The hotel was perfect, located was perfect, will not stay anywhere else anymore when i’m in KL
It’s in the middle of the city, 1 minute walk to KLCC, yet it has a calming ambiance and the room is quiet and protected from all the hustle and bustle of the city. Also the cleanliness was unbelievable, i really was expecting a dusty toilet and room,since that is the majority of most hotel’s problem, but i was wrong and was impressed.
The front of the hotel is still under construction, so it took away the grandeur of the hotel’s entrance.

Professional Service
Very convenient location. Breakfast buffet was tasty and had a wide variety selection. Good service.

Excellent!
The hotel is very close to Petronas towers and the park where you can see the light show. There is also a shopping center connected to the hotel. The location could not be better.
The room was very comfortable, you can choose the type of pillow you want to ensure you have a wonderful sleep.
The swimming pool was very good, although you cannot see the towers from the pool you still have a nice view of the city.
The gym was superb, with all the machines to do a proper work out. Those looking for a hotel with a nice gym, can choose Mandarin.
The breakfast was excellent, with many options to choose from and the food was very nice.
Staff are very friendly and helpful, when you do the check in they give you a box of chocolates and they are always available to help.
Everything was excellent for me, I cannot fault it in any way.
The swimming pool is not facing the towers but you can see them as soon as you come out of the hotel, so is not a big issue.

Beautiful classic hotel but a bit tired.
The service and pool area were amazing. The room a little tired. Had an issue with getting a taxi on departure when we were told it would take 2 minutes so no need to pre order.
Room less tired. Better concierge.
