Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Kuala Lumpur

The hotel is excellent. Everything was perfect. The staff was great and friendly. The location of the hotel is excellent.

I always wanted to stay at a Mandarin Oriental hotel so I was excited when I got the chance in KL. Value for money is exceptional. The hotel is breathtaking, our room was beautiful and had the most amazing view. Breakfast was like fine dining with all kinds of dishes and stations. The location of the hotel just couldn't be any better, it's right next to the Petronas towers, we got a voucher from the hotel for drinks at Marini's 57 where we had a dinner reservation anyway so that was nice. Every little detail in the hotel is beautiful, like my charger cable got a Mandarin oriental holder from the cleaning stuff. The pool is amazing and worked during rain too :-) Our check-out was prolonged till 4pm without any charge just upon asking. Really really exceptional. What a great three days!

Our second stay at this world class 5* establishment - it continues to exceed expectations. Everything is perfect - we had a family suite, which was great. Facilities great - pool and pickle ball and tennis courts. Great restaurant and breakfast spread. Lovely decor etc. etc. etc

Our stay was amazing. The location was perfect - everything at your doorstep within walking distance & Petronas is literally right next to it, along with Suria KLCC, KLCC park, Avenue K, Marini's, and a lot of restaurants. Staff service was also excellent - especially to Hafiz at the reception who made us feel welcome right at the start. Breakfast buffet has a variety of tasty selections. Definitely the best hotel in KL.

Everything is as you would expect staying in this type of hotel. The staff go out of their way to be nice and helpful, the rooms are comfortable with nice touches everywhere, the beds and shower are comfy and our view of the towers was awesome. The pool area was great with great service.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! I was greeted by friendly staff who made check-in seamless. The lobby was spacious, modern and impeccable clean, giving off a luxurious yet welcoming vibe. The room was very spacious, beautifully decorated and equipped with all the amenities. The view from the window were breathtaking, adding to the overall experience. It is in the city centre next to the twin towers, which is very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memroable stay!

Very convenient, just a walk away from twin tower. Clean, friendly staff which always serves you with a smile. I was there with elderly and they ensure they were well taken care of which was lovely.

Wonderful location, great breakfast, lovely dinner (so many different cuisines) but no atmosphere to make us feel we wanted to have a drink at the bar (they, however, did give us a voucher for a free drink at the top of the tower next door with wonderful views)

I found it rather disturbing to have all my bathroom items moved and laid out on a flannel! I had already organised them!

Breakfast is a disaster, every day there is a long queue and this was / not managed well. In the second week, we used the club breakfast, but the selection was very limited, and the service was not as accepted.

Hotel conveniently located to KLCC park n shopping mall. Easily accessible n away from hustle bustle. Amenities were superb.

It took nearly an hour for the conceige to deliver my luggage to my room.

All was perfect!

The location is perfect and ideal. The location is ideally located overlooking the park which has impactful views. The window in the room gave me a satisfactory feeling and comfort. The room was very clean and the staff was helpful and courteous always willing to help especially upon the checkout. The swimming pool was great and I enjoyed it. The Chinese restaurant was excellent with very good food quality.

My room window did not have Petronas Towers view which was desired other than that the room was really good.
