PURO Stare Miasto, Kraków

Everything was great! Great breakfast, lots of options. Stuff is very helpful and responsive. I definitely enjoined the stay - comfortable, although small room. The location is also incredible, very close to the main railway station, lots of options to eat, Krakow Gallery is right across the road with many shops and markets. I’m also very much grateful for the possibility to have a late checkout, which was very helpful.

Excellent location opposite train station. Very comfortable bed. Intelligently designed room with lots of outlets for charging devices. Paperless everything. Nice bar. Excellent breakfast.

Alot of construction during the day, sounded like a jack hammer!!
Saturday night was alittle loud in out hallway with some party boys!
Coffee machine seemed to break down during our visit.

Friendly reception staff, Comfy bed, lovely shower, the shampoo smelled so nice, across the road from main station, free cuppachinos and clean room.

The fridge in our room did not cool.

We very much enjoyed the interior, the amazing selection and approach to design, convenience, and functionality. The very friendly and supportive staff at the hotel made it feel even more unique and like home.

Excellent location, the hotel has got a great vibe, the room was clean and had a lovely decor. The bed was so comfy! And I enjoyed my lunch at the restaurant. I will definitely come back.

The corridors are quite dark when you enter. Some side light that is always on would be nice

The staff at front desk and bar were excellent, the self serve coffee machine, big windows in room, twin room had room and was clean and comfortable, location is walkable to main sights.

For me, everything was perfect. The room and the hotel were very clean. I have only words of praise for everything. Excellent location, close to the train station and close to the city center. Friendly staff. I asked for a quiet room, and it really was quiet. I slept excellently the bed and pillow were very comfortable. I also enjoyed the restaurant food. Great service through room service as well. I will definitely choose this hotel again.

The location is excellent- 10 minutes on foot to the old town and right opposite the train station where you can travel to the airport, the salt mines and Auschwitz memorial. Lovely staff and very comfortable room. The bed was extremely comfortable. Excellent breakfast too.

I cannot praise more this hotel. Design, facilities, comfort - everything was on the highest level. The staff was super attentive; special thanks to Alexandra who supported us on the day of checking out. Hotel provides 24 hours hot drinks of the choice on free of charge basis, which was amazing. The beds were super comfortable and we found a note telling that we can request harder or softer pillows according to our liking. We will definitely come again!

We would suggest that the restaurant provides a choice of soups rather than offering the same type of soup every day.

Location good for Old Town and Shopping facilities and access to train station

Close to Old Town, Planty, and easy to get from train station - just across the street. Simple, comfortable room.

Bathroom is bit small but all was fit in nicely except - handers for bath towels.

Close to train station and wonderful hospitality

We love the overall vibe of the hotel and the location was so good to explore the city on foot. Highlight was the big window in our room with beautiful city views. The hotel was very clean. The room had a smart TV so we could Chromecast our content. We could also easily adjust our room and washroom temperature from the tab which was convenient.

There was nothing to dislike in particular.

The automatic light in the bathrooms does drive me somewhat mad, but it's almost a hallmark of this place, so I am willing to accept it :-) Room was quite small (but well designed, so not really a problem)

Did not have breakfast.I chose the hotel because it was close to the train station. But old city is still very close. I had very good rest after a long journey the bed was perfect.

Really everything was perfect.

I really liked the location, as it’s close to the Old Town. However, I was disappointed with the view from the window — there was nothing to look at. Considering I paid for a suite, it was quite underwhelming that my otherwise beautiful room overlooked a shopping mall parking lot.

I’ve always really enjoyed staying at the Puro Hotel chain. I’ve stayed at Puro in Łódź more than five times, and perhaps that’s why I feel a bit less enthusiastic about Puro Stare Miasto — in comparison, it simply doesn’t feel quite as impressive as it might have otherwise.

At Puro Łódź, the breakfasts are absolutely outstanding — truly among the best I’ve ever had at any hotel — and the same goes for the restaurant. In Kraków, however, the food felt rather average, with a limited selection, which was a bit disappointing.
