Newly renovated room with truly 5 star accommodation. Breakfast has lots of options and the eggs omelette is superb. Location is great and all staff were hospitable. Room cleaning is top notch every day.

Convenient location being a few minutes walk from the train station and the old town square. Spacious room with a fridge, also a modern fairly spacious bathroom.

Gym/fitness room didn't have much equipment.

Poor air conditioning and window dressings on our 4th floor room were not good and let in so much light. Definitely a better solution needed for the windows.

The hotel is ideally situated at the edge of the old town on a quiet side street. The restaurant was closed for refurbishment when I visited but the breakfast selection at the sister hotel just across the road was superb. The staff were friendly and courteous, the room was kept clean and water bottles were replenished daily.

The shower head would not stay upright on its own and personally, I found the duvet to be too warm. These were minor issues on a very enjoyable stay.

Excellent tasty and varied breakfast.) Spacious room. I liked the services in the room - the presence of an iron and ironing board - which is very important, change of towels every day.

The furniture in the room is a little tired, pillows can be changed.

The location is really good. Old Town is very close. The room was nice. The elevator was broken, so it was a bit difficult, but they helped me move my luggage. The female staff member was a bit disappointing, but the male staff member was friendly.

Very close to the car pickup circle and to Old Town. Great cafe right around the corner.

Smelled like cigarettes in the lobby, elevator was broken, but that was a temporary thing and they offered free spa access for the inconvenience, room was nonsmoking but definitely smelled like cigarettes until I cycled the air conditioner overnight.

Perfect location, reception very helpful with information requests. 10/10 experience, and Krakow is amazing. Room was very clean and had a beautiful design, bathroom was very tidy and had lots of supplies.

Shower design took a little getting used to, the wet room style is strange and feels like you're flooding the bathroom after every shower.

When I arrived at the hotel they could not find my reservation. After providing all data and some discussion I was told that the reservation was cancelled by mistake. They were fully booked and upgraded me to Unicus Palace hotel. The Palace was great but it was a not so nice experience at first.

The location is great in a quiet street 3 mins walk from the beautiful main square. Hotel doesn't look much from the outside but it's very nice inside. The only thing I didn't like is breakfast is not available on site you have to go to their sister restaurant at the end of the street. Not ideal when it's raining. I had room 206 which was spacious and very comfortable. Really good beds and quality towels and linen. A tip if you are going to use taxi's - download the BOLT app its superb and you will save so much money. Less than half the price. Food and drink on the square is expensive but lots of other very nice places within 3 minutes walk. Krakow is spotless and safe. I loved it.

Very convenient location, as the hotel is close to the old town, shops and restaurants. The room is big, comfortable and with zero noise even though the lift in front of our door. The bathroom was clean and bath ropes were provided! Since the restaurant is in renovation, we got a breakfast upgrade by having it on another hotel around the corner (Wyndham Grand Krakow Old Town). Service and food were brilliant!

Nothing to add. My dad stayed in the hotel two years ago and told me to book it, as it’s a very nice hotel. He was right. Very well-done!

The hotel was situated in the middle of the old town - perfect location to everything. Our room was stunning and huge! We had a wonderful view from our window. absolutely loved the heated flooring in the bathroom. It was clean and spacious.

Hotel was stinking of cigarette smoke from the lobby to the corridors. The only place that didn’t smell was the room - thank God. Fitness suite extremely small, not really a fitness suite. Difficult to get taxi’s due to location.

Hotel was in such a fantastic location. It was spot on. Upon arrival we were a little early, the staff were super helpful and offered somewhere to store our luggage, they also upgraded our room ! ( thank you). Beds were comfy ! Room size was fab, our heating didn’t work the first few hours and the staff were amazing and so helpful, it got fixed and they offered free breakfast. They couldn’t of been more helpful they are a credit to the hotel

My only issue was the smell of cigarettes, it smelt through the whole hotel of very strong cigarette smell. ( luckily not in our room) but in the corridors , entry’s and reception.

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location. Big room that was very clean, with good air conditioning. Nice and quiet even though it was right in the centre of the very busy Old Town.

You can't turn the air conditioning off at all, so can't really sit there with the windows open.

I booked a three-night stay and was pleasantly surprised to be transferred to their other property, Hotel Unicus Palace, just around the corner. This review pertains specifically to Unicus Palace. The front desk staff were efficient, friendly, and helpful. One gentleman, in particular, always stood up to greet guests as we passed the reception area. Although most of the staff were young, they worked diligently to deliver excellent customer service. As a veteran in the hospitality industry, I noticed and appreciated their efforts. The breakfast offerings were outstanding, with eggs made to order and beautifully presented. The breakfast staff were both attentive and efficient. When I encountered a minor issue during breakfast, I reported it to the front desk to prevent any recurrence, and management addressed it promptly and professionally. I would also like to commend the housekeeping staff on the second floor. The young gentleman there was particularly polite and responsive. Housekeeping staff often don't receive enough recognition, but his efforts were truly deserving of praise. The hotel offers complimentary wine and canapés from 5 p.m. onward, though I didn’t have the chance to sample them. Nevertheless, the gesture was greatly appreciated. Though the hotel is relatively small for a five-star establishment, giving it a boutique feel, it certainly meets all the standards for excellent five-star service.

We prefer a complimentary breakfast. We went out for breakfast each day. Website photos included a courtyard but the courtyard was not accessible as it belongs to an adjacent property. We missed having somewhere to sit outside to unwind.

The location was perfect, it was close to the main train and bus station and most importantly the hotel was exactly at the old city centre which is the main attractive area to visit. Our experience in Krakow was great and mostly because of the hotel location. Also, the staff was great and so nice.

The hotel was a little bit old but was definitely okay. I prefer if the room floor wasn't covered by carpet, because the carpet was old and looked not so clean.

9 points are for the front desk staff。The staff's enthusiasm tolerated my poor English and responded promptly to my questions. The room was large and sunny. The location is good, right in the center of the oldtown, within walking distance to any attractions, and very convenient to the central station.

The bathroom is designed to be high, causing water to flow to the dry area on the ground. There is no need to knock on the door at 9 o'clock in the morning to clean. The sound insulation is poor, and the sound of the vacuum cleaner in the next room is earth-shaking.
