the rooftop is awesome! Water bottles for us in the bedroom and you can refill in the rooftop or in the gym floor.

There are no USB ports to charge devices, only plugs. Make sure you bring a plug adaptor. There was a lot of noise coming from the street during the night.

Nice location relative to Bukit Bintang and big shopping malls like Pavilion. Nice rooftop pool with views of the city.

Would have been nice if there were a hotel restaurant and bar. But there are plenty of local restaurants and ordering Grab food delivery was easy.

The hotel is clean, personnel helpful. Fast checkin and checkout. Good common seating area, rooftop view.

Ac was too noisy and partially controlable from the room. The streets can be noisy if you're on the lower floors (we were on 8th so it was good). Very small swimming pool but still nice to have.

A bit unclean. Sheets were too small for plankets and didn’t cover whole planket, same with bed. You could here all the noise from the hall very clearly. A strong cigarette smell at the hall.

i paid for “The Nest” room, nicely design, spacious, love the high ceiling, very comfortable bed and superb toilets

Lack of room facilities, expensive room like The Nest should be provided with it owns ironing board. i have to leave my room and bringing all my clothing , it is so troublesome. Wifi repeatedly disconnected

Great location close to lots of food options. The rooftop terrace and pool were very nice with great views, and were quiet both nights we stayed. Room was clean.

The cheaper rooms are very small and have no window, the lack of window was buried deep in the room description when we booked so make sure you are aware if you book these! The bathroom was only separated from the room by a frosted screen not a proper wall.

There could be more shelves to unpack your clothing. There is literally no shelves in the room. To live for almost a week from your suitcase is not ideal. The noise from outside during the night is very high and carry on for basically the whole night. Loud music. This hotel needs special windows to keep the noise level down for more comfortable sleeping.

One of the staff members at the main desk was not to kind since the beginning until the end of the weekend. Thankfully other members were the opposite, helping us in every problem and question we had.

The location is close to Jalan Alor Night Market. It is only a few minutes' walk from the Bukit Bintang Skytrain. The location is quite good. The room is neat, clean and stylish. There is a swimming pool on the rooftop, so relaxing and healing to staying here ! But some people don’t understand. When you check in, you need to pay $200 as a security deposit. In fact, most hotels will not charge it at the moment, but this time, you have to pay it. According to the policy, you have paid it, but when you check out, it will take two weeks long to have refund, I don’t know why does it take so long to achieve a refund ! ! ! The hotel should explain it ! ! !

Great location within walking distance to everything that we needed. Jalan Alor is a must to visit. My daughter was keen on shopping at KKV and the hotel was a short grab ride to Petaling Street and Central Market. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms looked modern and were clean. We were able to see the tops of Petrona towers from our windows, which lit up each night. It offered a room called the lounge on the rooftop, where we were able to sit and eat dinner as a family for if we wanted to eat takeaway. My daughters loved the rainbow lights in the shower. Lots of vanity storage for mum and daughters.

I personally did not appreciate the rendered walls in the rooms. I kept scraping my hands.

Strategic location 🙌🏻 and of course my room with view (requested) extend my stay till 7 Nov whole process was smooth 👍🏻

Noisy air-conditioning, coloured shower lights

The bed was comfy. There are coffeeshops just downstairs from the hotel which is very convenient. The staff were pleasant to deal with. The room was comfortable and there were resting areas with chessboard in the lobby which is a cute little addition.

The toilet seat wasn't cleaned properly. The stains on it was persistent. I had to clean it myself. There wasn't anything besides that. overall, I'm pleased with the stay. I would stay there again in future.

The hotel is clean and pretty Walking distance go bukit bintang shopping area.

The surrounding alot foreigner workers during wkend and red light area happening after 9pm.
