The location, restaurant, spa, gym, pool and rooms were all first class. All the reception staff, but especially Maciej ( who couldn't have been more helpful and supportive) were exceptional and deserve much praise.

The hotel has a stunning design – it is simply beautiful, and staying there is a real pleasure. The location is excellent. The room was very comfortable and stylish, with incredibly comfortable beds. The spa area is beautiful and truly relaxing. Breakfast was very good. I also tried the Gaia restaurant, Bakehouse pastry shop, and the hotel bar – delicious food and great service throughout.

There are basically no real downsides. The only suggestion would be to better organize space in the spa area for guests who cannot find a sunbed (e.g. hooks or a place for bathrobes and towels). Slightly better internal communication could also help – I was informed by reception about the possibility of booking afternoon tea, made a reservation without any issue, and then received a call two hours before saying it was no longer available. While I enjoyed an excellent meal at Gaia instead, such situations can be confusing for guests.

Probably one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Superb location, fabulous decor, immaculately clean, wonderful spa & friendly staff.

The only slight niggle was that it took a while for the shower to run hot water which just took a bit of planning.

Welcome staff excellent and throughout our stay, plenty of staff in the beautiful lobby ready to lend a hand, help with reservations etc. Fabulous room, well appointed, if not smallish as per European norm. Great location relatively close to old town.

Wouldn’t let my 15 year old son sit in the bar with us so we had to go elsewhere.

Everything was perfect. Such an amazing hotel! Vibe, staff, room, spa, breakfast, all were of great quality and it made our stay in Krakow a great experience.

The hotel staff were exceptional, especially the concierge who provided excellent suggestions. The hotel is ideally located - a short walk to the Old Town. And I cannot say enough about the fitness room. I have been in a lot of hotels and I have never seen such a fantastic gym as this one. Spacious and with all of the latest equipment. A real treat for the workout enthusiast.

Beautiful property, especially the pool and spa. Gym looked great too but we didn’t use it. Top notch bathroom design and finish, rooms are pleasant. We’ve had breakfast at the pool and it was a really great perk, not often available at other hotels, collagen matcha smoothie was super delicious! We also got cookies at their bakery and they were to die for. Most importantly, the staff was very courteous and welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble. We’ve had some noise issue at the room and they made sure we were happy with the alternative room. Hotel is perfectly located halfway between Rynek Glowny and Kazimierz.

There really isn’t much to complain about. To note, rooms of the same category may be very different and can get some external sound of a tram or a garden bar/club, so just make sure you request a more secluded one if noise is an issue.
