Rooms were lovely and clean, we had a three person room and it was cleaned every day. We had plenty of space for 3 of us. The fridge didnt work but that didnt impact our stay. We couldnt park at the hotel but alternative parking was offered a very short walk away Breakfast was typical continental with a great choice and was always refilled when needed.

Parking charges could have been clearer.

The hotel is very good value and possibly a bit better than the official, 3 star, rating. The breakfast is excellent, also.

It was a bit chilly inside, even though the radiator was on. The air condition unit is not equipped with heating module, so you cannot help yourself with it.

The hotel was excellent. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great for exploring Kraków. Everything about the stay was smooth and enjoyable.

So close to everywhere, whichever way you walk you’ll find one of the main attraction points. Close to tram station, main city centre,shopping centre, theatre etc. Amazing breakfast, very clean room. We went when it was -10 and the rooms were so nice and warm. Lovey ladies on reception. Got some freebies like champagne. Room cleaned daily to perfection. Will be staying again

The breakfast didn’t change much even though in the description it said it would. We stayed for 5 days and the only change was some orzo rice addition and tuna salad. Shower water temperature was very sensitive, if you tuned the knob by a tiny bit it would be scolding hot or freezing cold, hard to find nice temperature.

A beautiful hotel in the heart of Kraków. Very spacious room with comfortable beds, pillows, very clean and warm. Very welcoming staff and lovely breakfast. Beautiful design of the bar lounge.

Very friendly welcome and staff generally, all staff couldn't do enough for you, really good service. This hotel is in a great location, just 10/15 mins walk from the train station and easy walking to all of the main attractions in Krakow. Our room was a good size and well equipped with all that we needed for a four night stay. Plenty of choice at breakfast and a good selection on the main food menu.

Room could have been cleaner (but I am being hyper critical here).

On arrival the lady on reception (Pauline/Paulina) was absolutely lovely. So informative and helped us a lot over the weekend with any questions we had. The rooms were spotless. Cosy and the hotel was in a great location for walking around the city. All staff very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast just wasn't to our personal taste. Not a criticism of the hotel as food looked lovely and lots of choice but we were happy with a coffee/apple juice and some toast & eggs! However, the "breakfast bag" we had early to go on our excursion was fabulous! Really enjoyed and kept us full. So thankyou ☺️

Great place near to old city and central station, very friendly staff and you can drop your luggage on reception after checkout if needed.

It was a small friendly hotel well situated..to the old town.. Great selection for breakfast and 24 hour reception.

During busy breakfast periods, it would have been helpful if the tables could have been wiped between guests leaving/arriving.

Super central and a lovely hotel to rest your head. The bed was comfy, the room was clean and the staff were helpful. It’s very close to the square (about 10 min walk) and also within walking distance to the Jewish quarter too. We were able to keep our bags in the property on our last day so we could explore before going to the airport.

The only minor inconvenience was the shower. It went from scalding to cold to scalding again with short breaks in between where the water was able to be used.

Tucked away in a nice quiet part within 10-20 mins walking distance to everything you need. Close to railway station when coming from the airport. Lovely warm and spotlessly clean room. So quiet, I didn’t hear a thing all night! Super friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful little bar and restaurant with fantastic food and excellent service. A great little find. Great value for money and Highly recommended.

Very clean and peaceful and room was warm (even it was cold outside). Housekeeping staff were very friendly. Garden in the breakfast room was beautiful. Location was very good.

One of the receptionists was using headphones once while working and it was daytime. Its not a big deal, but for us felt a bit weird. (At night time when there are not so many customers its totaly understandable for examble).
