Advertised to have a gym, however only a treadmill,bike and a few dumbells.

i paid for “The Nest” room, nicely design, spacious, love the high ceiling, very comfortable bed and superb toilets

Lack of room facilities, expensive room like The Nest should be provided with it owns ironing board. i have to leave my room and bringing all my clothing , it is so troublesome. Wifi repeatedly disconnected

Great location close to lots of food options. The rooftop terrace and pool were very nice with great views, and were quiet both nights we stayed. Room was clean.

The cheaper rooms are very small and have no window, the lack of window was buried deep in the room description when we booked so make sure you are aware if you book these! The bathroom was only separated from the room by a frosted screen not a proper wall.

Good hotel with nice rooms. Walking distance from the heartbeat of Kuala Lumpur. Staff is friendly and helped me to order a taxi. Nice swimming pool on top of the building.

There could be more shelves to unpack your clothing. There is literally no shelves in the room. To live for almost a week from your suitcase is not ideal. The noise from outside during the night is very high and carry on for basically the whole night. Loud music. This hotel needs special windows to keep the noise level down for more comfortable sleeping.

The location

One of the staff members at the main desk was not to kind since the beginning until the end of the weekend. Thankfully other members were the opposite, helping us in every problem and question we had.

The location is close to Jalan Alor Night Market. It is only a few minutes' walk from the Bukit Bintang Skytrain. The location is quite good. The room is neat, clean and stylish. There is a swimming pool on the rooftop, so relaxing and healing to staying here ! But some people don’t understand. When you check in, you need to pay $200 as a security deposit. In fact, most hotels will not charge it at the moment, but this time, you have to pay it. According to the policy, you have paid it, but when you check out, it will take two weeks long to have refund, I don’t know why does it take so long to achieve a refund ! ! ! The hotel should explain it ! ! !

Good facilities, firiendly and helpful staff

Great location within walking distance to everything that we needed. Jalan Alor is a must to visit. My daughter was keen on shopping at KKV and the hotel was a short grab ride to Petaling Street and Central Market. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms looked modern and were clean. We were able to see the tops of Petrona towers from our windows, which lit up each night. It offered a room called the lounge on the rooftop, where we were able to sit and eat dinner as a family for if we wanted to eat takeaway. My daughters loved the rainbow lights in the shower. Lots of vanity storage for mum and daughters.

I personally did not appreciate the rendered walls in the rooms. I kept scraping my hands.

Strategic location 🙌🏻 and of course my room with view (requested) extend my stay till 7 Nov whole process was smooth 👍🏻

Noisy air-conditioning, coloured shower lights

The bed was comfy. There are coffeeshops just downstairs from the hotel which is very convenient. The staff were pleasant to deal with. The room was comfortable and there were resting areas with chessboard in the lobby which is a cute little addition.

The toilet seat wasn't cleaned properly. The stains on it was persistent. I had to clean it myself. There wasn't anything besides that. overall, I'm pleased with the stay. I would stay there again in future.

The hotel is clean and pretty Walking distance go bukit bintang shopping area.

The surrounding alot foreigner workers during wkend and red light area happening after 9pm.

Location was the best part. Very central and easy to explore the main attractions in Kuala Lumpur. Jalan Alor street market was just around the corner. Decent stay all around.

Good central location and very convenient. Room was okay for the cost. Razak who checked us into the Hotel was very efficient and kind and upgraded our room complimentary which was an amazing gesture. I was very pleased as we had booked the lowest grade of room without windows and whilst we didnt spend much time in the Hotel, it was great to have a view of the lights in the city. He also rang us in the room to check everything was okay. There was a slight problem with laundry on the bed for which he arranged immediate rectification of the issue. As such we got to meet the housekeeper, sorry I dont know his name but he immediately sorted out the issue with no attitude , only kindness and a smile. The rooftop relaxation area is nice to sit out on during the evening with the smells, sounds and lights of the city. The gym was used , not huge but very clean, with enough equipment to carry out a good cardio and weight sessionand not feel guilty about gorging on the fantastic food in KL.

The hotel is beginning to look a bit tired and maybe a lick of paint and attention to to small decoration issues might elevate this Hotel to a much higher level. But for what we paid and the comfort, hospitality and location is it remains somewhere that we would return to again.

The location is great, next to the main street food and the japan center. The staff is very friendly, although we had to pay extract to get a room with a window. Overall, recommended.

The pool is quite small and the pictures are misleading.

Nice and clean. Room was more spacious than expected. Properly is right by malls and food stalls, there’s also a 24/7 convenience store right downstairs. Bess were comfortable and AC was working well! Just be aware since this hotel is right is the city your commute from KUL airport is just about an hour, even if you opted to pay for taxi.

Within walking distance to the mrt as well as many shopping malls in the area, room was comfortable too

The front desk staff were very helpful. They quickly arranged early check-in.

Hotel policy to cancel the booking for late check-in. Since I was in flight I couldn't able to reply.

Average price per night was $55.. somehow I paid $130 a night, very annoyed when I checked the price when I left. 200RM security deposit… still waiting for funds to be transferred back to my account.

The location is good, in the center of Bukit Bintang. Fair price, close to laundry, monorail, restaurants, etc.

No parking. I had to spend an additional RM170.00 for ~44 hours of parking. Not suitable for local tourists with a car.

Do not disturb sign has been placed on the door but the housekeeping keep knocking the door to clean the room even though we told him it will be later.

I like to stay in this hotel because the location so nice .. It is convenient to walk to Pavillion , easy to find a good food near this hotel .. Even some reviews before is many foreigner worker stay near this hotel but doesn’t matter .. Don’t won’t border you .. So far for me , this hotel is good and I will revisit again when I m travel to KL..

Excellent location, comfortable bed for a quadruple room (one king size bed and 2 single beds on a loft. Bathroom was spacious and shower had very good water pressure. Bathrobes and slippers provided.
