Luxurious hotel in great location
Can’t fault this hotel. Ideal location beside KLCC and the Twin Towers. All staff from doormen to check in, to restaurants/bars and housekeeping have been super friendly and professional. Breakfast options are varied and tasty, and rooms spacious and luxurious. Will return.

I liked the Salon services the most .Jessica was amazing.
The food was definitely below average. The staff in the main restaurant was not hospitable. We reached at around 10 pm and ordered food. They got really irritated when we were asking them to bring our order. The cocktails were below average and when the feedback was given the servers didnt take it positively . Very bad food taste and customer service roo

Information in the room on opening hours of pool, spa etc was missing. Spa was not easy to book, you have to physically go there for the spa menu, rather than have the information accessible in your room.

I am a frequent traveler and a gold member in Hilton and a Mariot Bonvoy Gold member, but honestly I am making this statement that this is one of the best hotel I’ve stayed . We were given free late check out till 6 PM .

Great location, comfortable, welcoming staff at all levels is an added bonus.
The location was particularly selected because of some errands during my stay.
Breakfast was widespread, lots of choices-local and international. Staff at breakfast were friendly, efficient and welcoming.
600 ringgit deposit. Guests should be given one option as deposit and i. e. Credit and not cash.

The service was first class, so friendly and efficient
We had to complain about the noise of drilling from below floor renovations. These continued to our full stay for a few hours each day. I have to say though, the complaint was dealt with very well and they couldn’t do enough to make up for the inconvenience.

Superb stay!
Great stay overall! Top-notch service, cosy room, and a classy atmosphere. Loved the prime location right next to KLCC, plus the KLCC view from my room was amazing. Breakfast was decent, and having Netflix in the room was a nice touch.
Only downside was the slightly dim lighting around the mirrors—otherwise, everything was great!
