Designed by the Brooklyn-based Post Company, the hotel arguably stands as the city’s first truly stylish luxury boutique accommodation. I loved it. Really great staff and comfy room.
The room was so comfy and clean. They even gave my husband and i an upgrade as we had just gotten married! The staff was hospitable and always ready to help.
There isn’t much to do in the hotel and around the area.

Fabulous
Great style and decoration. Staff were great and we were brought cake and Swan towels because it was a special occasion for us!
The restaurant could have done with a few more simple options to order for a quick lunch

Very lovely stay. Staff were so helpful, polite and kind. Food was delicious and rooms were really calm and comfortable

The only thing i didnt like was the dust from ceiling. It's not much but still, kinda disturbing for me.

All was Good! The room and staff
The ambiance. The moment i entered i like the good smell of the air freshener.
As it is at the big junction of a main road. Not convenient to drop of elderly/luggage. And i have to make big turn with the traffic jams to get back to the car park.

There were ants crawling around my toilet seat and the room smells a little...weird...

Loved the beautiful furniture
Felt a bit uncomfortable staying here as a solo female traveler as the surroundings felt quite dodgy (lots of dark quiet corners around). However, there was always a guard standing outside the hotel which made it feel more safe. Would recommend solo female travelers to a Grab back to the hotel instead of walking back

I love this property.
The room although small, but I love it. They have figure what is important to make the size doesn’t matter. The bathroom water pressure is good, drainage good. I read people complaining about the bidet, yeah, only that is the down part. Others are all good
Just the breakfast menu. The food is nice but too limited and everyday the same. Other than that, absolutely nothing.

Hotel and room design is definitely unique and easy on the eyes. Feels like you're in a different era since the internal design is very different to other hotels I've been to.
Also, noise insulation is quite good considering its located on a busy street.
Requested queen bed but it ended up being two single beds combined. Sleep was not comfortable because of this.
Room space is limited so won't comment on that but having a sink located outside of the bathroom and not in a kitchen situation is weird for me.
Also no bidet.

I got what I was looking for: well, efficiently run and friendly atmosphere.
Professionally run, friendly, efficient. And really quiet despite being at the intersection of 2 busy roads
I had some trouble understanding how the showers and the aircon worked ... The chair wasn't that comfortable either. The breakfast options were somewhat limited - I would have liked to see more local options.

Spacious and comfortable beds. I prefer the Twin Den for two single beds room, this one doesn’t have a view.
