Location and the clean area

Very strategic location and very clean place. Our room air conditioning wasn’t working and they quickly managed to arrange us another room when we came to the room

The air conditioning in the room wasn’t working well. If they could check before giving the room.

The best thing about this hotel is its rooftop and lounge. And their book collection is pretty rich! Also the board games kept us ecstatic all the time and got to know some people. A great place. Great value for money.

The rooms didn’t have a cabinet so we faced a little trouble to store our items.

Prime location, albeit in a touristy area which proved to be a bit noisy at night (pack ear plugs), however having the shops at your doorstep is most welcome! The room was clean and comfortable; overall very affordable accommodation.

We enjoyed the roof top pool and facilities. Magnificent view from the roof top.

My room smelled of smoke, but the receptionist gave me a free upgrade, so it wasn’t worth the complaint.

Allowed me to store luggage in early morning before check on. Comfy room. Support environment for water machine at gym and swimming pool. Coffee tea drinks free at lobby.

Gym is very small. Dumbell limited to 15 kg. Could have added it more dumbbells and barbells

I would like the design bed and matress very comfortable.Everything ok.clean.

I dont like the aircond not cool and sound from the aircond a bit noisy that make our stay not to comfortable.,The hairdyer not function as well.

There was a sound that would be heard from the airconditioning system that would return every 10/15 minutes or so at the least. Very annoying. When I mentioned it to the reception, they all acted surprised. It can be heard all over the building, since I was moved from floor 4 to 10 after I complained about this. At some point, I heard it again while taking the elevator with a hotel employee. This was ignored. So basically: If you are very sensitive to sound, take this into account.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and what stood out the most was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Their exceptional service made my experience truly enjoyable

Perfect location.

Air conditioning very loud. Even when off much noise coming from the system.

Very good value for money hotel. Location is great if you want to be close to the hustle and bustle of Changkat Bukit Bintang. Room (without window) was ok by size and had the things you need. Basic breakfast was available at the lobby area. Rooftop was very nice with a small pool and a outdoor relaxing area, and there are also an indoor lounge area with a small library shelf and 5-6 small seating groups that is a great place to hang out if you just need a place to relax a short while or just sip a beer and enjoy the view over the streets of Changkat Bukit Bintang.

There are a nasty noise from 1 of the 2 elevators, like scratching a chair against the floor, the noise seem to be generated every time the elevator passes a certain area on the way up or down. My friend had a room on 10th floor and he claimed the noise was originated somewhere from the top floors, I was at 4th floor and I also heard the noise very clear.

The location is fantastic and the staff were very polite and professional. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable which would have made for a good sleep with the exception of the negatives...

Curtain was broken and wouldn't pull all the way over meaning a lot of light came into the room. Also the air conditioning was very very noisy but if you turned it off then the room is too hot and you are not allowed to open the window.

Good all-round and good value hotel in a good location. Clean room, comfortable bed, good shower pressure and found the staff helpful and friendly.

Rooms are rather small and the decor could do with freshening up. Roof top pool also on the small side.

Hotel in a super central location near a lot of bars, restaurants, public transportation, and night life. This is a great hotel! The staff is super friendly. I definitely recommend it and would stay here again.

When I arrived the room had a terrible smell to it, very awful. But after speaking with the staff they helped me to get the windows open and after a day of running the fan the odor was mitigated entirely. I don't like that the room was stifling when I got there, but I do like that the staff was super responsive.

Hotel was centrally located near main streets and shopping areas. Rooftop pool and area were beautiful and readily accessible. Rooms were well presented.

Room size was a bit small therefore some amenities like mini bar/ closet weren't available in my room. Breakfast options could be improved.
