Do not disturb sign has been placed on the door but the housekeeping keep knocking the door to clean the room even though we told him it will be later.

I like to stay in this hotel because the location so nice .. It is convenient to walk to Pavillion , easy to find a good food near this hotel .. Even some reviews before is many foreigner worker stay near this hotel but doesn’t matter .. Don’t won’t border you .. So far for me , this hotel is good and I will revisit again when I m travel to KL..

Very good Hotel, very clean and close to many pubs and restaurants. Easy to reach by public transport.

In the heart of bukit bitang atmosphere. Good value of you don't mind tiny space room and the night noise from the surrounding.

Excellent location, comfortable bed for a quadruple room (one king size bed and 2 single beds on a loft. Bathroom was spacious and shower had very good water pressure. Bathrobes and slippers provided.

A bit noisy because of the music from the street.

There is no refrigerator & ironing board in the room so a bit hassle to go to the rooftop to iron clothes

Noisy, which seemed to come via the socket. We could hear literally every word our neighbours were saying (until the early hours).

The hotel is very close to many bars and restaurants.

It's just personal preference, but I don't like open bathrooms in the room, I'd rather it was all closed in.

My parents appreciated the clean and comfortable rooms, along with the friendly and helpful staff.

Location was top! The pool and lounge area were amazing and super comfortable. Room was well decorated! Free coffee, water etc :)

The room had no ventilation. They could be more strict about cleaning. One of our pillows had a stain, the mattress also. The staff (with the exception of the ones that seem to be the managers/owners - which were very nice and proactively caring), was very reactive and “dry”. They did not seem to care much or interested in giving you any details apart from check in/check out.

Location was excellent! Close to the monorail and nearby the bustling shopping area. Many opportunities to eat. There was a great view from the rooftop pool.

Cosy and clean room. Gym and pool facilities are good with Bluetooth to play music. Great location, conveniently located near food street, malls and massage places.

very clean and modern room. rooftop facilities were great (there's a huge space to chill at night or in the day), though the pool is very small. staff were very friendly as well!

the location bukit bintang was great because it's so central and connected to many popular tourist spots, but was not exactly safe. i was travelling alone as a female and i found it very uncomfortable to walk back to the hotel at night.

- nicely designed room; haidryer, kettle, TV, good water pressure, properly working AC, clean, - unlimited tea and coffee in the lobby - nice public spaces like pool, study room, gym - amazing location; you are in the middle of the city and most of the attractions are up to 20 minutes walk - cool music in the lobby, it was constantly putting me in better mood

- a little older man working in the reception, maybe it is because of the English skills but he seemed very grumpy, did not give us a proper introduction, the rest of the staff was absolutelly amazing; always smiling and helpful but he was a big contrast comparing to them - the famous slide is not very comfortable to use as you have to ask every time for a permission - hotel seems a bit more "worn" and neglected like on the pics, you can smell some humidity here and there

Lovely staff, even upgraded my room. The view of the city was so cool. Loved the pool on the rooftop, ideal for evening/night to see the city under the lights.

At night the location when walking nearby to the market was dark, maybe not the best for solo females.
